I HAD ALL SPEAKERS (EVEN TWEETERS) AND BASS W/ BOXAND JUST NEEDED IT INSTALLED INTO MY 2002 HONDA AND THEY CHARGED ME 850I WAS ONLY MISSING A WIRE HARNESS KIT!!! BUT I DIDNT MIND HOPING THERE WOULDNT BE ANY ISSUES, ESPECIALLY WITH THE FACT THEY HAD MY CAR FROM 130PM TIL AFTER HOURSTHAT WAS DECEMBER 2020 AND MY LEFT SPEAKER IN MY DRIVER DOOR SHORTAGES ALONG WITH ONE SPEAKER IN THE BACK AS OF JULY 2021MORAL OF THIS REVIEW: PRICED CRAZY, HORRIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT ON LABOR FOR CAR, AND DIDNT LAST OVER A YEARPAY CASH AND GO BACK YARD AND SAVE 650 DOLLARS IF NOT MOREUNFORTUNATELY I ONLY HAD CREDIT AT THE TIME 🤬😤

Action Auto in Wethersfield over charged me to install license plate bulbs on my suburban. They charged me $75 labor for what was a 5 minute job. Absolutely no tools was required to snap off the cover and pop in the bulbs. $106.00 was the total.#Very disappointed,

Worst customer service. They have no professionalism especially the female working. Techs don’t know what they are doing, I had to send my car to another location to fix the installation and damages.

As a customer I have rarely seen a company go out of their way to make everything easy and extremely informative at the same time. The owner worked more quickly on my car than Land Rover in Canton, where I purchased it.....EVER did!! I was a long time customer of this place when it was on the Turnpike. I loved it. The service and selection was great. I wasnt treated as second class just because I wasnt spending thousands of dollars on a visit. Having just changed cars, I stopped by to get an adapter to swap my stereo into my new ride.What a change.As I entered, I was immediately made to feel like I didnt belong. All that was missing was the zwip! sound of a record being stopped suddenly. Despite the wall behind the cash register being covered with adapters, I was told that they no longer offer them... they were discontinued because nobody buys them. Taking the hint, I left.Amazingly, despite the items being discontinued, there was an ample selection on Amazon. How amazing.EDIT: I did not ask for a speaker adapter.

The girl at the counter was very nice but everything else about their service was bare minimum in terms of competency. They sold me a radio that works fine, but neglected to mention that it doesnt connect to the steering wheel volume ccontrols. Their waiting room music is terrible and grated on my nerves.Also it will take 2 days to open up the old radio and get my CD back. I probably should have just taken it home and done it myself. Could have gotten it open in a couple minutes with a hammer (I dont care about the radio, I got it replaced for a reason).

Stopped in to the Whethersfield store ask a question about doing a Big 3 ground wire upgrade. Waited a couple minutes before girl came to front, but she was professional and nicely greeted me. However, she didnt know what I was talking about, and seemed to be attempting to help me while also on the phone. She seemed either overwhelmed or was not a good listened. After a lapse in communication, she finally called the tech to the front. He looked angry, seemed indifferent to helping me and spoke only to the girl-- maybe because I was inquiring about prices, and stated I would install. Poor customer service, big attitude... would rather buy elsewhere.

Doesnt even deserve a star!!!! Place sucks, no one knows that they are doing. Takes forever to do anything. Tell you something over the phone then it changes when you get to the store. The employees there are incompetent and need to get training from someone that actually know what they are doing. Will never be back here again.

Dont ever trust this people, I took my car to them in wethersfield to do tinting,they said to me leave the keys here,come back in 2 hours it will be done.i said no I can wait here!!so what happened I was waiting 4 hours I never saw my car, when I ask them is the car done they said almost done they lie to me. They took my car to different location to do the job I ended calling 911 if anything happens to my car I was action audio responsible for that(fraud 100% be careful)you lie to my face, you never told me. Called 1 day to see if they would build me a custom spec box for a 20 year old cerwin vega 124. Was told to come in and theyd look. They said yes. Gave up the spec sheet and it was done in a week. As other shops said a month or more this was impressive. They like most shops are busy. You need patience and theyll get to you. Nikki is very knowledgeable. The techs are good. Ive done car audio for 22 years. So beleive me when i say this a good shop. My box is a beast. Well built and looks mean. And smaller than i expected. Which is good as i have a car. The looks i get when i pop the trunk are priceless. Thanks to you all.

I recently went in to purchase a wire harness for my car stereo and was charged $30. When I went home I did some research and found that the same wire harness was being sold for between $4-$9. This explains why they dont have price tags on any of their products. Such a rip-off.

This is the worse place it was sopposley gonna take 2 hours to install a alarm and it took nearly 3 hours on top of that they disconnected a wire from the radio so my radio was not working and my remote started was messing up on me theyfix one thing to mess up other things never come back here AGINE honestly

They do everything car related...if what your looking for is not advertised just ask.
