Usually good to deal with, but this time I was severely disappointed. Was looking for a replacement fog light for my Forester and they had one listed on car-part.com - looked like a good unit from the photo (see attached)... Drove nearly an hour to go get it and when they handed it to me I was shocked! The light I was handed was NOT the same one from the picture - not even close!This thing had TWO large stone chips all the way thru the glass, the reflector chrome was flaking off all over inside, it was just awful.. worse than the one I took off the car! It should never have even been listed as an available part.Needless to say, I left empty handed. Not a great experience.

This was in stark contrast to other salvage yards I talked to who claimed to have parts they didnt have and one that even charged me for a part and claimed they were shipping it, which they never did. I bought a engine for my car and coming to find out it had a busted value before I could even put it in and now I am stuck with a junk engine and I can’t even get it fixed. Very disappointed I won’t buy anything from them again and if I do I will be asking a lot of questions and making sure I look at it before buying

I used their online database to search for the part i needed and requested it through their chat line, their response was really fast especially for how early it was in the morning! Found the perfect hood after 7 months. The deliver company damaged it. Yaeger promptly refunded me and apologized for the inconvenience. An A++ company! Would recommend to anyone. Not often you find good customer service anymore.

DO NOT GO HERE. I bought 2 used tires. found out they are both over 11 years old and no one in town will put them on because of the age. I call Yaeger and asked for either my money back or if they would put them on for me themselves. they told me they dont have a hoist. well then how do you take tires off vehicles to sell? I got a stutter stutter and then a hang up. I called them back a few times and got a hang up every time. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO YAEGER.

Called to get information on scrap prices because they dont list current prices on their website. The person I talked to seemed to extensively lack knowledge for what I was even asking about. Also, their prices were way lower than other places.
