This store and the manager should be ashamed of themselves. I bought hair clippers at this store and the clippers didnt work. They refused to exchange or return the item. They make you go through the manufacturer. What a pain. I bought the product through their credit card. So I asked the manager if she could look up my purchase so I can get a copy of the receipt. Should refused to, I know they have the capability to do that. I should of gone to Walmart across the street. No hassle return with them and the price is the same.....

I went in yesterday to get some bleach. The girl working there suggested getting the artic fox bleach since the manic panic was sold out. I guess I should’ve looked at the back of the box to see if I needed to get anything with it. Instead I just asked her and she said whatever I needed was in the box. Well she was wrong. I actually needed a mixing bowl and brush. So went back today to get a mixing bowl and brush. I told her what she told me and acted like she didn’t help me and basically ignored what I said and didn’t even offer an apology. Just asked for my number for the rewards so she could probably rush me out of there instead of admitting she was wrong. Need better customer service and people who actually know what they’re talking about.

I went there and was looking for some nail supplies and hairspray and a sales girl asked me if I needed help I declined and she proceeded to follow me from aisle to aisle in the store . That’s wicked annoying won’t be coming back
