Stay away from this CVS. Waited 25 minutes past my flu shot appointment. I asked for an update, and I was told they couldnt tell me how much longer. On the way out, I explained the situation to the shift supervisor, and she said that doesnt sound right, and she continued on her way. I was there for 40 minutes, checking in early, and the immunization room was dormant. Not one shot given. The woman next to me said she had been waiting 20 minutes before me. The store is poorly run and has no respect for their customers.
Got my flu shot...great service... pharmacist was great and caring....
Very easy and convenient COVID testing process!
They recently changed their computer system. The day they changed it was a Friday and also the day I was to puck up a perscription that was previously out of stock. Due to the new system the computer said my meds was still out of stock. This is not the kinda med you can skip a dose of. After talking to the pharmasist he stopped and looked into it further. Now, it was a half an hour before close and he was extremely busy. He still stopped everything and not only found the medication but filled it for me right then and theres. I am so grateful. The pharmasist ensured I got my meds and gained a forever customer...
9/10 times the pharmacy dispenses the prescription incorrectly. I wish I was exaggerating but I am not. Take RX anywhere but here. Generally spend 30+ minutes on hold to confirm prescriptions.
Has anyone else had a problem reaching the pharmacy, after receiving a text to call about a prescription, I called twice, first time I was on hold for 18 minutes before I gave up. The second time 39 minutes
The worst pharmacy everrrrr! The rudest and worst customer service I’ve ever had!! It’s must be a CVS thing the Glastonbury CVS t 2639 same awful service!!!!!! Rude rude rude people!
Worst cvs pharmacy I Have ever dealt with.I take life or death medication for my kidneys. My medication is always late, the pharmacist has no idea how to run her team. Ive seen them making fun of customers after they leave. Do not fill medication at this location if you need them on time and need compassionate professional help for your pharmaceutical questions.
Sharon the cashier as so helpful and kind the true vision of customer service. I highly recommend weathersfield CVS
Do not come here or CVS at all for Covid test. It took forever to get result. Said 1-2 days but over 2 days still nothing. Never in my life I would come back to CVS pharmacy for my health. PERIOD
As it had been so long since my previous visit to this store, and the store I usually go to was out of stock of a couple of things bc theyre so busy, I decided to try this store again. That was a mistake. All this time later, the store is as awful as before. Extremely rude unprofessional insolent service, and, as the saying goes, the fish stinks from the head. When I called to notify the manager, who was identified as Steve, he had no interest. That would explain why he has employees who provide such bad service. This is definitely a store to avoid. You dont need the aggravation, especially with a Walgreens right next door. Also, the store is not open 24 hours as the picture indicates
Went through the minute clinic drive through & Christina was really helpful & nice
Brandon recognizes me when I come in, and I am very new to Wethersfield. I think he recognizes me because it is not always a smooth process with me. I get confused. Things that are obvious and make sense to others, don’t always make sense to me right away. I told Brandon this at the first sign I was having trouble, and he was very kind and very patient. So important to me.Unlike James (Jim?) I also told him I get confused. Instead of patient he was exasperated. It makes me sad. There were customers behind me and Jim was very impatient. One solution would be to have more than one cashier available. Or tell your customers they can pay at the pharmacy. I, too, am a customer. I love your store. I don’t know how much more rudeness I can take from Jim.Part of the problem may be that I look like a vibrant, confident, middle aged woman but I know my mental and intellectual limits. ‘Jim’ should be patient with me know matter his assumptions.Pharmacy is rarely a smooth process. I can see they are overworked and what appears to be short-staffed. I went to the Rx from the emergency department on crutches. I’m 63, and have never used crutches. It was not pleasant. A pharmacy tech asked me to make myself comfortable and my meds are being worked on, (I’m ok with them saying that although it is rarely true.) I sat. Rx was busy as usual. I am never in a hurry. I’m retired. I’m in quarantine. Where am I going? 😌 As I sat there, I was asked by a different person my name. I gave it to her. As she fiddles with the keyboard she calls me up. I freakin get there, on crutches, and she says we have three ready and working on one...I know that!! It’s why I’m sitting there. I don’t need someone to call me to a counter to see if I need help. I can make my needs known.I’m new to Wethersfield. I like the store although it’s very small. I have had good retail experiences since my move here, except for CVS. I hope it gets better. Even though there close to each other, Walgreens is closer to my home.I’m happy when I see Brandon as I walk into the store. But that’s not enough for me to put up with what really should be a stress-free experience.
