Every time I walk into Tubs and More, I feel like a part of the family. I redesigned my bathroom last year and their staff went above and beyond, making sure I was always accompanied throughout my journey. Even the owners worked with me directly, which is rare these days. Their selection of elegant bathtubs and gorgeous fixtures had me spending hours in there! For our master bathroom remodel we purchased all the hardware and a free standing tub here. We also purchased a glass roller shower door for another bathroom. The representative we mostly spoke with was Rodney, who was extremely helpful and PATIENT through our decision making. One day due to the COVID restrictions Rodney was not available so Giraldo helped me who was just as helpful. At some point or another I spoke with Katie, Jan, Jayne and Doug who equally went out of their way to be helpful. I frequently would return to the store and spend a lot of time looking and deciding without any pressure to buy. I had no problem returning items when I had to. Our favorite of all purchases is the Matte Black and White Aquatica Luna Freestanding tub. It was a little pricey and very heavy but, worth every cent to us. It just makes our master bathroom pop. Thank you to Rodney, his daughter and Doug and Jaynes son who went out of their way to help get it into our bathroom which was no small task being almost 300lbs. This was a special order. For any bathroom remodel I definitely recommend stopping by here because they have a large variety, offer personalized help and knowledge about every item they sell.

We were looking for a place that has clawfoot tubs to see and even sit in to test out. Made the hour and a half drive and it was worth it. The service here was fantastic and not pushy at all. If you come to this showroom, ask to speak with Gerardo, he is knowledgeable about all the products and gave us good insight on things we didnt even know to look for.

They have a good selection and quality in bathroom cabinets and LED mirrors. The cabinets dont take long to manufacture and deliver (few days). The customer service is excellent. Rodney is very knowledgeable, responsive and diligent. He responds to all emails or calls in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Almost TEN years ago my husband and I redid our master bath, and got everything, tub, commode, faucets, etc. We shopped around and the showroom here is a Fabulous, you get to see, use, feel the products and it was all competitively priced. But get this, TEN years later, when we had one of the faucets start to drip, I took a long shot, hoping maybe they could tell me the faucet manufacturer because we both couldnt remember and sent a message thru their web contact. WITHIN one hour, Doug was in contact AND working to get us the replacement parts we needed! Not only did he reply instantly, he and his team, found our old order, name of supplier, contacted them and the NEXT day had the part we required to fix the faucet, AT NO CHARGE!No place else will ever service you like this!! No place, No one, this is A FIND! If you shop anyplace else, you WILL NOT get customer care, good product, priced well, Like you WILL at Tubs and More!!
