My phone did not want to turn on, I thought it was because I dropped it off in water, brought it there, they checked it and called back, there was not water damage inside my phone, they were able to turn it on and make sure I can get a back up… really appreciate the fact that they didn’t lie to me just to get money… Definitely will recommend them to my family and friends, Very Honest people working there, you guys deserve more than just 5 stars ❤️

The team at the Westwood NJ location are terrific. They very quickly diagnosed and repaired my phone and called to tell me it was ready. When I went to pick it up, much to my complete surprise, they did not charge me anything! They said they just had to connect the screen and the connection had gotten loose. I tried to insist on paying but they would not accept any money. This place is absolutely phenomenal! I had a problem with a Bluetooth speaker I purchased and immediately dropped. I tried to fix it myself but there was something I was afraid to try for fear of making things worse. I brought it to him and explained what I needed him to see if he could do for me. I left it there for a couple of hours then stopped back there. He had it fixed and it works great. Best of all he didn’t even charge me!! Would highly recommend this place in Westwood. Great experience with this retailer. I usually do iPhone battery replacements myself. This time, I didnt realize how difficult Apple has made this on the newer models (8 and newer). In trying to remove the old battery, I accidentally punctured it and was nervous to keep going. After providing a reasonable quote over the phone for simply removing the old battery (not actually replacing it with a new one), they removed the old battery free of charge. Very appreciative of their generosity and will be going here for future battery replacement needs. Not sure how I feel about Apple after all this though...

After spending one and a half hours on the phone with Apple and Verizon, my issue (no phone service) was not resolved. The Verizon rep referred me to UBREAKIFIX in Westwood, N.J. where I spoke with Tamar. I explained the problem to her and she said they would be happy to take a look. Tamar asked that I give her about an hour or so. When I returned to the store, I was happily surprised to learn that she had resolved my issue! She diagnosed the problem in a way that neither Apple nor Verizon did and had my phone working again. Tamar was very friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service! I found uBreakiFix after breaking the LCD of my phone. They were tremendously helpful, fast, easy and relatively inexpensive. They said they could fix my phone in 4 hours, but they called me 2 hours later saying they had repaired the phone and it was ready for pick up. Great front desk service, the person I spoke with was knowledgable and very helpful. Could not recommend them more.

They said they would take 4 hours. I asked them if they could do it in 3 hours so I could get to work on time (I work overnights). They could not but I came back in the morning and the phone was done. It is like new. I am very happy with the outcome. They found ways to save me money and did phenomenal work. I highly recommend this place👌.

I am truly appalled with how bad their customer service is combined with Samsung’s customer service. The issue at hand is a scratch that occurred on the camera glass by itself. I have had the phone (and have many other Samsung phones) and have it protected with a glass screen protector and thick case. The hairline scratch is not visible unless if it is shown with a flashlight and even still the rep there said he couldn’t see it until I pointed to it.There is no sight of impact because it was never dropped and it is a very common issue with the s20 ultra lineup. Samsung initially told me it was not physical damage with pictures as evidence but that I still had to get it “further” evaluated by ubreakifix. So I went there, referenced what Samsung told me to say and still it wouldn’t be covered. And furthermore he tried to educate me on why what Samsung told me is not real news.The part where he tried to educate me and justify his point of needing to charge me is what I find most frustrating. That fact and that a $1200 device can scratch out of thin air and not be covered by the manufacturer. Overall I am disgusted with Samsung and ubreakifix and won’t be dealing with either any time again.

Generally I have had very bad experiences with UBreakIFix, but the Westwood location is VERY well run. They have great customer service, and do great work. Very trustworthy people. Tamar is who I have dealt with most times and she is great. (The rest of the staff as well)If you have Asurion (mobile device insurance) and need to select a repair shop to go to, the Westwood UBreakIFix is the best place to go!

I took my phone here to get a new screen because apple was unavailable at the time. A little while later my phone screen completely froze and would not let me use the touch screen - but I could still see everything happening on the screen, just touch was not working. I took it back here and they honored the warranty and gave me a new screen... when I got my phone back the screen now worked, except there was a major glitch that would make the screen spazz as I typed. The store claimed this was my fault and it was a motherboard problem that only apple could fix. Even though it was not a problem I had before bringing my phone to them?? I went to apple and they confirmed the problem was coming from the screen install, and they would have to give me a new screen. Before doing that with apple I called this store and asked for a refund because this was not my fault, they told me they would give me a refund but I had to give them their screen back. They said I could bring my phone to them and they would put the original screen back into my phone that they just took out. When I got my phone back they had given me a RANDOM SHATTERED SCREEN. Who does that?? Now I had a shattered screen until I was able to go to apple. When I got a new screen installed by Apple they told me that the technician who did the previous screen change, broke my Face ID. They got fingerprints all over it that damaged the use of Face ID, Apple tried 2x to clean this internally but it did not work, and unfortunately my only option to fix it is to pay $400!!!! This store gave me back a screen that was not working, then a broken screen, and broke my FaceID. Do not go here.

I went to uBreakiFix to fix my printer and they were able to fix it. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

They were quite helpful initially in the store itself. Though, they were working on my phone for 3 days and never bothered to call me back with any updates. When I first called back with an update, they said they were going to try one option. That option did not work. When I called back another time, they said they were going to try another option with my phone. They promised to try this second option during the third time I called back as well. They kept promising to try to do an option without actually following through. Overall, they were friendly but the communication was awful and it seems like they were trying the least amount of options/possibilities to actually help my phone and give me the type of business they had promised in the store itself.

UBreakiFix repaired my Samsung Galaxy S8+ when I cracked my screen. The repair took exactly the amount of time they said it would, cost exactly what they told me it would, and it was a very reasonable cost. The staff were very friendly and professional and offered me a treatment to protect my screen in the future. There was no pressure at all but I chose to get the treatment anyway. I would highly recommend this service.

Cant say enough good about this place ... especially Tom C! Went in to get my laptop checked as the screen was stuck on dim. Tom checked it out and in less than a half hour he had it fixed. And, get this ... he insisted that there was no charge! Where do you get service like this?! Compare this to a big box store that I stopped by previously who wanted to sell there subscription service and would need 3-5 days or otherwise suggested I do a complete restore of the system. Phone Tech support from another place did a cursory few things and then said I would need to send it in which would take 7-10 days! I knew something was not right about the advice I was getting from both places. Goes to show, as with anything, when you have a knowledgeable person who genuinely cares about their work, it makes all the difference! Highly recommend and they got a customer for life! Went here to get my iPhone SE fixed today. It wasn’t charging unless I prop the charger cord at a weird angle. I came in and they fixed it in less than 10 mins. The guy didn’t even charge and said it’s all good. My charger works good as new now! Awesome people!

Resolved the problem of being unable to insert charging cord into my IPad. Technician removed metallic particles from IPad charging. Done within 15 minutes of arrival at no charge.

Brought my phone in today 6/15/2020 because the charging port would not accept the cable. Seems like the pins were bent, rather than dirty. These folks fixed it in no time, and didnt even charge me for the service. I was there a year ago for a new battery on the phone, and got fast service, at 1/2 the cost I was quoted by another repair shot.

Not very knowledgeable. Difficulty running simple diagnostic test. Did not want to perform the work or job simply for an insurance covered chipped/cracked screen. Will never return to this business.

So I broke my screen and it started to go couple weeks later had to change my screen. I called them up they were very polite and helpful over the phone I dropped it off around lunch time when I had my brake. I asked how long it would be done they said 2 hours I said I cant be back in 2 hours could I come back at the end the day and they had no problem with it.
