I was going to write a review on the great work Mike did with my client and I this past week since he returned from a well deserved vacation. However, I came across this terrible and what appears to be an inaccurate review posted by “EPERNAY 2020” which doesn’t sound like a real person to me. I contacted Mike to notify him in case he was not aware. Apparently he has read this review but refuses to respond since the user who wrote it is clearly hiding their identity and more likely than not a false review. Not to mention, you did not describe any details other than insults and misleading or even untrue facts. All of which was written in one of the poorest grammar I have ever read as an adult, and you claim to be smarter and above others you have also reviewed. Now isn’t that irony at it’s best? I believe so. But just in case, I told him I would respond on his behalf. I have done business with Mike and his company for many years, over 100 reviews and not only is there not a single bad review, there is no review that takes it to the level that this person has taken it to. I’m not sure who you are since you refuse to show your identity which is also the case with the other bad reviews you’ve written. Seems like you may have either reviewed the wrong company or you’re simply trying to ruin his reputation. Nonetheless, what you are doing is wrong. You are entitled to an opinion, but when you hide your identity in doing so then your reviews clearly have no value. You’ve said a few things about Mike and his company and I can already determine that you are either being dishonest or you have not done any business with him. Mike has never in 8 years done anything that you have claimed. I have worked with him in multiple projects and the company and person you are describing does not match his description. I would also like to educate you on something that your review stated. You mentioned that it took you 5 months to receive a malfunctioning door. Allow me to correct you within an area you clearly do not understand. As an extremely successful business owner and general contractor, the materials purchased from the manufacturers are not in any way a fault of anyone else other than the manufacturer. In addition, nothing including any of my projects are going according to plan due to the pandemic which I’m almost certain you are fully aware of. Seems like your frustration is pointed in the wrong direction. We as contractors, suppliers and distributors for the manufacturers do not have any control over warranty related issues or any other malfunction of a product. That is something that only the manufacturer can repair as they are the ones who fabricated the product. So for you to discredit someone and their company for that reason, you are mistaken and should reconsider what you say about a business and the owner of that business. Because for as long as I have known Mike, he has never once given anyone a reason to say anything negative about him. For years he has always tried to help others even when they have not been deserving of it, but that is just who he is. The type of person that puts his clients needs before his own, honest, fair, and operates in good faith only. I hope not to come off as rude, but you are seriously trying to harm someone with the sole purpose of negatively impacting their business or reputation for your own satisfaction. Since no one has said anything on his behalf, I will. What you have done is completely unethical and violates the most fundamental rule in business. You have questioned his integrity and did so publicly. I hope that you read this response and hopefully remove this review which seems to contain false information and slander, or come forward and allow Mike the opportunity to address you. Because in my opinion, I believe the way you went about this is not only wrong and hypocritical, but also says a lot about the person you are. I have said my peace and have stood up for someone who had no intention of responding to this type of behavior. Best of luck to you, who ever you are.

If i can give this company 0 starts I will, this have been the most irresponsible and careless company I have ever been doing business with. I have been trying to my doors done and finished for 5 months now. Michael, the owner, is always giving excuses for everything his installers have done wrong, and he only showed up the first time to sell you the product and give you the estimate, and when the job is done HE NEVER comes back to check it, he will ask for a PICTURE !!!! I strongly recommend, DO NOT do business with him ever, unless you want to end up like us with door that are unfinished and malfunctioning.

The entire process went just as scheduled. Michael told me everything would be completed within 6 weeks and it was done in 5, the shutters look great and work perfectly. Honest, professional, and very organized, that is how I would describe this company.
