I’ll tell you without the gentlemen there to help me my day would have gone terribly wrong. He was ready for me at 7 am as promised with a truck and tow hitch to get my boat out of the water. When the trailer was stuck on the ball hitch and I couldn’t get it off it was all hands on deck to help me out. He went way above and beyond and made my day. Most places will tell you you’re on your own but not him. What a great experience and I never leave reviews but this was worth it. If I ever need any rental I will be going back to this uhaul. Couldn’t be more thankful.

Tramaine was a wonderful help! He was friendly, helpful, and courteous—a great representation of this business. We were able to pick up our truck without hiccup. The store was very clean, well-stocked, well-maintained, and overall presentable. We will not be back unfortunately as we’re off to new places but we would highly recommend this location if you’re in the market for storage or moving vehicles. The customer service is wonderful and the vehicles are highly functioning and clean.

Awful service awful place, the guy should be ashamed of himself. I called no less than 5 times to rent a trailer and got no answer. Finally booked trailer online for 8am pickup. Went in at 750. Waited 5min for the guy to finish playing with his phone. He then told me the trailer wasn’t available. What a joke. Sorry to bother you, didn’t realize your time was so much more important than mine.

Ive used this location for a couple years for rental trucks and overall the process has been smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, when I rent a storage unit here some of my items were damaged due to a leaky pipe.With that being said I want to give a shout out to the managers Tremaine and Jonathan for doing everything possible to remediate the situation. They were beyond helful and and really showed that they actually cared. In the end, I was reimbursed for my damaged items through their insurance company and all is well

Johnathon is beyond an exceptional General Manager He was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, explaining everything in precise detail to the point where I didn’t have any questions. He covers it all while being nice and genuine at the same time. It’s hard to find welcoming service nowadays so I would give this location 10/5 stars if I could. Thanks again Johnathan! This U-Haul location offers the best customer service, the staff including JD the manager are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and more. The location itself is convenient for me but even if it wasnt I would go out of my way to book with them.

Service was good and the truck was great but unnecessary charged a $25 cleaning fee and to dispute the charge was a 39 minute wait in hold with no email available to send to. Unable to call local business. That’s bad service.

I would like to thank the guys at the UHAUL in Weymouth Jonathan Lee and Matt. I have used this facility often now for a little over a year. They can and will make it happen. Johnathan has changed this place for the better since he came on board here about a year ago, he runs a tight ship and pays attention to details,his employees and can handle special requests. Their equipment and commitment are both solid I would recommend them to anyone. Keep it tight guys Great job

I went to rent a U-haul on Friday. The process was fairly smooth without any issues. There were no problem until I dropped off the truck on Saturday. I made sure to fill the gas back to where it was been I pick it up. I confirm with the employee Tramaine that the gas was correct. He said “it’s corrects & actually higher”. The next day I saw a $46 gas charge. I called right away to discuss this charge & was told a manger was supposed to get back to me. Nobody ever did smh. I called corporate the next day & they refunded me the charges.Don’t rent from this location, Tramaine can’t be trusted !

Friendly and accommodating! I ordered boxes for 10am was able to grab them at 8am. Restroom was super clean, store was immaculate.

I reserved a rental in Quincy and recieved a call a few hours later telling me they couldnt honor it and that I should call around (never offered to help me, only said sorry bud. I reserved one in Weymouth instead. Truck was there, friendly service, no hassles. Will do business with this location again.

Went to get propane here there was one customer ahead of me also getting propane, I was quickly told that the employee would not be able to fill my propane until he cleaned a truck that had no customers waiting. I then asked after the 2 minutes it took to fill the other customers tank if he could film fill mine as well as we were in a rush, he said no. I felt that this was awful customer service since it was an hour and a half from closing and the propane can be paid for on mobile device the employee carries. This location is a convenient place for me but I would never return there.

Very unprofessional attitude. I called 24 hours in advance to clear my ubox and I was told that I would have to make a payment in person and I can get the box accessed within 5 min. An hour before arrival, I kept calling to confirm but couldnt reach the office. Upon arrival, they told me that I would have to wait another 24 hours, there was apparently a miscommunication. I had movers waiting for me and billing me by the hour. I kept insisting that I need the box earlier and I shouldnt have to wait because of the miscommunication that is not my fault. The man with glasses who assisted me was horribly rude and uncivilized as he just stared at me and walked away without providing a clear resolution. Thankfully someone else pulled my box out but the process was extremely unpleasant and staff could me better trained to communicate better.

First experience with Uhaul. Jonathan Lee, General Manager. Above and beyond helpful, friendly, and informative, patient and kind. New what size Vechicle I needed, based on my furnishings. Sal at check out also, terrific.

