Look for a contractor you will pay less and still get good work done. Our point of contact was horrible in responding to our calls/emails. We were not happy at all with the service Renewal by Andersen provided us. Although the doors look great it was not worth the money we spent and the headache we had. We had to do all the followup. I had to harass customer service to set up an appointment months after putting in a deposit. We ended up having to pay way more and had to have a contractor come in to fix rot -which we were told was going to be taken care of by the installers. And that it was included in the price. Not until we finally got an install date and the installer came in -he told us he couldnt do the job and we will have to contract out. Our main contact who sold us the doors initially told us Anderson could do it. And there was a lot of back and forth on if they could or couldnt do it. Long story short Anderson couldnt do it. We then had to pay an additional $1200 aside from the thousands we already paid to have the rot fixed. The actual doors look great. and the installers once they were able to finally do it -did a good job. But I would NEVER use Renewal by Andersen again!! I feel robbed.

From the first time I contacted Renewal by Anderson through the moment the installers left I was pleased with the information, how I was treated and the whole process. The windows are gorgeous! We are really kicking ourselves that we didnt do this sooner.

Really nice work from the installation team on my new sliding patio door. It feels well made and is easy to operate.

Ridiculous robotic customer service. I called them but it felt like they were prothesizing religion when all I wanted was a simple estimate. Dont need to heavy handed sales pitch on replacing all the windows in my house. Asked me if I would be available for a 60-90min consultation and can all family members be present. Idiotic customer service of this company!!!

Windows were installed a week ahead of schedule. The installers were on time and worked until job was completed. We had eight windows replaced. Everything that was explained at contract signing was done by the company.

Love our new window, the guys did a great job on putting in such a large bay bow combination window in our living room.
