Always reliable for last minute supplies or essentials for way less. Everythings a dollar. One dollar. Not $2.50 or $1.05. One. Dollar. That counts when youre trying to get by. Lines are long sometimes and you really should bring your own bags, but thats normal now. Happy Shopping.

I felt bad for cashier. She had a long line of customers. Down the aisles, the full length of store. She did not call 4 backup. I was going to get out of line and ask her to. She turned calmly to someone and said, sorry Im waiting 4 my manager to come back to get help, as she went to fill balloons. She was left alone to handle lines and situations on the store alone. The manager is not supposed to do thatI know. I was a dollar tree manager. If manager needs a break, the general store manager needs to schedule someone to cover them as they are entitled to leave store on their meal. If this was not handled. Y store manager, the district manager should have been called. This is wrong for customers, the cashier who was left alone to risk life and self for store, and the manager in charge handled stuff wrong. They should not leave without dealing with general manager or district manager to get coverage. Doing a complaint for dollar tree corporate and labor department. How horrible.

Upon my first visit to this DOLLAR TREE store, I wasn’t ready for what I saw after viewing the website, SHOCKED is the word I’d use 😳. THIS location was a HOT MESS; it looked like a hurricane hit it!! Seems at this location, perhaps at others too, this chaotic appearance IS ALLOWED.Other shoppers complained about the long lines & long wait to pay, they all have legit complaints; this is No Way to run a business IF one wishes to make money.I sincerely hope this location looks to improve its overall business plan & management as its appearance too. The high point is, STAFF, they are lovely people, they can only do so much however.Thank you 🙏🏼 😌

This store doesnt believe in staffing. One employee was ringing while a line of ATLEAST 10 customers waited. At least 3 left their items and walked out. The cashier hit the intercom button twice. Unsure if that was to signal for additional help or not but no one came. They would have received a good sale today as I was going to make a large balloon order.

I love Dollar Tree. I love their 2 for a dollar cards. I have a card ministry and the packaged cards are a wonderful buy. Stickers, I decorate my envelopes with stickers and Dollar Tree has the best selection and you get many stickers.

I was waiting in line to paid the cashier told me he closed and I moved to the other line them he open again to help one of the employee and took another customer after that and left me behind I decided to leave without the items. We dont treat customers like that

I know a lot of teachers who shop here for classroom materials. You can order everything on line and pick it up at the store. No additional charges. Be nice to the staff and they will take good care of you.

The sticker machine kept my $.50 and when I asked one of the employees, she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I know its only $.50, dont care about that at all, but no one likes to pay for nothing. The way I look at it there should be a number to call and if there is one, then the employees should be made aware of it.

This location is ok an have nice workers, jus wish the store wasnt so messy but hey thats ever dollar tree an always have one cashier to check but they workers an cashiers are very nice .

Stopped in this store the today was amazed by how messy and filthy this place is. At the same times amazed by how busy it is at least 10 people ahead of me with no help for the one cashier. Who was annoyed because the manager was over by the balloons talking on his bluetooth. So I left called the DM to complain but he just did not seem to care with his behavior. My suggestion avoid this place!!!!

I love this store because what I am looking for I find it very quickly and therefore its cheap prices.

Today I visited one of his stores at 1396 Berlin Turnpike Wethersfield CT where I had a discussion with his shift manager as I said visit his store accompanied by my 2 year old son. My son Jacob is autistic. The reason for my visit was an emergency purchase and at the same time visit the store since I had never visited it before. Making the line to pay what I had selected and there were several people my son is near the toy area and grabs a box of dinosaurs and throws them to the floor when I realize the situation I move closer to him and I will pick up but at the same time his employee sees him and comes shouting at him and talking directly to my son giving him instructions and scolding. For a moment I thought it was a joke but after this the person addresses me and starts scolding me and tells me to get my son out of the front of his face that does not want him or see who I answer he has Be careful how you speak to my son because he is a child, which answers me, it should have more supervision. The worst of all is that everyone turned to see what was going on because of the managers screams. I understand that it is not a way to talk to my son or me and much less to tell me to get it out of my sight that I do not want to see him he has every right to go with me to the store and he just had to wait for me to pick it up start screaming and less to a 2 year old because he does not have the right to do it and much less when he should give the example because according to the cashier is the manager. Because of his screams, my son had a behavioral crisis in his shop that they can check in the videos of his establishment. It is a pity that an employee of your company does not respect the clients, let alone be a good human being.