If they are going to do testing and use the other lane then please update so i can hear what is being asked.
CVS is one of the best pharmacy store in US as you not only get your medicines here, you also get good savings on daily need items. This store is very well organized and is of good size.
Worst pharmacist in the world. These Sesame Street pharmacist Had my NEEDED prescription sitting there IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES for 3 days without giving me a phone call to let me know they couldnt fill it for what ever reason it was. So when I went to go pick it up needless to say it wasnt ready because apparently there was something wrong so for 3 days no one could of given me a call to let me know I needed to fix it Or get another prescription
This pharmacy is so unprofessional. They make me wait forever everytime I come and I can hear them openly making fun of previous customers. Switching to Cromwell.
I like that its very spread out and spacious.
This cvs is so friendly. It gives me a small town feel where everyone knows everyone and I like that.
Pharmacy staff is very rude I called to find out why my prescription was not filed up yet and The women on the phone was rude did not let me talk always talking over me. it was so bad that I hung up the phone. not good customer services.
Everytime I come here they dont have soap in the bathroom. Thats disgusting and I always need to go over to the pharmacy and ise the hand sanitizer. Many of your customers probably dont and same woth employees.
Hey CVS. So I just left your whethersfield, CT store. I love you guys. You sent me an email in the top 1% of savers in the state of Connecticut.Well I think we should break up. Your employee at the whethersfield store called 2 cops to the store tonight to arrest me.BECAUSE I WAS COUPONING. COUPONING?!?!?Once he figured out I wasnt stealing and what I was actually doing it was too late to call them off. But whats weird is that he followed me around the entire time standing almost on top of me and when I asked why. He said he just so happened to have been assigned that section to fix up.Whats funny is I didnt even realize what was going on until my friend who was in the car came in looking very frantic. We were then followed by the police.Im not sure if I mentioned this but his name was Matt. Your wonderful employee. Thanks Matt. Please remind me not to be BLACK IN WHETHERSFIELD WITH A COUPON.
Today again I verified in the app that my prescriptions were filled. When I got to the store only one way. They told me they would expedite the fill. After 30 minutes of waiting, they called me up to tell me they did not have my needed medication. This is the second time this has happened to me in a row with the same medication at the same CVS store(#348 Wethersfield CT). I am moving my prescriptions to Walgreens.
The Pharmacy Staff at the CVS on the Silas Dean Hwy. in Wethersfield, CT. is by far THE BEST pharmacy staff EVER !! I was already sick, not feeling good and upset about not only health issues but also money issues...with the shape of todays economy some of you can relate. I lost my job, health insurance and some dignity. I had to go on Medicaid because I needed medicine, I was so ashamed that it brought me to tears in front of the Pharmacist, and thats not easy to do to a 57 year old man. But right away Allan the Pharmacist handled everything in a manner that not only made me feel like I was the most important person in the room, but also helped to restore my dignity and feeling of self worth. And while I will not go into every detail, I will say that Allan and Dan have gone above and beyond every time I have ever encountered them. Thank you guys and also the rest of the staff for being the fantastic people that you are, you were there when I needed a lift up.Forever grateful, Kevin Volz
The medication is never ready, even if you have called and verified that it is. You will wait in line, then be pulled out of the line and told to wait some more. You will get back into line to find they have the incorrect insurance info, and told to wait some more. The service is terrible, slow, inconsistent, and the staff are rushed, rude, and inconsiderate. If you are able go to Ricky Hill community; the service is fast, friendly, under 3 minutes and they deliver.
The staff is friendly. The store is pretty much always stocked. Its great over all service!
Omg. Takes less than 10 min to get my passport photo while in walgreen they want me to comeback after 30 min to pick up the photo.
AWEFUL! I have been on hold for 10 minutes! no one has answered and even said please hold, we will be right with you, NOTHING I have called and hung up more than 3 times and have been on hold for a total of over 30 minutes RIDICULOUS
WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Never has my medicine ready, I’ll call Carlos ask if it’s in and he will say yes. When I get there he says “we haven’t received it”. This happens all the time. I’m done with this CVS location.
Great staff very clean
Great products and servicefriendly people
