Went in to get the screen protectors changed on my girlfriend and my iPhone, which we have the lifetime warranty on. Juan was the only employee there so we asked him to do the change for us, he was not very helpful and quite rude. He changed the one on my phone after I argued that I had it done no problem there before but he said the policy changed and that I needed the box in order to get it done. The last time I was there they told me I did not need the box and everything was on file. He then said we had to go to the newington location to get the one on my girlfriends phone changed. I don’t understand why he was able to do one phone and not the other. Im not sure if the policy did change or what but I know I left there unhappy and Juan was not very nice to us at all.
Was in and out no issues whatsoever! Sales associate Juan was very professional and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and even went over deals best for us. Been coming to this location for years. Highly recommend!
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. always makes sure their customers are well taken care of and their needs are met. If there is an issue, it is always quickly resolved with respect and patience. Bought a new iPhone on Thursday and store associate Juan said to me (about my father) “I’m going to ask him about the discount, because he looks like he doesn’t have a lot of money”... We have been customers for over 20 years. Never will I be purchasing from AT&T ever again! Horrible!

I went to this store with my friend who is 72years old to switch her phone to a new phone. After we purchase the phone Kalvin then told us he could not transfer her information to her new phone she would have to call at&t protect after unsuccessful trying to do that she went back to see Kalvin who said there is nothing he can do for her because it is at&t policy not to transfer her information from her old phone to the new one in the store. Here it is the next day and she still is unable to transfer the info so we will be returning the phone and taking our business somewhere else where we feel welcome. This representative Kalvin has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen he does not belong in this type of environment where he has to deal with customers.

I went down to this store today to have my number ported from another provider to AT&T. Unknown to me (despite being able to receive and send text messages) my port was not complete when I left, after an hour an a half of being there and being told if I had any trouble to come back. I now am trying to finish this process from home because I received a text an hour ago requesting the same information I have provided several times.
I went in to get a new phone and was helped by Juan. Juan was amazing - he answered all of my questions, made great suggestions and made my experience quick and painless. Thank you!

This location was incredibly helpful during all this COVID closures. We were able to recieve proper military discounts, update the account. Adrian and Jay were a joy to work with. As a military family we were so grateful for their help and support.
If i could give this zero stars I would ! Purchased a phone in December and left my old iPhone as a trade in. It’s now May of a new year and come to see my phone I traded in was never sent back and I’ve been paying the phone since last December for the past 5months. Called the store and was simply told well that person no longer works here so I can’t ask her what happened with it. Then i called again and asked for cameras to be reviewed and was told sorry there’s nothing I can do I’m a new manager. Regardless of anything the store is still the same store i left my trades phone to. Worst customer service would never recommend to anyone. Now I’m stuck paying a phone i no longer have since I don’t have the pin and can’t receive my $500 credit or my old phone because “that employee no longer works there” complete bs !!! Even corporate told me NOT to use these small stores anymore smh

I recently visited this store and it was such a Great experience. Truly the best At&t friendly experts around and they even sell Direct TV now! I can now watch TV right on my phone with my Direct TV app. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that wants to save some money and get some Great service while doing so! My husband and I came in to add our lines to his parents phone plan, and we had a wonderful experience. Our previous provider was giving them trouble carrying over our old phone numbers, and the manager, Rachel, did everything she could even though they stayed well passed closing. They never complained and maintained a positive demeanor and conversation the entire time. They are super helpful and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

My husband and I spent over 2 hours upgrading our phones with Jay. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. The other two employees in the store were also really freindly, making the time spent there enjoyable. My only complaint is that their iPads, or the program they were all running, were slow. We spent a lot of time waiting for things to load on their iPads. That isnt the fault of the employees, though. AT&T should give those guys some better tools to do their jobs with. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this store for your in-store needs.

I begrudgingly went to at&t Wethersfield to get a new phone as my old one passed on :(. Also, my family and I did not have a lot of time as we were heading to an event far away. So lets just say I didnt want to be buying a phone anywhere. However, I am glad we went to this store as other At&t stores are ok but often have way too many customers and not enough help or workers rush things along leaving uninformed customers making poor decisions about their phones, etc. The two gentlemen who helped us were great about keeping things moving along as we were on a tight schedule. But they were also patient with my questions and offered insights about things I had not asked about or even knew about! I felt well taken care of, not cheated or sold to. Although it is a pricey business as with all phone carriers, I bought additional accessories knowing full well they would be cheaper elsewhere. I purchased them because I knew they were giving me their honest advice based on their experience with the products. They were very kind people who cared about the customer. I know I will always be in good hands there. I actually look forward to going back! Thanks Wethersfield AT&T!

The experience was great until now, My wife and I went in to open a new business account. We were lead to think we were going to be able to keep our old phone numbers (numbers used for years for our business). We received temp numbers and were told to switch the original numbers in a month to make sure all the discounts ar applied. A month after we call ATT customer service and they tell us we are not able to replace the temp numbers with our old ones but if we wanted to keep our old nunbers we now had to pay for 4 lines ( temp nunbers and our old numbers)We got new devices so the temp numbers are attached to the devices.We have been ATT customers for decades and now we have an experice like this where We have to risk loosing a ton of money by old customers not being able to reach out to us. Very disappointed would not recomment this location to anyone
Nice people working here. Though last time I was there I spent around two hours there only to be told they could not sell me my new phone because they were having problems with their computer server.
DO NOT BUY THEIR SCREEN SHIELDS FROM THIS STORE!$60 for a screen shield, and if you dont register it immediately (which they never inform you that you have to do), you then have to pay $10 for each replacement to be shipped to your house 5-7 business days later. The misleading sales practices of these crooks in this store should not be allowed to continue. Theyre taking peoples money $60 at a time when they have no intention of ever standing behind their warranty or replacements promised to the customers.
After leaving the Newington location, my head was spinning with the new plans and how it worked, I decided not to upgrade, but when the new iPhone came out, I wanted to get one right away rather than waiting for one to ship. I tried out this store since its right next to my house, I was immediately greeted by this attentive and friendly young lady, I expected to wait a half an hour for service like at the Newington store, but she was available to help me out immediately! She explained the differences between the new installment plans and the old two year contract in great detail, and slowly so I could understand. She ended up getting me into a new rose gold iPhone, I only had to pay the taxes in the store, she LOWERED my monthly bill, and I got an iPad mini for free!!! I will never go to any other at&t, and Im going back next week so she can help me set up directv and save money on my cable too!!! Love love love this store and my new iPhone!!!
The person who serviced me did a horrible job. I migrated from T-Mobile to AT&T and she charged me twice - once because she picked up the wrong phone and scanned it before I could react, and twice for a second phantom line that I never requested so that she can port my number over. This resulted in many unnecessary phone conversations with customer service and an overall horrible experience. This is a franchise store so it does not meet the same requirements as official AT&T flagship stores. Lesson learned.
Went there today to ask about a phone. He seemed irritated we were there told us the 950 wasnt popular and he didnt have any. So we left.Went to another store and purchased the item.
