I bought a 2016 F150 at Washington Street Motors and was extremely satisfied with my entire car buying experience. I worked with Chris and Justin. Chris made the buying process seamless and quick. There was no haggling and the price was below KBB with the options. I had a concern with the trucks rotors after I bought it and Justin immediately told me to drop it off and he would take care of it. Justin quickly had the issue fixed and ensured me that when you buy a vehicle from Washington Street motors you are family.

Quick vehicle Inspection Service

I have never been joyed the car buying experience but I have to say Washington Street motors was absolutely amazing. One of the Salesman Chris left his home at 9:30 at night on memorial day weekend open up the shop to show us in the car we fell in love with. Who does that? Every time I have mono or at least a vehicle I have always felt like I was being tracked but Chris was so honest so transparent so dedicated to our happiness we didn’t even negotiate the price. No it was a totally fair price and I only wish I had more money to come back and buy another car.

Within the last week and a half I’ve tried going here 3 times for an inspection. The first time I was told everyone was on lunch break and they couldn’t inspect my vehicle. The second time I came back they told me the inspection system was down and I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me, “Yeah it didn’t work. But call us next time to make sure it’s up and running.” Today I called to confirm it was up and running and they said it was. I came in and nobody was at the front. I waited for 3 minutes, pressed the button for the bell, and waited another 5 minutes... NOBODY CAME TO THE FRONT. I watched all the employees on the cameras in the lobby and not one of them even came to the front to say, “Hey it will be a few minutes.” I’ve been coming to Washington Street for oil changes, inspections, and maintenance. But after these experiences, I’ll be going elsewhere. Very disappointing service.

They do all kinds of repairs and they do them well and in a timely fashion at a fair price. What more can I say? They also sell used cars.

Between myself and my family weve probably purchased 10 cars from Washington St Motors. Friendly family owned business that is always honest and up front about everything. The Ryans are always willing to help find you exactly what you are looking for and never pressure you to buy something you dont want. Service department is great!! We do most of our searching for new vehicles online and their prices have been very competitive on the vehicles we have purchased.Its nice to be able to get service from the same people we bought the car from and the free oil changes are great.

After visiting 6 dealers i was blown away!! Justin greeted me shortly after i pulled into his lot. Not your typical dealership. Justin was very friendly and helpful. Listened to what I was looking for and put me in a great truck and was able to score me great financing. I am very satisfied with the smooth sale. I am also happy to say i will go back when im ready to buy gain and recommend WSM to everyone i know.

Brought my car here for inspection sticker. Guy works here is friendly. Short wait time on weekday morning, 10 mins is all it takes for the inspection. Thumb up, highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE, So many issues with the SUV that I purchased just over a year ago (over $2000. in completed repairs to date) First clue should have been the 3 months to diagnose a leak in the radiator!! Many issues still not fixed and the service manager calls me a CHEAP PRICK because I dare question a $76.00 charge for telling me what my check engine light is on for (with the owner standing there as a witness). WSMs only interested in the sale, than they get you with a mediocre service department by charging you for everything else. Yeah, free oil changes....whoopee. Recommended them to other people that purchased from them with similar issues.

I have lived in Weymouth for the past 6 years since moving from the north shore. While in Weymouth I really had no one to do my mechanical work on my vehicle and my wifes vehicle. From the first time I met the Ryan family and their mechanics, I felt comfortable with them working on my cars. I found them to be very fair and clean plus respectful of my property, not to mention a clean shop setting and attractive display in their lot. Just a few weeks ago I had extensive work done to my Nissan Altima, exhaust manifold, catylitic converter, Y pipe. I had to drop it off in an emergency without even notifying them. They contacted me with the issues and what needed to be done with an honest estimate. Knowing this was going to be a very big task to do, I trusted their work ethics and determination to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible.
