Very disappointed with their port-a-cool fans. We rented it to use for an outdoor event with less than 20 people. We had 3 tables set up outside and the unit was set up within 5 feet of the first table. When we rented the unit, we were told it could cool “2500 square feet,” which is far from true.No one at the first table (or subsequent tables for that matter) felt the air from the unit.I reached out to the company to address my concerns, but no one responded.The guy that delivered the unit briefly showed me how to operate the unit. However he did not provide any instructions, and his instructions were not very clear. At one point I was told to clear the pump before use but then he said not to worry about that part. He also suggested putting ice in the unit, which we did, but that didn’t help with the cooling. I do not blame the gentlemen who delivered the unit, as he did the best he could. I do, however, place blame on the company as a whole for not providing adequate equipment and instructions for a unit that we paid over $200 for (including delivery).Additionally, I asked that the delivery driver call before dropping off the rented equipment. He called when he was on our street. However, that did me no good whatsoever, as he called when he was within 2-3 minutes of the house. Luckily, I was able to get to the house within a quick amount of time in order to prevent him from waiting too long. Yet, when I arrived, he was not there. He had the wrong address on file. So then I ended up waiting on him.To pay $60 for delivery and pick up and not have a set time for drop off or pick up seems ill-planned on the companys end.Overall, I am very disappointed with the services (or lack thereof) and would not recommend renting from this company.Again, I am more disappointed with the company as a whole and do not place blame on the delivery driver. I think it would be wise to provide more training to the driver, provide your paying customers with more details on the equipment they are renting, and set specific times or ranges of time for pick and delivery.

Rented some chairs and tables for a weekend event. Very helpful and reasonably priced. Convenient for me on the West Bank and will use again.
