Very pleased with the installation done by the Yahan group. The service and communication was excellent from the very beginning. The color we picked took a little longer than others but they were very clear from the beginning and at the end even deliver ahead of schedule. They installed on the day they confirmed with a very professional crew. They awnings look great and they left everything very clean. I would use them again. Highly recommend!

Good work done on changing 2 electric motors and changing the fabric. Quick installation and very willing to accommodate needs. Do recommend.Would just suggest Yahan to provide a courtesy water and soap cleaning of the frame/arms when installing the new motors/fabric. Easy to do, would take 5 mn per awnings and would have a 5 stars rating. Still great work.

This company was fantastic. I did my due diligence and received quotes from other hurricane shutter companies and Yahan Inc. was the last company I received a quote from. I had to read it a few times to make sure I was reading it right. Next, Diego visited and showed me a miniature working sample of the shutters with all the colors. I selected the color and agreed to purchase and received a contract within 12 hours. From the time I signed and submitted the contract, I had my shutters installed two and a half weeks later. The workers were extremely professional and efficient working in pairs on different windows and they cleaned up afterward.Personally, I like this company and the way they do business. Throughout the entire transaction, everyone was friendly and professional and had great communication from start to finish. They were honest in regards to the available options and offered advice when I didnt need the higher priced option. They even fixed my patio door that was hard to slide and now its like new. After searching for an awning company by asking our general contractor & word of mouth I found Yahan Inc. located in Weston on Angie’s List. Their quote along with 2 others was offered at a couple of hundred dollars less expensively. Prior to committing to use them the sales representative Diego brought his engineering expert to determine if the existing framework could be used. Additionally he measured & remeasured to be accurate.Diego explained due to the end of the year we could be looking at January before installation.We also discussed replacing our office awnings & that timing was more pressing. Once again the frame expert came out to confirm this was usable.We are quite pleased with both the business & residence projects. The colors are great, the workmanship detailed and clean & I appreciated the email and text communication during all the work. Yahan, Inc. is a professional and reliable company to work with.

BEWARE! This company does NOT abide by their warranty! They caused our home over $20,000 of damage by not caulking and sealing the holes properly and by not using the right type of screws.

They installed a large fixed awning. This was the first company I could find with good reviews and was not completely outrageous in price. The reviews were correct. The company went out of their way to be polite and very accommodating. Someone always answered the phone or email. I loved that the owner was on the site when the awning was being installed. I am very happy with the workmanship.

They told me some one would get back to me within a time frame and they certainly did. After 3 years my wife and I finally decided to get the awning we had been putting off. So after much researching we finally decided on calling Sunsetter. The sunsetter representative came by and gave me an estimate. But being me I was a bit skeptical. I had done my homework and I was pretty sure he hadnt given me the best price even though I questioned him about it. So I decided to call another sunsetter representative for a quote. After reading their reviews. I called Yahan. Their field rep Diego called me. We spoke made an appointment and from the minute we met I feel I have made a friend !!! Yes its true. He was personable and friendly. He went over everything with me. Showed me the cost page and the installation and extras page. Everything is supposed to be the same with every dealer. I showed him my coupon and he gave me the $200 discount. Something the first rep said he did but didnt. I also showed him my free cover coupon which he applied. The first rep told me I didnt need it. Which really annoyed me. Because that was my choice not his. Thats why he didnt get my business. Anyway the awning was shipped to my house. WoW what a heavy awning. Ours is 16x 10 beige vinyl version. I am so happy with our decision. I also got the remote control because of the height mine needed to installed at. I have very tall sliders and the pole supplied doesnt reach. But we are so glad we ordered the motorized model with remote. It works flawlessly ! The construction and material are great. The installers made an appointment to be here and were on time. The office and Diego kept in constant contact with me. Something Im not use to. The awning took a few hours to be installed and I feel the fee was worth it. The installers were very friendly and did a Great Job !!. Diego came by and even got them dinner as it was late when they finished. He and I spoke and he came by the next day to put the finishing adjustments on my awning. We set the angle and the amount of opening I wanted. We are very Happy and I feel as though I made a friend with Diego and Yahan. I would highly recommend Yahan and Company. It was a wonderful experience. I never write reviews but I felt Yahan and company were deserving of one. !!! I hope this helps other make a decision.
