Elite Auto was my choice for having a rack and pinion replaced on my 1985 Honda Accord. Being a 36 yr old car I was nervous that it might really rack up a large bill but in the end the final bill was less than their estimate. It took almost a week for the part to arrive but once it arrived my car was done the same day. They centered the steering perfect and even gave me a discounted rate on my alignment as my car only has a toe adjustment. All in all Im extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the price I paid. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Brake switch and they found problem right away and didnt charge a ridiculous amount of money to fix it. Also showed us why the other one broke .

When I got my car back it started to smoke after I was driving because these people didn’t attach my hose where the coolant goes to the transmission! I have pictures!! And I just had to take it another shop and the guy that looked at it said he worked at elite and he said to never take it there and he said they gave me all bad parts for my car and everything that was bad was fixed a year ago! These people are not the people to take your car to!! My car isn’t under my name! Would you like me to post a picture what you guys did?!

We have been using Elite Auto care for years and the wonderful staff knows me by voice. I turned them after having bad experiences from other businesses, feeling very unsure with who we can trust with our vehicle anymore.The staff is absolutely wonderful. They truly know what they are doing. I have countless stories of when they have gone above and beyond for us (finding my tire had two issues instead of finding “the” issue and moving on, dropping my vehicle off at my house for me, taking a second look at something when I wasn’t sure, etc).I like to understand what is wrong with my vehicle and what is being done to it. Thanks for the great workI came in on 11-20 having some issues with my 2015 Sierra. The techs were able to put diagnostic equipment on my truck and thought I had had a broken lifter on my #4 cylinder.After doing some research and diving into the engine, sure enough... I had a failed lifter on my #4 cylinder.I completed the repair and needed a coolant top off and oil change and immediately brought my truck back to Elite Auto Care. I asked that the technicians look at the repair and let me know if there was anything I missed. They said everything looks good. The vehicle drives great againI trust Elite with my vehicle.

Good service good prices They do job as said helps diagnosis and fix the problems with reasonable prices. To me all shops are almost double what they should be according to us poor people. But in 2021 during covid all prices are too high. Not elite, basically I highly recommend to anyone being a car guy all my life to go here. They will help and fix correctly and are fair.. And i dont wear a mask an wasnt singled out or discriminated against. That alone gets my business..

I had to schedule my vehicle to be serviced for a quite time-consuming appointment - they were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and in accommodation to my work schedule. They arranged for me to have one of their loaner vehicles (at no charge with the exception of replacing the gas I used) while mine was being worked on - I swapped out my vehicle with theirs the night before. That alone was a quick and smooth process. Then, the next day I received a phone call when my car was finished - the cost turned out to be less that I was originally quoted, which usually NEVER happens! I returned the loaner, received the keys for my vehicle, paid my bill and was on my way in a few minutes! The staff was great - Paul, who assisted me on the phone and at pick-up, was very helpful and personable. I highly recommend Elite Auto Care for anyones vehicle needs.

Terrible, i probably wont come back ever again, didnt know it costed 150$ to run a diagnose and it took them 4 hours to do it. Omalley Cadillac in wausau charges 100$ And it takes 30 mins. People giving this a 5* probably family.

Plain and simple, I live in the Fox Valley(Appleton)and I take my vehicles to Al and his team in Weston. That’s 1.5 hrs away. You may think I’m crazy and that is unrealistic for some, but it was more than worth the effort. My recent experience was next level as I had a few bigger repairs done on my truck and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I took my 2007 Dodge Caliber because of noise in my brakes. To Elite Auto Care. They found the problem right away. Some of the repair parts were still under a factory warranty. Therefore I only had to pay for labor. The staff was knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. I got my brakes repaired and was back on the road in a few hours. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Elite Auto Care staff. If you have a problem with your car, or just strange noises. Elite Auto Care is the place to go. Alignment done 6 months ago. Truck now needs new tires after less than 7k miles.Edit: New tires were on the truck when it went in for alignment. Shows how much these guys pay attention to your vehicle.

Elite Auto was fast and really good! Beyond the original plan, they checked over the rest of the vehicle and shared other items that needed fixed. They replaced the additional items and I was back on the road in a short amount of time. Thanks Elite Auto!

Had a flat tire that couldnt be fixed with a patch. There are a ton of tire places on Schofield Ave., and since I live very close, they are all less than a mile from me. Since theres so many, I used Google Reviews to find the best one, and I was not disappointed! They were very friendly on the phone on helping me schedule and get a price. Their waiting lobby is excellent. Its very clean, with a variety of complimentary beverages and snacks, making it comfortable. The service was fast, friendly, and well-priced. Im glad I chose this tire shop over the many others on Schofield Ave!

I won’t take my vehicle to any other shop. The guys up front are easy to talk to and don’t talk down to you as a lot of shops to do women. The mechanics behind the scene are also willing to come up and answer questions and you can tell they really know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Things were explained to me in a way anyone could understand. The bills have always been very reasonable and fairly priced. Very clean and friendly place!!

Went in to have something replaced and afterwards found out the replacement had a malfunction and Elite actually took responsibility and fixed the problem at no charge when I know very well that a lot of other mechanic places would have tried to charge me for fixing the issue or trying to say that it wasn’t their fault. Was in town for my granddaughters softball tournament and my truck started steaming and overheating with liquid running all over ther parking lot of the hotel. The management at the hotel suggested Elite. I called and spoke with Al, told him what was happening, he said they were open until 6 that day and again the next day and was sure they would be able to look at it. This was approximately 2:30pm. I had it towed there and at 4:10pm Al called me to tell me he found the problem and could get the part and have it fixed right away. He called me back at 5:30 to tell me it was done and OFFERED TO COME AND PICK ME UP TO GO GET IT! Ive taken my vehicles here a few different times and they were great the first 2 times. This last time around, I felt they charged TOP dollar for a basic repair. I get it that I came in wanting it done fast, but I felt like I was a second class citizen this time around. They didnt even clean the window with glass cleaner after paying TOP dollar for repairing it. Now when the window goes up it sounds like nails on a chalkboard. This time was last time.. if Im paying top dollar I want top tier service!

Went to thunder lube for burnt out headlight G6 Pontiac, they looked at it said it has to be rescheduled they have to rip off the whole bumper. Went to elite car care they did it without an appointment in 15 minutes

First time customer and they met my expectations. The only thing I would complain about is they replaced and charged me for a cabin filter and I had no idea they were doing it until I saw the bill. Would seem they would notify a customer first.
