I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I dont even know where to begin. I was scammed but its my own fault for not doing my own research. I told the owner I needed a good reliable car for work, I drove 3 hours there and thought he would understand. I now find myself having to put in more money into repairs than the car was worth, and I paid $5500 for the car, Audi A4 Quattro. I have to replace the catalytic converter and exhaust. And I know theres more coming, this is only 2 weeks of having the vehicle. To everyone reading this review, God bless you but dont trust these scammers, stay far far away. And to the owner, Hristo Grozdanov, what goes around comes around. Its sad that scammers like you guys still exist. Money hungry people. I hope this exposes you.

I just bought an Audi from 777 Auto and had a pleasant purchasing experience. Based on the reviews I expected them to be pushy - but in fact they just let me check out the car and do my test drive without any interruption. After, they were able to come down to a reasonable asking price, and replaced the front and back brakes for me and rushed it to the shop as I wanted it next day. I took it to a local mechanic to ensure there were no other glaring issues and after a thumbs up, I traded in my car for a decent price and the closing took about 1 hour, with the entire process only taking 4 days start to finish. If you go, ask for Shane as he was very kind and helpful. + Recommended.

If you look for reasonable price it is place to buy car. BEFORE you come to those place do you home work and if you have some knowledge about cars you will find the cars price was right. The partners works diligent hours to make people happys it is impossible..if you work with them nice i bet u that we will help you anything to sussed...

Bought car and immediately had to be brought in to them to fix. Didnt have for 2 weeks with all the repairs, then ABS stopped working and it was after 30 days so I was told sorry cant help. One thing after another. Stay away and pay more somewhere else. Its a shame because I love the car, but so many issues dont know if we will ever truly enjoy it.

Stay far away! wanted to buy a vehicle for $7100.00. I filled out the finance app online. They get back to me stating I needed $2,000.00 down payment plus my trade (my trade is valued at $2800.00). My credit is in good standing. Furthermore, not only did they want the down payment and trade, they were still going to finance the original $7100. So, I wonder, where was the total of 4800 going to?? (trade/down payment). In other words, I have to put down 65% on the car?? Youre out of your mind. Keep in mind. I just bought my spouse a new car with no down payment 6 months ago at a reputable dealer.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Got a used Jeep, after a few days, starter went, oil leak found, oil pan needed to be replaced, heat didnt work, windshield sprayer didnt work. Day after day, week after week something broke or came to our attention. They did have it fixed. And then the control arm literally broke. Called the dealer and was told I was past the warranty (30 days) and they arent charity and do not call again or they will file harassment charge...Take a look at this. Feel free to email me with any questions before you buy from these guys..BE WARNED.

They are very unprofessional. I bought my car here and the car was need some repairs. I brought the car back for them to check because I spent almost 10 thousands dollars on the car. The guy there doesn’t even let me explain what is the issue w/ the car. They only care about the money they do. They do not have financing company..will hire third party to do finance.. so buyers will need to pay document fee twice... they will never tell you before or after you buy the car..by doing business everything should be clear.. and I asked them why didnt tell me they will just tell me they dont know ..and said already try their best to help me ..of course not they try best to make their money ..bring the car to your own mechanic before you buying as car....

If i could give 0 stars i would. I purchased the 2011 bmw 3 series from them and took it home. The next day I drove to petsmart and on the way home the car shuts down, while i’m driving. I pull over out of the road and call my mother. Mind you, i’m 17, this is my first car. My mom comes and tells me just to call AAA because a car shouldn’t break down less than 24 hours after you buy it. So i start it once she gets here and I got it into the CVS parking lot and shut it off. When AAA got there, the car wouldn’t even turn on, at all. He couldn’t get it to start so we ended up having to push it onto the tow truck. The next day my mom called the dealership and said that I didn’t want it anymore and they argued with us saying we “didn’t know what we’re were talking about” and that “it didn’t work like that”. After 2 days of them arguing with us, my mom calls an attorney and tells them that we will bring them to court because the car literally made it less than 24 hours and is protected by the lemon law. Less than 30 minutes after that call, they call us back and say they’ll cut me a check for a refund. This company is extremely unprofessional and does not work with their customers. They’re just out for a sale. If you’re buying from them, I advice to think wisely and make sure you know what you’re getting into.

I’ll bet majority of their vehicles are auction specials and they try to sell them without fixing them, or the very very minimum.Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time going there because I did and won’t ever get that time backLure you in with clean Carfax and low miles and you get there and it still needs 3,000 dollars of work. Why would you even tell me to come in the first place ?

