Frank helped me,I went into the store to get a glass replacement on my phone. As I was there a customer walked in, I over heard the conversation, the man was very frustrated with his bill. I just worked to upgrade a few phones with Alex at the Verizon store in Westport and was so impressed. He was so efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He found the best promotions, he transferred my data and called me as soon as phones were in. The whole process was seamless! Very happy with all of it!
Grant helped me upgrade mine and my son’s phone with such ease and knowledge- he was efficient- assured me (I’m not a techie) that he could do it all and did it perfectly in 45 minutes. Just because it’s a retail store does NOT make it inferior. The corporate store in Fairfield cannot come close to this store’s efficiency. In fact, I went here AFTER finding the corporate store in Fairfield couldn’t do anything for me and didn’t even have WiFi working! Anyway; highly recommend this place. It’s my new go- to Verizon. And Grant is fabulous.

Stay away from this store unless you want to pay high hidden service charges and get extra fees on your monthly bill. Alex Kish sold me a hotpot that I didnt need saying that there was a special and I would get $40 off my monthly bill. That special didnt exist, and I was billed an activation fee as well as a monthly charge as it was treated as an additional line. It took me multiple calls to try to resolve this issue. This is a third party location, and NOT an official Verizon Wireless store. You will not be told the truth. Do not believe what they say.
I had the pleasure of working with Grant for my new iPhone and Apple Watch, and I could not be more impressed! He took care of everything from start to finish and made sure I had everything I need, even adding personal touches to his already amazing services. The whole experience at this store was amazing. The whole staff was super helpful with everything. Dominic and Alex were super patient and took their time with me. Alex was able to reset my very old email password and was able to log me into my email on my new device with no issues! I will definitely be returning to the store in the future!

Even though they could not meet the promotional pricing another carrier was offering they were super helpful in helping me understand my pricing and the questions I should ask when switching. My phone was dead Grant greeted me and let me through the process to get a replacement phone using my insurance. He put in the order for me I got my phone the next day I brought it to him later but he installed everything for me. Everything works perfectly he is beyond awesome. I had a wonderful and absolute best customer service experience possible today with Grant at the Verizon Westport, CT location.I was originally just going into the store to ask a few questions about adding my son to my plan as part of the family plan package. His mother and I wanted to do research on which one of our cell phone providers provided a better, economically friendly plan. We had no intention of signing up, let alone buying a phone today. In a very welcoming, so non pushy manner; Grant pulled up my account to see what he could do for me and my son. As he was looking over my account; he asked several questions and found out that I was being charged for services that I never used. He made me aware of this; and called Headquarters and worked with another true, very friendly Verizon professional named Courtney. After the three of us talked on speaker; Grant rebated me for all the services and part of the plan that I had never been using. Grant and Courtney were also able to cancel that part of my plan and fix a technical issue that was causing a roadblock in adding my son.So I ended up leaving with a substantial rebate, a new phone line for my son and to top it off - a great deal on a new iPhone for my son.Grant is the epitome of a honest, true sales and client service professional! I would tell anyone in the process of switching phone providers or looking to buy a new phone to go see Grant in Westport. Amazing service from Dominick and Grant. Dominick found the best phones and service to suit mine and my husbands needs. Grant set up the phones and was very patient with my gazillion questions. Neither gentleman made this senior citizen feel dumb and each tried their best to assist me in every way possible. We went to another Verizon store a few days ago and salesman was rude and unwilling to help. As a result he lost the sale of 2 phones and by my sons reccomendation we wound up at Westport Verizon. Today is October 30,2020 and I came to the Westport Compo Verizon to connect my ipad to my cellular and also showed me how to connect my external hard drive and he also set up my Bose headphone to my ipad which was so amazing. Ben the wonderful representative who came to my rescue without a blink of an eye. He not only connected all three devices and he also showed me how do it as well. Ben is very bright and has a very comprehensive view of Technology and has a great ability to explain it in a simple manner. Anytime you want to purchase a phone, ipad etc - definitely come see BEN at the Westport Compo Verizon. BEN is here everyday except Thursday 10-8pm. My family has been using the Verizon store in Westport for many years. My husband and I are not very tech savvy so we need lots of hand-holding. Every Version staff member we have dealt with seems to have a reservoir of patience, and a very good understanding of what we need. They present all the options and are always on the lookout to save us money. I recommend this store highly. Have just purchased two new phones and got very good input and service from Grant and Dominic DePasquale, the store manager. Thanks, as always for making us glad we are Verizon customers. Update: went back for some more help a few days later and got very good, patient service from Dex. He even offered to deliver my iPad directly to my home when the service was complete-above and beyond!

When we finally got to the 5th or 6th agent, my number was compromised and I was part of identity theft. Thanks to Juliana, trying to help the agents but helped me in contacting my banks and credit cards. She was a jewel and very competent.

Busy store, but these people are pretty sharp, taking care of lots of customers with alacrity and empathy. Went in with a water damaged phone!!! Angelo was patient, kind and found a way to get me a new phone!!! Then he helped me reset my Apple ID password because I could not remember it !! He was able to retrieve my contacts. He also helped me redone load my apps!!! Angelo also helped put my emails back on the phone and helped me reset those passwords as well since I could not remember them. Absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I had been a longtime ATT customer and decided I wanted to investigate switching. Work with Ricardo and he tried to push things past me without noticing and then down right lied about other things. He put a screen protector on my new phone without saying he was going to charge me for it. $50 for a plastic screen protector! which I never asked for. Then he setup a 128GB phone without asking which size we wanted knowing it was more money for him. Finally, he tried to do a data transfer for $35 without advising us that this was another thing they charge for. He did all these things hoping we wouldnt pick up on them. Then finally, he told us Verizon was going to give us $150 per line rebates due to switching from another carrier. Turns out that was a lie. And he also indicated we could call and ask for the activation fees ($40 each line) to be waived since we were long time ATT customers. Again, another lie.To top this all off, I called Verizon customer services about my experience and to confirm I was SOL for the rebates. They confirmed I couldn’t get a rebate and that I couldn’t get the activation fees waived. They acknowledge this location really screwed me over but didn’t offer to do anything to make it right. So even thou Ricardo at this location provided the worst customer service experience of my life, Verizons corporate customer service wasn’t much better.Stay away from this store!
J was awesome! He lent me a loaner phone for three days while he worked on my old phone, and ultimately hooked me up with an awesome refurbished 6s at an incredibly affordable price. I’ll be coming to this Verizon store whenever I’m in cell phone trouble.
