This is the WORST CVS pharmacy I have been to and I have been using exclusively CVS for more than 10 years. They don’t answer the phone and if you don’t talk to someone, your script won’t be filled until you do. What is the point of electronic prescriptions? When your doctor sends a prescription, there is no reason it shouldn’t be addressed the same day. You shouldn’t have to call days later for them to tell you they have to order it. Why? The order was placed when my doctor sent the prescription. The pharmacist “Becky” was extremely rude… come to find out, she lied and didn’t tell me her true name, because there is no “Becky” that works in pharmacy… 😤Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled at a different pharmacy if you can help it.
Yes a big cvs, the stock ok, the parking lot a bit crazy no matter busy or not, the bathroom needs updating bad and clean not so much and the line which was 1 person In front of me and still very slow I suggest selfcheck it was faster
Clean, organized, and is a larger store with more inventory. Staff is great especially Kelly, she is so kind and always willing to check the back for inventory.
Worst CVS Pharmacy, they do not answer the phone and if they ever do they put you on hold and dont pick call back up.I called the front store and they told me they ignore the phone calls. But he went back to the pharmacy and put me on the phone with them. They lost my prescription and blamed my doctor, which it was not because I watched him put it onto the computer and verify it on his cell phone tooDO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!I AM SWITCHING TO Walgreens!!
The genius pharmacist gave me the wrong prescription and refused to replace it without charging me twice. Also, they NEVER pick up phone calls. Walk in and see for yourself, Ive never seen a larger group of dimwits
Theyre nice, but the pharmacy is always understaffed and INSANELY slow. Ive always used CVS no matter where Ive lived, but Ive never seen anything like it. Ive spent hours of my life on line there. Its time to switch pharmacies.
Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Lost my prescriptions several times. Staff is rude and they nevet fill prescriptions when they say. NEVER answer the PHONE they ignore phone calls. They dont care about the customers.Wish i could give negative Stars !!
Manda who works in pharmacy needs a new career. Every time I go in she has an attitude for no reason. Last time I was there the computers were down and she was cheering saying “yay we don’t have to do anything I hope they don’t get fixed” The lines are also always absurd here you never wait less than 20 minutes…makes no sense. Need to change pharmacies immediately.
One of the slowest pharmacy around, always understaffed. 7 to 8 hours required to prepare 1 prescription
This store is clean, well stocked, and is pretty large. Jenny is very Hardworking and helpful at finding what I need. Thank you!
Been on hold for an hour with this useless pharmacy!!!! Terribly run company, cares nothing for customers. Go to Walgreens!
Worst CVS I have ever been to. Pharmacists are extremely slow and most of the time they dont even bother to answer the phone, forcing you to drive to the location just to find out that your prescription still hasnt been filled.
Lisa is the sweetest worker. She is always so kind and helps us with whatever want! She is the reason I continue to go to this CVS. Best lady ever!
One of the only 24hr stores in this area. The staff here are friendlier, more helpful, and may I say even funnier than you could ever expect coming across at any retail pharmacy/store/business period. And since this is a corporate chain, that makes that fact almost unbelievable. Great selection with everything any other CVS has in stock. Even when theres a long line, they are amazing at getting another employee to help. Only complaint is that management doesnt seem to value their staff enough. What a shame. They dont know what they are lucky to have.
I called the pharmacy twice as they would not pick up the phone either time. I stayed on the line over twenty minutes in hopes that someone would pick up the phone but to my disbelief no one did. I will have to drive there to get an answer. Not happy at all...
Ever since they hired new people at the pharmacy its been a mess and no one knows what they are doing. You guys do realize you handle peoples medications and how serious that is right ? Switched pharmacies today. Never dealing with them again.
This store is utterly horrible. Forget calling, Im currently on hold for now 30 minutes. Busy, yea OK. Busy walkingaround on their phones. Im filing a complaint today with corporate
Worst Pharmacy in the area. Dr sent my prescriptions here by mistake, and I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone. Just rings forever.
Slowest pharmacy in the world with slow service at drive up and in person. Unreliable at best.
Besides the rude staff I spent 30 minutes twice back to back and many other times and still they refuse to answer the phone
I had a strange experience with getting passport photos here. I asked them to take a photo of my infant for a passport application and they refused. An employee named Courtney, I believe, told me they wouldn’t take infant passport photos because the application would get rejected. I convinced them to take it anyways (by saying please just take my money) and it turns out the photo was fine and the passport was issued no problem.I also had a bad experience with the pharmacy. My husband tried to pick up an antibiotic for my sick child and got yelled at because it wasn’t ready yet (he showed up even though we hadn’t received a call from the pharmacy). Five hours later, still no call from the pharmacy, so I called them, and it turns out the prescription was ready. They never called me though, so my son was suffering needlessly all afternoon.Lastly, the checkout line is always so slow. There’s no self check out so be prepared to wait. On more than one occasion I’ve walked in, seen the line, and left.