Literally the most unaccommodating dealership I have ever in my entire life seen. The owner claimed he was not the owner then later on he was. Owner driving around a car I purchased but refused to deliver on time. Cancelled multiple appointments because the employees were joyriding and couldn’t manage to have the car there for me to purchase. Finally purchased, waited 4 days and they still haven’t even contacted my insurance company to register. They can’t deliver the car to my home 10 miles away but in a pandemic they all are picking their kids and families up in a car I purchased. Fraud central, stay away.Part two- in response to his response. We did in fact show up, The first time he claimed I got the appointment time wrong (I made it an hour before I came) and the second no show the owner stated his wife was sick and needed to change the appointment time AFTER WE ARRIVED and the car wasn’t present.After pickup, the owner has taken to harassing us as he claimed we owe him $500 as he screwed up the paperwork. The car was delivered absolutely filthy, none of the repairs done he had promised. The salesman who said he worked there and couldn’t put me in touch with the owner was the owner ! Place is a scam. Bringing the car to Porsche this weekend to make sure anything and everything wrong with it is paid for by him within the 60 day warranty period required in Massachusetts.These people are liars and shady.

Place is a joke .....I seen an ad online for the cadillac car that i really liked on car gurus and it was at the 777 auto location so I called and asked if the car is still available and they said yes.....now I go down to the dealership to see this car and only to find out I cant drive it because the breaks just got done and theres something wrong with the breaks...so the guy allows me to sit in the car without being able to drive it and I notice car has no ac the steering wheel was stiff no power steering and then I tried to open the sunroof and the sunroof has issues wont close or open correctly...so I brought these things to the dealers attention he tells me the car needs power steering fluid I told him I feel like its more then the power steering ...so next thing he tell me ok Im going to send it to my mechanic get all those issues fixed I said ok and I will buy the car if you do I just want to be able to test drive it first .......so now I wait one week I call the guy back to see if the car is ready he tells me the car needs a power steering pump and he will fill the ac I said ok .....another week goes by no call from anyone from the dealership I call again he tells me he dosen t know when the car will be ready ..maybe next week I said oh😕 gave them another week now were three weeks in and I call again only for him to tell me its not the power steering pump it needs a power steering rack so the car is gonna be longer I said great ok since I really like the car I will wait mind you no one has contacted my phone once from this dealership during this entire purchase attempt very unprofessional and they dont seem to value there customers at all ...so finally three weeks later I call again for him to tell me the car is there I can come test drive it ..once I test drive the car the car suspension is all hacked up the sunroof opened but wouldnt close and wont open at all also the ac still dosent work !!! I asked them to lower the price because off all the hassle they put me through and not only the wait and for all the things wrong with the car ..the guy refused to fix anything on the vehicle not even the suspension or the sunroof ...??sounds to me like there trying to dump car that has all kinds of issues that they dont want to waste there money on good luck there I could only imagine if I bought the car and something goes wrong and mind you they said the break were just done and brand new rotors Wich they were but the car would not stop right away has air in the brake line I backed out of buying this cadillac srx because of the way they treated me and the car is junk..... And never mind the dealership comment below proves more that they are theieves I never offered him any money and he claimed that I offer 1500$ below the price when all I asked was for him to lower the price do to the problems the vehiy had and the sunroof does not work at even after we greased it smh pathetic!

I bought my 2nd car here about two years ago, the ad they had posted online was for the premium model and stated that everything worked fine on the car. When I went to inspect the car I found lots of issues such as the sunroof didnt work AT ALL, rear wiper didnt work, the wiper blades looked like they were the orginial ones from 2004, the AC didnt work. So after I gave them a offer on this car they said no car is fine. They clearly dont know much about cars or customer service from any aspect. I did end up buying the car because I was out of options and they assured me that they would replace the wiper blades and fix the rear wiper...their idea of replacing the wiper blades was cleaning them with a wet paper towel 🤬 and I watched them do this. End of rant. Dont give these guys your business they may scam you or something worse.

Shane was super helpful and pleasant. One thing that I especially appreciated was his excellent eye contact and therefore a sense that he was really listening to what I was saying. Not focused on the next customer or sale. Very classy! Thanks.

This dealer completely wasted my day. The vehicle pictured online, a rarer performance coupe, was made to look pristine; I even inquired with them about its condition before taking the trip to look at it. They said it was clean, rust free, and dent free. Upon driving 2 hours to look at the vehicle the body had a massive dent in it, holes in the front and rear bumper, a valance hanging off, various dents around the rest of the vehicle, and to top it all off the new tires they put it on it were absolute trash. Now I know I was looking at a used car but these things shouldve been disclosed on the description of the vehicle and when I inquired about said vehicle.

First time buying a car in almost 20 years. They made it easy and painless. Now I have a new Forester! They rock!

I took out a law suit against 777 and won because of their dishonesty when they sold me a car. My daughter took her tax money to buy a car for her and my grandchildren. The carfax stated it was in great condition and they also said it to me as well. Two weeks later we started having problems and was told to bring it in, as we were en route to bring it the car smoked up and died on the highway. A long story short we were back and forth taking the car to them to get repaired with in the entire 4 months we had the car. Every time the claimed to fix it I took it into my own mechanic and found out they werent fixing it. Rusty parts were never replaced. They were messing with the wrong one because I wasnt paying money for trash. I took pictures and documentation from my mechanic and went to file a law suit and one. Buyers be ware, they are full of lies and deceit.

