This store is a pleasure to shop in. The shelves are always stocked very well. The meat section is always organized and fresh. The store is clean and the customer service is awesome. Employees are very curious and helpful. I got a sub sandwich snd there were a couple people in line. Another employer stepped in to help the other customers standing in line so they wouldn’t have to wait. Service with a smile. I forgot to get bread, so I let the people in the check out line go ahead of me. When I got back all my grocery items were with the cashier waiting for me. That is customer service. I would highly recommend shopping at this Publix.

This Publix is very clean, organized and stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish they would figure out a way to lower prices just slightly without reducing quality… and had their own pick up and delivery service. There would be no need to shop at any other grocery store if they could do that…

Very clean, large well stocked grocery store. Employees are always willing to assist if you need it. Alot of variety and brands to choose from. Just make sure you know your prices and they have great sales. Go there frequently now. Great location. Quick access to main roads and highway. Recommend for sure.

If u are a minority the staff will make sure u feel this is a white only store. They will double check what u have, call u to recheck once u are already out of the store. They will make their best so that u won’t go again

The worst deli on the planet. Dont bother ordering online. Ive tried it too many times. The subs wont be made until you get there. If they dont have the meat or cheese, they simply just dont do it. Save yourself time and hassle, drive less than 5 minutes away to the Publix in Regency Square. Deli always fills the orders on time or early-- plus if there is a problem with your order, they call you. Spoil yourself, dont settle for this Publix deli.

This Publix is only a few minutes from home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service my husband and I receive each time! Very welcoming staff, everything is always fresh and super clean. Brittany(Bakery) was extremely sweet and went above and beyond to assist. Simply the best store to have just minutes from home!

Shopping at Publix is great, don’t get me wrong I love Publix, But ordering online subs for pick up is a joke. My online order said it would be ready for pick up at 2:20, I practically had to just walk in and place the order cause it wasn’t even made yet. They had the poor girl trying to work sandwiches by herself from walk-Ins and online, causing a backup of online orders of others people and mine. I don’t blame the girl working the sand which deli, but whoever manages over them that didn’t organize properly.

One of the better Publix supermarkets I have shopped at and I have been to many. I went to others and wasnt able to find everything I needed for my Thanksgiving dinner. This is the best Publix I’ve ever been to, and growing up in Florida, I’ve been to quite a few! Mindy in produce, was so extremely kind and helpful and made sure I got everything that I needed. She knew the answer to every question I asked and was great! Evan was super helpful too. Great service.

Clean store and well merchandised.

This supermarket is not enforcing the rules of no mask no service. Approached the manager Because two different customers in the store were not wearing masks. Response was we cannot control everybodyRude response, but I understand that.. anyway at least i would expect them to enforce it while customers are paying and are in front of the cashier (its supposed to be No Mask- No Service, according to their own signs at the door).15 years shopping on that store, Not coming back ever again!

Publix is Publix wherever you go.

Although all of the Publix locations in Weston are outstanding, this location stands out as the best. All of the Employees are wonderful and always looking to help. The Manager Carlos is also outstanding. He is always walking around store interacting with his staff and greeting customers. Now I know why Publix is so successful.

I LOVE Publix, their sandwiches, fresh baked breads and all kinds of baked sweets, omg, yes! But, I really love their employees, particularly in this branch, they are the nicest and always willing to be of service to their customers ☺️

So the store is almost empty, about to close in an hour i have 14 items and i go to the 10 item line because it was empty and she asked me how many? I say 14 she says sorry you have to go to a different line, mind you there is no one behind me and she is chatting with the manager. No customer service at all.

Publix on Weston commons is always clean and has a wide variety of foods the employees are curteous. I never had a bad experience there. They also carry a good variety of ethnic food. Arepas, bocadillos, copelias and even herpos can be found in this location.

Always understaffed and shelves are never stocked properly. Last time I went, I had to wait in the express lane for 10 minutes and when I got home and the grapes were covered in mold.

I go to this Publix location very often and I truly like the place. Courtesy and customer services are the best of the best. VV

Traffic is a bear to get in and out off here. This Publix has a lot of Latin influence so, if you like Latin food, youll find a great selection here. People are friendly, but many do not speak English. The store is bright and clean and welcoming.

Horrible customer service, item with wrong price and no Manager at the store and Young Lady on customer service area have no clue how to take care or resolve anything. She shouldnt be a Lead or be part of the customer service area. I shop on that store since 2004 and its not the first time the you guys have wrong prices on the shelves. But please train the young people the right way and also teach them how to treat clients with respect.

This Publix does not make shopping a pleasure. I went in to purchase water that they were out of stock of when Instacart went to fill my order, and I was told I need a raincheck. As a customer that placed an order on Publixs delivery service how an I supposed to get a raincheck. Kelsy as customer service was very rude and act like she didnt want to be at work. Instead of trying to help the customers she kept saying the other lines are open. Mike the Asst. Manager was just as helpful as Kelsey. Publix really needs to consider training their staff on what Shopping is a Pleasure really means.

Publix is always a good place to shop. Always find what I need. The BOGOs are great. However, the prices are not universal for all Publix stores. Parking at this one is not a pleasure. The service personnel here are a pleasure.
