If I ever had a problem laminating anything or getting copies of essays/papers for college, your employee Matt has always been so easygoing and helpful with anything! He always has provided me quality recommendations for things to buy in Staples and has made my interaction with Staples a great one! Matt deserves a raise! Thanks again man!!!
The people who work at the printing section are useless, can’t ask them for help with anything because they’re too preoccupied with gossiping and other nonsense. Avoid this place at all costs .

Its a reasonable office supply store that offers average pricing and decent amount of stock. The employees do move around a lot and there is usually no problems finding one. However it feels the stock can be limiting at times and I cant always find what I want. There are always reasonable deals and usually can get done what I need to. If you need back to school supplies or office needs this place will most likely be able to do it.
Staples has a lot to offer. I noticed a lot of limited time only specials, new lower prices and buy one get one at % off. If you have a business this store easily offers one stop shopping with all the selections. The staff is helpful if you need assistance. I like the staples brand vs the big name competition. Of course you can find some of same writing instruments at a walmart for less.
This place is a mess. Print shop can’t keep up with the work so employees lie about when your project will be completed for you. Manager support this. I will never order from them again, don’t expect your product to be ready when the online confirmation says it will be. In fact, plan on waiting another 2 to 3 days.

Great selection of every type of office supply you could need. Sure you can get things online much cheaper nowadays but sometimes physically comparing two brands or actually inspecting the products is much more convenient than being disappointed when the delivery arrives.
Just a very clean well organized store. Not many Staple that Ive been to have as smart staff like here. Good workers.

Buyer beware! Either check prices online for the products you want or order for 1 hour pickup because my experience says the prices that ring up on the cash register are higher than found on their web site. I ask for the web price and they always give it to me, but you have to know to ask. One hour pickup doesnt always get the product picked in an hour, either.
Went to get some labels copied like i have done 3 times before (it is about a 4 minute process)the girl behind the counter was just not helpful at all seemed like it was the last place on earth she wanted to be told me i could pick them up at 830 that night really took my business 2 miles up the street to office max where they took care of me with a smile i will do all my shopping at office max from now on eff you staples
I can not rave enough about the printing team here. Im a professional artist who cant afford to have her prints made at an independent printer- that being said not all big brand stores are made the same. I have spent days, DAYS, trying to make people at some Staples in the city or at FedEx trying to get the prints I need done to no avail. But the gals here are always super patient with my annoying orders, spend a ton of time making sure I can use the paper I want, and are just friendly even though Im probably their most dreaded customer. They have saved the day for me on multiple occasions and I cant speak highly enough about the team here

They do not honor their coupons and also if you join the Staples discount club they telemarketer you incessantly. I had a Staples card I returned it and I told him that I changed my phone number than the courthouse finally stopped they will telemarket you two or three times a week. My suggestion, go to Amazon. Better prices free delivery in many cases, and you get to see each product honestly rated. In Amazon will never telemarketer you

For copying and printing: Lousy customer Service. Some of the 20 somethings behind the counter at the copy center have an attitude and dont really want to help you. No shock there considering their generation. The self-serve machines either have issues or they dont work at all. If you try to get the people behind the counter to print for you its always a long wait or, they wont get to it till next day. Nobody hustles. They work at a snails pace.Youre better off going to FedEx Office for printing and copying or shipping in Braintree. But No issues with the store/retail part. Just the copy center is a real downer.
Checkout is VERY SLOW!!! Lots of questions And trying to sell you more things at the registers. Friendly employees...but if you are in a hurry...do not go here!

This is a review for shipping. The second time I used it was a disaster and it took a whole HOUR to ship a package. I will NEVER ship from this location again, AVOID SHIPPING FROM HERE at all costs. I brought in things to mail to a college student in Western MA. There were only two people working for the whole copy center and shipping center. I said I needed to ship something overnight and a Staples employee gave me a label to fill out. He said that I could not get a price until I had a label completed, but he was sure it wouldnt cost more than $20. I filled out the label, selected a box, and packed it. The first guy was busy, so I asked the second Staples guy for a blank piece of paper to put the address inside the box, and had to ask three times over 5 to 10 minutes and was told the third time You know I have other customers to wait on, when I had stood there that long for a piece of paper. He came over and I didnt have the box sealed and he went away even though I said I am almost done. He had to finish up with two other customers but finally turned and said Are you all set? and was about to turn away from myself and a gentleman. We had been standing there at least 10, maybe 15 minutes. I said NO, we both need help! and the poor man let me go first. So- I told the young man I needed the package to get there the next day by 10:30. During the convo I said this two or three times. He looked at the form and said This is the wrong label and gave me a new one. I asked him how to release the signature and he said I didnt have to do anything, it did not require a signature. This sounded fishy so I called up my ex and he looked it up on the UPS site and told me how to release the signature. I gave the young man the second filled-out form. He started processing it and said it would be $31 and to go to the register. I looked at my copy and I said- this says third day delivery, I need overnight. He said OK and switched it to overnight. I said, is it guaranteed for 10:30? He said no, there is no way to do that when paying with an account. We dont have the right form for that. He told me to leave and go to a UPS location to ship it! I called my ex AGAIN and he said that they offered 10:30 delivery on the website. The young man said the only way to get 10:30 AM delivery was to pay for it directly, not billing it to an account, and the computer would let him check 10:30 AM. I said OK. He did up the label on the computer. First, he got my return address wrong. Then, when I asked him to copy my sons address off the label, he started using my exs return address in Needham! If I hadnt been on the ball (and by this time checking everything he did) he would have sent the package to my sons father. He started filling in the correct address and then said Needham, right? I said NO, North Adams. I looked at the label and he had entered third day air. I said- no I need the package overnight. I have told you that at least three times. He corrected it, and it rang up as $81. He said he would honor the $31, and that I could have the box for free, the only good part of this horrible transaction. I asked him why the receipt didnt say 10:30 and he assured me it was guaranteed for 10:30. By this time I really didnt trust him and I asked him twice more and the answer stayed the same. So here is the kicker- the UPS trailer was delayed, and I got an email saying that the package would not get there by 10:30. I told the manager that the center was understaffed and it took me an hour to send a package and that wasnt acceptable. He just stood there saying OK. He never apologized.

I’m going to pick up a few things from staples
Went in to return a backpack.First the old lady let me stand at the customer service counter for ten min before asking me if i needed anything then told me to get in line at the regular register which was very long. Then two managers showed up and the older one was very rude and they were treating me like a criminal! I come here all the time, never again.

Waited 20 minutes to ship an envelope! The people at the store had the customer fill out the shipping information themselves and they had no clue how to do it. Finally after 20 minutes another worker noticed and helped them. Slow is not even the word for this place!
