I reached out to the owner initially by email and received no response after sending the logo I needed or confirmation. I proceeded to call him and he answered and agree to my project. He asked me to drop off my shirts to be printed to his house. I dropped them off on Friday evening and he informed me he would be able to finish a sample latest by Saturday (the next day) but that he would try to complete the sample that same night. On Saturday I received no message from him. I proceeded to message, and call several times. He ignored my messages and calls. On Sunday I called and messaged again, and he responded telling me he was in church and would “try” to get it done later in the night. He never followed up with me and when I had to message to follow up AGAIN, he gave me the excuse that he wasn’t “able to print on the material of t shirt I provided” it was a standard t shirt and sports bra but he claimed he could not print on it. He claimed that he was the “only individual that doesn’t charge for expedited projects” but never once mentioned this would be considered an expedited project, only that he would finish the sample by Saturday. This gentleman runs his business on false promises and unprofessionalism. He was VERY unprofessional and rude to me and I felt unsafe picking up the shirts from his house. I informed him that he could keep them and he very rudely responded that I should do “whatever brings me peace.” I work in marketing and have never had a more unprofessional and unreliable experience in my life. I highly recommend not using his service.

I was looking for a t-shirt printing company on Friday at 5PM to handle a six-shirt project. When others said either no or we don’t work on weekends, Jimmy was open to handle it by Saturday morning. I went to his shop Friday at 7PM and by 8 PM I was leaving with my t-shirts done and extremely satisfied. He had a very good demeanor and handled my business with a very positive attitude. Don’t bother. Last year I reached out, met the guy and picked out the shirts I wanted. He never got back to me. Decided to give him another shot, and he disappears once again. Worst service I have ever seen from a small business

The Lord provides an irresponsible and punctual service. He did not keep the appointment, he did not meet the delivery date, right at the end he notified us of another of the problems he had and we ended up waiting even longer outside his house (where he has the store) in the sun waiting for him to finish a job . You should consider your customer service and certainly improve the quality and diligence of your work.