Rented a 5x8 box trailer for my move. I was there at 7am, and the only person there was the manager. He took the time to make sure everything was properly attached and away I went. 13 long hours later Im done moving and I have to do an after hours drop off.Given how much time and money I saved by renting it, I didnt mind eating the $20 fee to have someone check it in for me the next morning. I was surprised the next day when I got my receipt emailed to me, and saw I was also charged for a second day.I sent a (polite) email to the store asking for some clarification on the extra charge, not really expecting much to change, so I was pleasantly surprised when the manager called me to not only take care of the mistaken charge, but also comp me the service fee.All in all, excellent customer service.

When I went to pick up my 15 truck to move on 5/30/2020 it could not have been worse timing. Around 10 am uhauls systems went down keeping me in line for over an hour. Why Im giving this a review is because JD, the manager at the time, and his team did everything in their power to get people in and out of the store in a timely matter. The system failing wasnt their fault but their attitudes towards doing a good job came through. Thanks for making a bad situation right.

Fantastic experience at this location when I picked up a uhaul this morning.

Having been a customer storing a boat there for many years as well as regularly renting motorcycle trailers, and an occasional moving trailer or truck, the staff at Uhaul Weymouth has been above and beyond accommodating. They have come through for me many times. Additionally, for my needs, their prices are very reasonable. Theyre outside storage beats boatyard pricing and I would have to need a bike trailer about 30 times to make it worth buying my own. I will be a customer there for a long time.

Just left after waiting 30 minutes to be seen. Card had to be swiped 3 different times due to machine not working and then entered manually twice. I will definitely be checking for duplicate charges. One employee sat down on his phone the entire time saying we had to wait for the ONLY other employee working in there. I felt bad it seemed the other guy was the only one doing any work. Nonetheless,both employees had bad attitudes. Worst customer service. Never coming back.

Yesterday we were turned away because we it was raining. Today they suddenly dont open the propane until noon Since when? Both times, two guys doing nothing else. Wow.

The computers here are down 98% of the time apparently. Good luck renting anything.

Told the agent I didnt want the extra insurance and even signed the form accepting all responsibility, but got charged anyway. Informed manager who said hed fix it. Still waiting.

This UHaul store on Rt 3a North Weymouth is the biggest store UHaul has on the South Shore. They also have propane available until 5pm on Sundays. Most other propane providers close earlier. This location is good for trailer hitch installations as well.

Rude, unhelpful associate. Whoever is answering the phone needs customer service training. I went elsewhere. You should also.

Everything was good until I got back and this dude tried to say I used almost 5 gallons ($24) of gas and only went 26-27 miles 😂😂 ....suuure ok buddy ..I figured 8 bucks at the most and I didn’t care whatever $4 something a gallon save me a headache ...and he was so ignorant about me trying to talk to him so I got mad after he says “I don’t care all that I only care what the gas gauge says” He’s that tough guy at his job behind the counter

I originally made a reservation on the phone with uhaul not Weymouth just corporate uhaul. An I was quoted a price An it was 114.00 because we was dropping it off at a location that needed the truck not just any drop off so we got a 45.00 discount now this is a regular thing they do we have done it a number of times. I asked to get my truck out of Quincy An they didnt have one so I had to go to Weymouth no big deal. Well I call to confirm on Saturday like uhaul said to do in there text message An the guy who answered the phone was sooo soo rude. No hello no goodbye just yup yup... I also told them I was paying cash when I got there An he said ok no problem 142.00 so I said ok An left it at that I said I will mention the other discount when I get there. Well I get there An both guys working was so rude An was fighting with me about the discount An the price of the uhaul was 142.00 but if I paid cash it was 290.00 An thats not deposit thats the price if I pay cash.. I said I only brought 150.00 An so I tried my debit card An it went through but I was told that it didnt go through so I left An went back with a different card but in the mean time called uhaul corporate An they said oh no ur card went through your all set so I didnt say anything An when we went back there they was gonna charge us again after my card had already gone through. Uhaul corporate said that they have a lot of complaints about this location An also I was talking to a few people when we was moving stuff this weekend An they said that lots of times when they gone there the younger tall guys says oh cash only today for propane An different stuff so my guess is he is pocketing the money.. just be aware

Phillip, whose name tag said Owner had my drop off location incorrect. When I asked him to change it I was told that it was ok to return the truck to a differnet location and to just call the number on the contract. When I caled to change the drop off location they tried to charge me extra. It took 5 phone calls, being hung up on twice and left on hold for 20 minutes to get it fixed. Over all my experience with Uhual in this situation was lacking in both courtesy and professionalism. I would reccommend renting elsewhere.

Scheduled a hitch installed for July 23 and received an email confirmation. Upon arriving I was told that the date changed and to come back the following saturday. Went back the following saturday and was given various excuses for why it could not be done since the installer was not here because his father passed away. Was told to come back again on Monday. Terrible Customer Service!!!

Have been filling propane cans here for months on end every weekend for our gatherings outdoors one guy in particular refuses to touch any propane cans that arent labeled with uhaul which makes it a nightmare absolutely lazy does not want to do his job
