Ben and Dan from Cycleology spent an incredible amount of time working on perfecting the fit and comfort for my ski boots. With a very wide foot, I had a problem finding a boot fitter who could solve my foot pain issues and constant numbness when skiing. These guys are committed to the highest level of customer service, have a great selection, and their professional product knowledge is based on personal experience. Highly recommend to everyone for bikes and skis, and all the gear and apparel for each seasonal activity.

What a great experience. From the first phone call to returning my skis, everything was smooth. Staff members were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The other ski and sport shop in Westport was very disappointing. I’ll be coming here for all my skiing and bicycling needs.

In a season when bikes take a few months to order customer care makes a difference. We found people who go the extra mile at Cycleology.After owning a few cheap bikes we bought our daughters first nice bike at Cycleology. It’s not easy to do this in the middle of a pandemic but Matt and Joyce listened to our needs and called us when a bike became available. Someone had preordered it but changed their mind. We were overjoyed and got our daughter all set with her new bike.Wouldn’t you know it within THE FIRST HOUR she rode it, a friend crashed into her and damaged the gear shift? You can’t make this stuff up! As she carried the broken bike back up the driveway because the tire couldn’t even move anymore we consoled her and said let’s take it back to the store and see if anything can be done.Even though they close at five and we showed up at 5:05 Matt grabbed the bruised bike and popped it in the back workshop saying let me see what I can do. Within a few minutes he had found a spare part (even though those are also in short supply because of COVID) and realigned what had been bent and brought the bike back to life. No charge. You can imagine our relief and our daughters delight. We are grateful for local stores that still care and highly recommend Cycleology.

Brought my bike in because my movers had taken the pedals off and I couldnt get them back on properly. Not only did they put my pedals on right there for me, they also fixed the front of the bike where it was apparently backwards! They took the bike in and out of the car for me. Super nice and helpful! Ill definitely be back.

The shop was very helpful in obtaining a difficult to find part for my bike.

I purchased my first pair of cycling shoes online and contacted Cycleology to purchase the cleats so they might help me properly install them. Over the phone the service was friendly but when I arrived the manager and/or owner (he was certainly in charge of the staff and I wish I asked his name) insisted the cleats I needed for my spin class would not work with my shoes and tried to sell me shoes at double what I had paid elsewhere. It was upsetting but I felt he was trying to take advantage of my ignorance so I trusted my instincts and left without purchasing anything. I bought the cleats he told me would not work online, watched a YouTube video about installing and sure enough they fit perfectly. I will never recommend Cycleology.

I have been going to Cycleology for the past three years since my family and I moved to Fairfield and think they have the best customer service in the industry. When my family and I initially walked in to rent skis for the season they learned we were new to the area Matt, the owner, started to assist us with the different mountains, where we should go and additional local information not even pertaining to skiing. Matts wife, Joyce, was there and even started to assist us with where we could find specials at different ski lodges/passes. Over the past three years we have now bought bikes, ski supplies and odds & ends-every time we step in the store they know us by name and remember where we said we were going to go the past season. To me this store reminds me of old time ways were it is a true experience to shop their while they treat you like family. I would highly recommend this store (and their seasonal packages for skis is very well priced!)

Very intelligent employees. The mechanic Sasha is a really bike savy guy that offers excellent advice for DIY bike builders. Sasha has made quality repairs on my bike and has given me quality advice for fixing my own bike.

We heard from a friend, that Cycleology Bike and Ski did a great job tuning up his skis for the season and made an appointment to bring our new skis down to have the bindings installed. We decided to bring one of the bikes that needed attention as well. We were there for 30 minutes and they recommended a fix for the bike, installed bindings on a new snowboard and setup new bindings on the skis. We are set for the season and very happy with the service and workmanship.

Not sure who I dealt with super last minute as the shop was closing but they helped me out tremendously! Couldnt have been nicer. Cant wait for my next experience with them.

So, its a tad pricey. However, you get what you pay for. I brought them a mountain hardtail that was in dire need of some love, and love it recieved. The staff was welcoming and friendly and clearly gave the bike solid attention. It was ready quickly and it was a job done right.

Matt and the team there just fitted me on a new Cervelo R3. Great experience all the way around. Matt is extremely knowledgable and patient. He took time to explain everything, made sure I took good long test rides and even offered to let me take a demo bike home for a weekend to try.I would highly recommend you visit them!

I ride my 2014 Cannondale Super Six past Cycleology Bike & Ski almost every day. Stopped in today on my daily ride to show the crew that I had a loose front fork. Before I could ask about an appointment, the mechanic asked for my bike. He took it to his stand, and proceeded to repair my fork. He handed back my bike without a charge. Where do you go and get a FREE repair? Where do you go to get your bike serviced? Where do you go to get accessories? Where do you go to get friendly service? You go to CYCLEOLOGY BIKE & SKI!
