Good place for woman and men if you are looking about your hairs

Terrible store, has nothing, also biggest reason im giving it one star rn is because they dont allow in store pickup like it isnt the 21st century. i get that weston is still stuck in the 1600s plantation times and have amish level technological advancement (so, none) but it doesnt make sense why a store operated presumably by relatively young individuals wouldnt be able to understand how to make in store pickup an available option, especially in 2021. unfortunately i have to walk inside the store, interact with the staff for longer than i have to, and scour for items that they probably dont have because this sallys, like many of the establishments in weston, sucks.

Kathy (maybe Cathy) is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She helped me pick out the right combination to get rid of the red color I had in my hair and then find the right light brown to match my extensions. Both times she was thorough and patient with me, answering any questions I had and walking ke through the process of what to do. Will definitely shop if shes there. If not, Ill wait till I see her. You want someone you can trust and that she is!

Worst experience ever. The employer that was supposed to be helping me wasted my time, and at the end of the day I couldn’t even find the hair dye I was looking for. Trying to avoid a bad moment, I guessed and went to buy one that she “recommended” me. When I went to pay, she said that I had to buy a bag, which is just absurd. I tried talking to her so I could understand why I had to pay for a bag, and instead of explaining or having patience she threw me one, said “here you can get it for free”, and walked away, ignoring me. The manager had to come and explain why I had to buy the bag. I asked for a refund and at first they didn’t give me the whole amount, so I had to go back to ask for my money back. The worst experience I’ve ever had with them.

I spent almost half a decade working in this store. Worked in the company longer than the manager. Know the products better than the manager, and she gets there a month before Im gone, barely meets me, but tells me she will hire me again when I tell her I cant work during the pandemic. Again, I went to get my job back because she said Id have it (I was rehirable), and when I ask her what happened cause shes taking so long to respond to my application (which Ive worked for the company for years btw), she says she forgot about me. This manager (Cathy) does not care. She will not help you.

They always have what I am looking for . The ladies and girls that work there have plenty of knowledge about the products.

Every time I go this one worker in particular who I believe is the manager is extremely rude to me and has harassed me and my friends on two different occasions. She once chased me and my friends around the store while playing the national anthem and telling us to vote for Trump. Another time she made fun of my friends appearance. Every time I walk into this place I feel judged and obligated to buy something or else the manager will say something to me. Not a good atmosphere.

I was carrying two items which were snatched out my hand by an employee. Profiling at its finest

Got there a minute to closing on a Sunday evening. We had called ahead so lady there knew what we were looking for. She was kind enough to get us what we wanted and saved my niece from going to school on Monday with a bird’s nest on her head. Kindness always wins with me so I’ll be sticking with this store while I’m in the area!

Was out of my neighborhood in Weston and went to this Sally to buy a flat iron in emergency mode and came out pleased with the attention and guidance. Beauty is not my game, but with the help from the staff... I think I got it right! Thank you ladies!

The people who work here, need VACATIONS ASAP. They are very rude, no education and cero empathy. Im not a person who usually do reviews but with this place, I had to!

Almost every single one of the employees have been rude to me in the years that I have been shopping at this Sallys. They only care about selling things and not about the customers at all. This is the worst Sallys ive ever been to. Horrible customer service. Fake people that work there.

Terrible, these people dont care about you as a customer. They never great you, no one spoke English or even understood what Henna dye is, one of their main products. Ill never return.

I was there looking for something for my hair but it wasnt in stock and I asked a lady there if they had the product that I was looking for and she said that it was in one of the boxes on the floor and I asked her if she could get it for me cause I come from a city thats far away and she said that a can take the trip down there on Friday or Saturday thats when they are up in stock when she could have just gotten it for me from one of the boxes there Im not gonna go waist my money there when there is very bad service

Great quality and pricing

Its 9:20 am and still not one employee is in the store. Lights off, door locked. Waste of time, dont want to spend my money in a storr that doesnt respect the customer enough to show up on time. Or 30 minutes late for that matter.

Still felt like we were shopping in Miami not Weston :(

A super stubborn and ill-mannered lady, I cant understand how such a person works serving the public, last time we go to that store and apart from making the refund with less money, we had to go back to make the refund so that the manager could do the full refund. SUPER BAD ATTENTION. WE WILL NEVER RETURN
