I started as a customer here for my Audi repairs. Jake has always done a great job. It’s easy to get my car in and out and he explains everything well. I recently bought a car here from Curtis, it was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. I keep coming back to Import Warehouse because of how well they take care of me, even my kids and dog feel welcome. The facility is also super cool. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone for maintenance or purchase.

Bought a very nice clean 2016 A4 from these guys. My first impression was that the shop was well maintained and they truly take pride in the cars they are displaying on their floor. I had just come from a super skeezy dealership and it was just a complete 180 to be in this shop. Nobody bothered me or pressured me. Curtis asked how he could help me, I told him I was interested in a certain car, he gave me the keys, and he said the golden words, “I’ll leave you alone and let you check it out.” Yes. Other dealerships need to take note of this tactic. There was no pressure and the car buying negotiation wasn’t painful. No back and forth to “the manager.” He was honest about his lowest price and I was happy. It wasn’t a killer deal, but it was reasonable. They gave me a decent price for my trade in too.Curtis stayed super late waiting for my co-signer to show up...he was super nice to my son and my wife...I just couldn’t be happier with my experience and with my new car (unless it explodes this week or something)Thanks guys-John(Update 7 months later: Car hasn’t exploded and I’m still happy with it)

I dont normally leave reviews but Im so fed up with this place.I had purchased a car from them almost 2 months ago.Weeks after I bought the car, I got an email saying they forgot to have me sign some paperwork. Fine. I signed it and sent it back. A week later, they needed me to resign it and send it back. I live out of state, work two jobs and am in the process of moving. I get emails, text messages and they sent a copy to my old address in CO. If you want a good dealership, find one who knows how to handle their paperwork properly. I do NOT recommend this place. Clearly are too laid back to care about how they handle business.

Nothing but good things I have to say about the guys at the import warehouse. All the guys were great.. I was a young guy looking at the car that they did not specialize in, and they still treated me well. had tons of info on the car and if they didnt have the info they would find out for me. I test drove the car LOVED IT. They were closing soon after the test drive.. but i was able to fill out what little paperwork they had and drive off the lot.. i have heard horror stories about getting a car from a dealership... the best experience i have ever had and would most definitely refer them to all of my friends..THEY DONATE SOME OF THE MONEY PEOPLE!!! I believe the spelling is wrong but.. Johan what excellent.. made it a breeze!! Thanks again guys, for a great experience!

Ryan and everyone else at the dealer was very accommodating and helpful. Didnt end up purchasing a vehicle from them but they let me test drive many different models and went out of the way to answer some specific warranty questions I had very honestly. Good experience overall, would recommend shopping there.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with a gentleman named Ryan who work seemingly tirelessly to help get me into a vehicle. Over the course of three days he communicated very well with me over the phone and text and even though things didnt work out on my end he still left me a voicemail asking to call him so we can go through other options. So although i didnt buy a car i felt very welcomed and i appreciate the level of customer service i received. When i get my affairs in order i will come here first and maybe have the pleasure of getting to work with Ryan once more.

My wife and I had a great all around experience working with the team here. I always hate looking for vehicles because of the sleazy salesman stereotype, but the guys at the Import Warehouse were the exact opposite. They were down to earth and laid back, but also knowledgeable and professional.I believe we received an extremely fair price on the vehicle we purchased. We had a mechanic take a look at the car before we bought it and he even said that it was one of the best cars of that model and year that hed seen.We cant say enough good things about this place. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle we will definitely be coming back!

I had a long search for the right car. I looked at so many dealerships. And I found that Import Warehouse had the cleanest, nicest selection of luxury vehicles around. Robert Savi and crew only bring in the best quality, lovingly cared for, and mechanically scrutinized cars. You will never find a piece of junk here masquerading as a good car. Robert and Anthony were also so great in answering every inane question I had about the differences of each prospective car. And they ALWAYS had the answers. These guys really know their cars, inside and out! It made for a very comfortable, relaxed and secure experience. I would recommend them to everybody! They also service their own cars. They are a full-service shop that is there for you, long after the sale.

Highly unprofessional company. Test drove a car on a Saturday, started paperwork and planned to pick up on Monday. Called Monday to ensure financing was started and trade in value for my bmw was decided, was informed that another person had started financing paperwork and was now ahead of me for getting the car. Was never informed that this could potentially happen. I did know another couple had been looking at the car before me but I started paperwork as soon as I was done test driving the same day. How do you set a pick up date with a customer and then sell the car to another person without even informing me? Would’ve drove 45 minutes to pick up a car that’s sold to someone else.

