Went in for a front end alignment and a tire rotation. They were done in about 20 minutes. Truck drives straight as an arrow. Ive been going there for years. Never had bad service. These guys go unrecognized and they are definitely under-appreciated for the work that they do. So next time you go in for service service throw down a 20 for the guys buying lunch coffee let them know you appreciate them. I did and it really put a smile on their faces.

This place is a lifesaver! Woke up to a flat tire and found out a screw was lodged in my tire Bridge street took me in quick and was able to patch it good as new! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

I have used this incredible company when I have had tire emergencies with different cars I have owned.They are incredible.Sullivan tires charges at least 50% more than Bridge Street Tires does for the same job and are completely unengaged with their customers.I am so impressed with the owner of Bridge Street tire and alignment and their staff with their commitment to excellence and their commitment to their customers.Thanks for being there for me in horrible emergencies like driving over a broken tree in a snow storm.

John and his team are incredible. Ive been bringing my vehicle to their shop for 2+ years now, and its the only place Ill go. They go out of their way to try and save you money, and avoid having you pay for unnecessary parts/repairs. Ive had quotes from other local garages, as well as my vehicles dealership, and they were both DOUBLE the prices that John and his team were able to do it for. First time going and they were great! Car was running jumpy and squealing with no lights on the dashboard. They said the parking brake on one wheel was too tight so they loosened it and sent me on my way at no charge. Couldnt have asked for a better result.

I am visiting my daughter here from LI N.Y. and my muffler fell off my car last evening. This morning I called and explained the situation. I had the muffler in my car and brought it to Bridge Street . Spoke to John and within less than 2 hours it was wielded back onto my car. Fair, honest, and reliable service!**They are open during the Coronaviris COVID 19. **I came here because it was rated high, and Im rating it 5 stars because they gave me 5 star service!They do more than TIRES.Oil changes here COST LESS than Jiffy Lube and Midas.No service warranty was offered on the set oftwo new Altimax tires that I purchased, but I didnt inquire...FYI.I believe the set of General AltiMAX RT43 (Road Touring) comes with a 45-day customer satisfaction trial and a 75,000-mile limited tread life warranty. Thats the info that I found online, but Im not sure.If youre looking for a good warranty, then go to Jimmys in Quincy.

My review will not be published, but I need to cover what went on today.I had contact with a supervisor who was going to order my tire for installation. This was done and I arrived at the correct time. I had asked about one of my concerns entailing the balancing of the tire I had previously purchased from them. Maybe 3 months ago.When my car was brought back, I was told nothing had been done to check the Balancing. I was none too happy, I looked under the wheel to check for weights and there were none. I decided to check the tire pressure and the drivers side rear was 48psi. I checked these because my tire pressure idiot light came on upon 2 miles from the shop. All tires had a variety of pressure. This is what I got for $91.31. Not Happy.
