I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT DON ELLIOTT!! If I could give them negative stars, I would!!The best part of this dealership, they LEFT a nice SOUVNIER in my tire area, a BUNGEE CORD!!I brought my car in to get brake pads put on, and my rotors resurfaced. I was there for 6 HOURS for them to get the job done. THEY DIDN’T GET THE JOB DONE!! Communication sucked; I was not aware of a third party being involved. When I went to return their bungee cord, ANOTHER lady was COMPLAINING about THEIR SERVICE!! If this was the last place on earth to bring a vehicle to get worked on, I would just burn the car and buy a new one (and not from this place).Long story short, this place does not care about their customers, just money!! It is sad to see the people that are working there are ruining the owner’s reputation. SAD!! SAD!! SAD!!

We just purchased our 2021 Tahoe this week from Don Elliott Auto Group. We had a car accident a few miles away and decided to get our 2013 Tahoe towed to the dealership. We were lucky they had just received a Tahoe the previous night. We received exceptional customer service from Brandon and Justin. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and went out of their way for us. Thank you for making our SUV buying experience such a smooth and easy transaction.

I felt extremely respected and the dealership has a personal feel to it that I will remember for the future. Omg Don Davis I had best experience, theyre patience with me and working with me, compare to Legacy Ford after Ford Bronco Sport test drive, run ppl off lot after credit score report, even starbucks free coffee & war, nice flip, i have high respect for Don Davis in wharton, they treated me like human and person not go run off or agruements over credit score, anything don Davis and von wil, just more respect small business owner survivor and blessed, idk very customer service and sales person and even used car, both lots was best choice service

I have always bought my cars from Don Elliot. We have never had a bad experience until this past July. I was sold a truck for my son in which i was told there was nothing wrong with it. We had the truck maybe a week before it died. The dealership had it towed to their shop where it still sits today. These people are refusing to help me in any way. They admitted the truck had problems after i purchased it. They are now refusing to answer my calls and text and emails. Everyone is pointing fingers at whoevers fault it is that truck hasnt been fixed. This is like dealing with a bunch of kids who cant own up to their mistakes and fix it to make it right. They would rather lose years upon years of our families business. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Don Elliot again. If you choose to buy one then be ready to get screwed over and have all your money taken. My sons new vehicle has been sitting in the shop for over 4 months now. Its been sitting for long that now all the sudden the part they need is a national backorder and so i see the truck sitting another 4 months. PLEASE DONT EVER SHOP HERE!!

Never answer!!. Its been over a month that I bought my truck and they havent submitted the paperwork to Austin so I can get my title.. I have bought other cars before and always got my title within weeks of purchase.. BRANDON doesnt know how to speak to people and doesnt care.

I cant begin to express my full gratitude towards Mr. Johnny at Don Elliot. He is a very compassionate and understanding person. I wasnt able to afford the original vehicle we were going to buy due to my own miscalculations, but despite that, Mr. Johnny still wanted to help anyway he could. Not only was he able to provide us with a great vehicle thats reliable and low miles, but definitely affordable for us! Worst mechanics ever took my car in about a yr ago to get a recall done when i went to pick it up i noticed they didnt put my ac knobs on right i went and told them and the mechanic looked at it and he said he didnt mess with the knobs which i knew he was lieing well don elliott didnt make him go and fix it to see so now my ac doesnt work right at all