The cashier was rude, I go here often and have never been treated so disrespectful
Ran in for some eyedrops and anti-itch spray. Both items say in tiny font on the back that theyre homeopathic.Obviously I should read more closely, but this is not what a pharmacy should be stocking.
I have gone to this CVS a couple of times. Nothing really worth it. The CVS on Bridge St. In Weymouth is better and close by.
For years, the best location for convenient pharmacy, home and school supplies. The best staff as well. A critical asset for our community. CVS 24 hour stores have great people - the guys in Easton literally saved a life. Thank you!
This is the best CVS I have been to in some time. The service at the pharmacy is prompt and the employees are very courteous. Glad this pharmacy is so close to me.
Another crappy experience. Back to back trips to CVS on back to back days, and each visit a time suck. I consider this CVS time thieves and, terrorists of my schedule. They show such a lack of respect for the consumer. We are the reason they have employment, it’s embarrassing and so frustrating. From not having prescriptions filled on time, to not having them filled period.. poor communication, rudeness, antagonistic, to incompetence at the register and lack of ability to fulfill store promotions.I dread having to go to this pharmacy.Today was my last day ever being a patron at the store. If you do not need a 24 hour drugstore, choose a different CVS location or try a different company altogether.
Its cvs
The longest wait ever! And they just ignore everyone.
This is the best pharmacy Ive ever used I would go no place else the pharmacist and people who work there are the best very thoughtful and courteous ive never had a problem with anything or anyone especially were its so busy everyone is great thank you for all your help
I agree with what multiple people have said--worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have given them multiple chances but they are rude, dismissive, and frequently make errors in filling prescriptions. Stay away.
OMG, this pharmacy is the worst one Ive EVER experienced. Slow, inept, dismissive people and a rude, arrogant jerk of an RX mgr in Eris Karanxha. Told me my insurance would cover my meds in 2 days, no sooner. Went back in two days, associate tells me not til Jun 27, then Eris says next day. But two days ago he told me in 2 days! Dr.s office called him. It didnt matter. I bought two pills to hold me over, both together cost me $3.71. Two days later he tells my Dr. office that 1 pill would cost me $20! Wow, liar AND a thief. Oh...and it takes them 20 mins to answer their phone, if they do at all. Seen them ignore it in store and been on hold from Quincy to Weymouth with them ignoring the call. Switching to Walgreens.
Son’s meds for an ear infection called in at 430, lost the rx, called in at 5:30 again with a promise for it to be ready at 6:30. At 730, it was still in process as I watched three staff search for it (again). Three days later, it took over 5 hours to get a tamiflu rx (which is preboxed) and pretty sure they only fill when they get heat on them. They don’t answer their phones. Bottom line pharmacy, they need more staff, this is how fatal errors are made. They lost my business after this week. Completely unacceptable.
Such nice people who work there!
Yeah its a 24 hour CVS. When you go for the flu shot, get it here. They give a 20% off shopping pass. Is true most of the time that the outside trash is overflowing but i dont go here to throw stuff away. Those 20% off coupons that got sent to your email. You use to be able to print those out and the store would accept them if they were expired or not. Well, that policy ended. Too bad. Only go here if you have to. There are ALWAYS lines with a long wait. Walmart has all the same stuff for less and you only get it for the same price you would at a walmart if what you are buying is on sale with your CVS card. Some parents think this is a Urgent care as they ask the pharmacists to come out behind the counter and look at their rug rats.
**StayAway***this Pharmacy staff are inconsiderate at times rude. Pharmacy is always out is stock of any medication you are prescribed. Male Pharmacist is on something in my opinion I would stay far away from this store in Weymouth. I complained to management and CVS corporate office and nothing was done nor was I contacted or apologized to..there are way other pharmacies than actually appreciate customers.
I just had my worst experience in cvs here. After check out the lady at the cashier yelled at me “goooooo” . People, don’t go there!!!!
Great location pleasant ppl
So unorganized worst pharmacy out of all the cvs
Pretty darn good, if only they carried all my prescriptions I would go here
Understaffed, unpleasant employees.
Pharmacy staff is ignorant!!
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used.
