Called a specific location and was connected to another location 136 miles away. They then said that pricing was the same at all locations and said that they could help. I spent minutes with them on the phone before they said that they would have to redirect the phone call to the dock. I was transferred to the dock and spent minutes on hold before I just hung up the phone! Waisted my time and earned a bad review.
