Carvel, get your act together. Went there last night, almost closing time, huge line at the door. Butter Pecan tasted like water sugar vanilla. You are a tradition in this town, just make t worth it!

I asked for extra toppings and got charged. I did not receive the extra toppings. When I told them, they wouldn’t help me. Not the best customer service.

The owner is very cheap. Flying saucers are only 3/4 filled. They charge extra for chocolate crunchies, and the owner generally is unfriendly. I’d rather go to the Carvel in Norwalk on Main Street.

If I could put ZERO stars I would. Lets start off that the owner is very rude and has ABSOLUTLEY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE skill. He stated that he decides if he wants to accept the carvel buy one, get one offer.... Carvel should take his franchise away. His own employees have to apologize for his behavior which is pretty sad and I feel bad for them. His prices are higher than all the other locations and I WILL NEVER GO TO HIS STORE EVER AGAIN, HE IS AN A$$HOLE!

Great Ice Cream at a fantastic price

If I could give negative stars, I wouldnt hesitate too. I visited this Carvel location on 6/5/19 to take part of the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE sundae promotion most Carvel locations offer. Before visiting this Westport Carvel location, I went on the website to confirm they are a participating location. On their website it states they are a participating location but on my visit, I was told by the owner Jimmy that they are not. I called Carvel corporate office to confirm if they were part of the BOGO offer and they stated they are. Carvel stated that were going to get in contact with the Carvel owner. Carvel corporate was nice enough to send me out 7 four-dollar coupons for my colleagues and I that were only allowed to use at the Carvel located at 1025 Post RD E. Westport, CT 06880. On the coupon its states redeemed by Carvel Shoppe No. 947. Today Wednesday, June, 12, 2019 I went into the Carvel location and tried to use the coupon and the owner Jimmy wouldnt accept the coupon. I asked why he wouldnt accept the coupon and he replied hes not a participating store. I stated the coupons are only valid for your store and your store only and he replied he doesnt have to accept them. Reached back out to corporate again to let them know the problem that I continue to have with this Carvel Location and I am now in contact with the area regional supervisor. Hopefully he or she can he Jimmy correct his website and store policies. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS CARVEL LOCATION EVER DUE TO THE RUDE EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER JIMMY. But I do thank his staff the young lady and gentleman for apologizing about the owner actions.

I ordered a kids cone and what I got was obviously much smaller than what is pictured. I pointed this out and the woman said, Yeah, what you get isnt the same as whats in the picture. Really?? I waited for a moment expecting her to top it off. No dice. She stood there tilting her head as if to say, Take it or leave it. Not to de-romanticize the ice cream shop experience further, but you can get soft serve ice cream at McDonalds for about 1/3 of the cost... with a smile.

Ice cream is good it was so good I got a brain freeze

Went to purchase the buy one sundae, get one sundae free sale from the franchise. At the register after both sundaes were made I was told that this location doesnt participate and offered no signs in the store stating they dont participate. The only carvel I have ever been too that wont participate and the amount of topping they give was ridiculous. Not worth the money, time, or calories! Will never return.

Good ice cream cakes. Milkshakes a little too buttery for my taste.

Love the soft serve and milkshakes. You wont need to eat for a week after.

Terrible, always some 20 yr old who hates his or her job, serves me sarcasm with my icecream. If I wanted to be treated like a black guy in the 60s I would come here.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered an Oreo milkshake and received a cup of milk with blended Oreos. Disgusting.
