I was trying to pump gas this morning and the pump kept cutting off so and went inside to give him my credit card and he asked me how much gas I wanted and I responded to him I dont know how much it will take. He then ask me again how much gas do you want to purchase? I said I dont know and he said you have to give me an amount, which I think is crazy because I dont know how much gas my vehicle will take. So I told him not buying gas from there anymore. So if you stop there to buy gas and you have to get assistance from the attendant in the store make sure you know how much gas you are going to pump into your vehicle because if you dont know they cant help you.

Went in and asked if they sell newspaper, girl at the register has a very nasty attitude. Customer service is suppose to be number one, youre the face of the place of where you work at. If you continue to be nasty, everyone will spend their money else where.

Are you guys blind? It is not clean at all! Employees there have NO a/c in this heat, the pumps are falling apart and no working. Half the time the station doesnt seem open in the middle of the day. Its absolutely disgusting! Shame on the owners for having employees work in those conditions and shame on Shell for allowing this station to look so abandoned!!!!

Racist attendant refused to sell to my grandpa for being brown with an accent. Then refused me by affiliation.
