We ordered 4 chairs in February. An email we received in April said that 2 of our 4 chairs would be delivered in May. When the chairs didn’t arrive, we contacted customer service and were told that our chairs were “lost.” That’s it. No explanation. No attempt to rectify the situation. After several more calls and dealing with several different customer service reps - each of whom was completely unfamiliar with our situation - we were able to get someone on the line who got us our first 2 chairs. We were told that the company would be getting a shipment of the chairs on July 1st and that we would be at “the front of the line” to get our remaining 2 chairs from that shipment. We were later told that all the chairs in that shipment went to other customers. So much for the “front of the line.” After several more calls and emails, we were told that our remaining 2 chairs will come from the shipment arriving at the company on July 30th. We are still waiting to receive our chairs in august and we just received an email saying that our shipment date was pushed back to the end of august. I don’t know how this company is still in business. If you need proof that this company does not care about its customers or about providing any semblance of customer service, observe the fact that they only respond to good google reviews and have not responded to anyone citing a problem. They have not made an attempt to help rectify a single problem, which is what legitimate companies do. Stay away from this business. There are plenty of other companies that make nice furniture.
I have been trying to book for an appointment for several weeks every time I call I am told that they are booked solid which seems great for their booming business. So I decided to show up and to my surprise the showroom was closed with a sign by appointment only I called again and was told to book on line. Westport needs to reevaluate who is working there. I have since started working with the main offices in California and alas what a difference. Customer service in California came to my rescue and I have since been working and putting orders with them. Sad for the Westport Showroom and Yay for the amazing girls in California.
Never again. Paid shipping for chairs and they didnt work. Guess what? Paying shipping to return. $120 in the hole and no chairs. There are so many better alternatives--think twice before ordering.
This store is an old three story house that has been lifted and transported to this current location. Every room designed and decorated as if its a home. So much inspiration. Every time I go here it has been updated so theres always something new to check out. Sales associates could not be nicer and courteous to those of us in for just looking.

This company has horrible customer service. I placed an order weeks ago, all items were in stock and ready to ship. I received an email with shipping confirmation and provided a tracking number. The item did not arrive. I contacted the #serenaandlilyatlanta store and was told by a supervisor my item was in transit and on schedule. I then contacted FedEx and was told they never had my package as a shipping label only was created and to contact Serena and Lily. I left a voicemail at the #serenaandlilyatlanta store for the woman I spoke with. It’s been 3 days and no one from that store bothered to return my call. I called customer service when I was told my package was lost in their warehouse and the item was in stock and would be shipped overnight. I was supposed to receive a call back. 5 hours later I called again only to be told that now the item is not in stock. Meanwhile, this company has over $600 of my money and I have no answers as to why I received a shipping confirmation email and was told 3 different stories and now request answers on how this company plans to make this right for me. I was told a manager would contact me Monday morning, here it is after 2 pm and no one has bothered to call or email me. I have made 6 phone calls to customer service and sent 3 emails. This company is avoiding me and leaving me no options. Major disappointment as I had ordered 4 items and 2 out of 4 items had problems getting shipped to me. I had to call and inquire the whereabouts of that item. There was a mistake there as well. I placed a relatively large first time order with this company because of the reviews and the beautiful photos of their products. I would believe a high end retailer would employ and execute high end service.