Bought a beautiful Audi convertible for a fair price, very professional & helpful dealings with 777 Auto LLC. Will definitely be back next time Im looking for a vehicle.

From the get go Chris and Shane were incredible. I had to keep canceling appointments dude to work and they were always very accommodating. The car being a performance vehicle needed to be inspected by my 3rd party mechanic and Chris had no problem driving the vehicle from Weymouth to Malden for the inspection. Chris took in my trade as well with no questions asked. After I purchased the vehicle one of the struts failed and Chris had the strut repaired and replaced within a day. I have to say these guys were always there when I needed them and this was the best car buying experience that Ive ever had. I would highly recommend these guys. -Alex

A big red flag for their customer service and the cars they have in their lot because they only sale junk cars. Think million times before buying car from here. Within 2 months, there were so many issues in the car I bought from here that need to be fixed and they keep telling you that it is not covered in your warranty. Youll end up spending more money to fix those issues. Within 6 months, I got rid of the car and bought another one because every month some issues came up.

On 6-9-2017, I went to the the dealership to test a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. Auto had 3 issues, front brakes and/or rotors, engine latch and tire sensor was not working. Up front, they said if you clear the notice from the computer every time you start up the car, the message goes away. Other two issues they would send to their repair shop so I may test drive car again and have my repair shop look at car. On 6-13, I called dealer back to see if problems were fixed. Salesman checked with his boss and was informed that auto never went to repair shop. But if I put a deposit down, the dealer would prioritize the repair. No thank you, I replied but when you send it to your repair shop and the repairs are made you let me know. As of the day of this writing, no call back. Stay away if they are looking for a deposit for repairs!

The person who greet us was very friendly, my only concern was that, they didnt update the information on the car we were asking, and it took us an hour to figure out if that was on sale or sold.

Really poor customer service, poor business practices, most of the cars the buy have been in wrecks and they get them fixed on the cheap and under the radar. LIARS!!! I saw a Mercedes online, which the 777 auto ad stated was one-owner, so I contacted them. The salerman assured me it was all original with no accidents or paintwork. I was very particular because the dealership was far and I had to fly out there to see the car.After multiple assurances by the manager, I booked my flight, flew to Boston to see the car.Thats when the horror began!! The Mercedes had clean carfax history, but it clearly had unreported accident damage. The headlights were aftermarket and the driver side doors had been repainted and it was noticeable.Enraged, I pointed it out to the salesman, who directed me to the manager. The manager comes and boldly said its not accident, just repainted!!!! Ridiculous! Then, he tried to show me another car, which apparently had been sitting in their lot for months and tried to sell me that at a discount! $100 off the sticker!!!Such a waste of time and money. Never trust them even if you speak with them. They trick perspective buyers by luring them with a clean carfax bait. Small dealership, shady salesman!Liars!!!

I AM PURSUING A LAWSUIT AGAINST 777 AUTO!I cant believe some one would have the business mentality of 777 auto. UNFAITHFUL! I bought a car from them less than a month ago, and i have had nothing but problems. OWNER IS NOT HONORING MY WARRANTY! The starter motor went out with in 2 weeks of me purchasing the car, and i had to pay $700 out of my own pocket. It is stated in my contract that the starter is covered. I AM PURSUING A LAWSUIT AGAINST 777 AUTO! Also, there are other problems with the car that i have called and spoke with the owner about that he has not followed up on. The cd player wont work at all. He said he would get back to me and never did.I have been saving my money for 2 years to buy a car, and i am so disappointed with the passat i bought from 777 auto. I trusted them, and they really hurt me.BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!

I found the service at 777 Auto to be excellent. The staff was courteous, easy to talk to and very cooperative. They answered every question on the car available with background information.The cars were easy to test drive, clean and very sturdy and solid.I ended up buying a Sabb 900S with high milage three years ago. I took the car to Africa were I drove it from Senagal to Cameroon. Three thousans miles or treacherous roads. The car made it with no problems. The car was sold in Cameroon as I understand it, it is still going strong.I highly recomend buying a car from 777 Auto. They are truly honest.--Freddy

They promised me they would make sure the brakes where in good condition when i bought the car three months after i had the car the check engine light goes of and much to my dismay the car has oil leaks, coolant leaks EGT temp sensor errors and the rear brake pads./ When i talked to them they said the warranty is passed and im SOL. Avoid them at all costs!!

Bought a car for 6500, waited a month for a title to come in, finally got the title and the car, found a few things wrong with it so I called and they said they’d fix them, brought the car there, paid the deductible, they had it for a week, and when I picked it up I noticed nothing was fixed, so make sure they fix your car up to your standards before you drive off the lot.
