We had a great experience at benefit today Jenny did a great job on my brows! It was our first experience there and we will be back! They answered all of our questions Emily was especially helpful picking products. We can’t wait for next time! They were so nice and we felt pampered and clean after!!

The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their services are amazing….the brow and eyelash bar is superb. I’m sooooo happy for their creativity…..

What an amazing experience I just had with Julia from the minute I entered the store!! Where do I begin. I was just shopping and wanted to look around. I ended up with a foundation and brand new pallet and a make up bag as well as samples. Julia was so pleasant and so beyond helpful. She told me how to apply the new pallet I was going to get and even guided me on how to do my eye brows! As someone who was a little lost I really appreciated the help and will be going back anytime I need a new product. Thank you so much!

Jen slayed the game on my brows. They really are better than ever. I usually do then myself because I don’t trust everyone with my brows. But Jenny knows what she’s doing. If she doesn’t get a raise, I’m not coming back…

I love going to Benefit for eyebrow tint and wax and eyelash tint! Liz always does an awesome job for my mom and myself. She is always on time and my brows always come out great. While I wait for my mom Julia is always able to direct me to the newest products and help me pick out new products or find the ones I’ve already run out of. The store is always welcoming and clean. They do a great job under normal conditions but since the pandemic started you can tell that they have gone the extra mile to keep customers safe and comfortable.Thank you for everything ladies, stay safe!

I’ve been coming to these brow bar location for about 3 years now and they have never disappointed me. Not only are the employees friendly but the shop itself is very clean and organized. Even during Covid-19 benefit brow bar has done what they can to stay safe while still have clientele come in to get their eyebrow services. I love coming here whenever I’m in town. Tracy and Julia are usually always there when I go. Tracy does my eyelash tint and eyebrow waxing and tint. Came in for brow service based on a recommendation from a friend. Britney did an amazing job ! I am getting married this Sunday and my brows needed a lot of help. Britney made me comfortable getting my brows done during the pandemic. Everything was clean and organized in the store. I was telling her that I was getting married and couldn’t decide how to do my makeup and she offered to help me decide on a look for my wedding. She even did a trial did my makeup for me! Will come back again!

Went into benefit Westport a few weeks ago to buy a gift for my girlfriend. As a guy I know nothing about makeup, but the girls who helped me (Julia and Britney) were phenomenal. They asked me questions, showed me a bunch of products, combo sets and even some new stuff that had just come out. They made shopping for makeup awesome, which is something that’s very scary to a guy. I even got my girlfriend an eye mask (they said she had to have one) and she loved it! We will be back!! And I have to add because of the crazy times we’re living in with Covid,the girls were geared up in protective gear and made sure everything they showed me was cleaned and sanitized beforehand. Highly recommend!!

I do all my threading/waxing at Benefit and have never been disappointed. The women are all super friendly and clearly knowledgable about their work. Tracy has been doing my brows for the last 4 years and she nails it every time!

Hi, I got a spray tan on Sunday the 22nd and Iv only showered once so far my feet are not the same color as my legs they are very white as if they didnt get sprayed at all and my chest is already blotchy. Its only the 2nd day with my spray tan I shouldnt feel this way. I just thought I would say something because for getting the level three spray I dont feel that tan and its already fading in certain areas. I was hoping to be way tanner and not at all blotchy esp on day 2 of the spray tan!

My brows got a fine colour, but the lady who did my brows refused to cut them more than just a little bit. She said it wouldnt turn out good. But it was clearly bc she had clients meanwhile. I got my eyes tinted too, and still 4 days after - I have the black color under my eyes. The worst part was that I got humiliated when I wanted to pay, when the cashier strictly asked for 20% very loud. Witch caused a lot of attention to us. I tried my best to be polite and asked to adjust. The cashier got very offenended, witch made me stand there in a very wierd, unnecessary potition..

Honestly the girl who did my eyebrows today didn’t do a great job. she was very impatient and made my eyebrows uneven and took maybe 5 minutes and gave up when i flinched twice. not a great experience.