Buyer beware. Bought for 17k, 2011 BMW X5 with 60k miles 6 months ago. Drove less than 3000 miles before the engine blew. I am a conservative, normal driver. 17k down the drain. I did not buy the power train warranty for an extra 3k, so that was my bad. But dealership took absolutely no responsibility when things went wrong. They have a shop, so at least offer to fix it at a reasonable price. Take care of your customer and they will take care of you.

If I could possibly give this establishment no stars, I would. I expressed my desire for a car they had for three consecutive days. Taking it to my mechanic to be certain that it would check the boxes. I called them from my bank asking questions about handling fees and such. I gave a verbal agreement to Anthony and they sold the car a day before I told them I would be there to purchase the car. I will never work with the Import Warehouse and I will advise all of my friends and family to stay away as well.

People are nice. Theyre really people they dont get weirded out by my open personality. They dont get annoyed when I keep seeming to have to come back (for reasons that arent their fault), and apparently my warranty had a $100 deductible, and I took like a month to call them back about that, but they didnt charge me interest or anything, they were actually just worried about me after a while, which was a relief and also kinda sweet

Low-key, welcoming environment to explore a vehicle purchase. Very up-front about some of the concerns with the vehicle, pointing out right away some damage. Best example - we left a bag behind at the dealership, and J.C. even took the time to meet us in the south Denver area to deliver it. Very happy with our experience.

The purchase made with Johan at Import Warehouse was the easiest of all 28 car purchases I have ever made. I have looked for a BMW X5 for my wife for 6 months. So of course I know a lot about the specs and it surprised me that other dealerships did not. Till I went to Import Warehouse, Johan and Bob know their work and with that have our confidence.

I have never had a smoother, more friendly experience with a car dealership. Everyone at the dealership is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. In addition, they are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns you may have after purchasing your car. It is hard for me to imagine going anywhere else the next time I need a car.

Buying a car is not my idea of fun, but the staff here is wonderful, knowledgeable, no pressure and willing to work with you to make sure you get the best possible deal and an overall great experience. There is no place in Denver that does a better job. Import Warehouse has a great selection of cars and a staff of professional people who are experts in the cars they sell. To top it all off, they are invested in this community and donate a portion of each sale to a non-profit (a large list to choose from) of your choice. Ultra cool. I would recommend Import Warehouse to anyone and I will always go back.

Great, stress free and positive car buying experience! They really care about getting you in the car that you want and are not pushy at all. I went in to look at a BMW, they told me a little about the history, etc and gave me the keys to test drive it. I told them Id think about it and come back another day. I ended up coming back the next day and bought it. They didnt pressure me to commit right away or hassle me by calling and emailing too much. Wonderful guys there giving excellent customer service! Great experience. Got a high quality car at a good price with good value for my trade-in. I think they had my interests in mind and definitely want satisfied customers. Before buying I mentioned that the alignment was off so they took a few days to work on it. When they couldnt find any other solutions, they went ahead and put on 4 brand new tires. So not only is the car well-aligned, I have 4 new tires at no additional cost. Really above and beyond. Very satisfied!

Engine blew up after 5 months, owner Robert took ZERO responsibility, they have financial issues, stay away from them. Typical stereotype of a used care salesman.Update 06/18/19This dealership is completely lying, we did not drive after the light came on because the engine blew up, I cannot believe you have the audacity to lie like this, actually on second thought, I do believe it. Oh and we paid $17,000 for the car and you offered to fix it for $15,000 - $32,000 for a used piece of junk, I can’t deal with so much stupid at one time, do you call that a deal??? As you can see they still take no responsibility!!!! Keep responding with your lies and I will respond with the truth, because I have more ammunition to come back with. Found an amazing deal here (online) on a 1995 Audi S6. They were upfront with me about the condition, they didnt add any bullshit fees, they were well below Kelly Blue Book and they let me talk to the mechanic who did the coil conversion and it arrived running and exactly how they described.Best, and only truly positive dealer experience Ive ever had, and I didnt even go in person! They found shipping from Colorado to Texas for me, at a good cost.If I ever look for a rare find at a good price again, they are going to be the first people I contact.Thanks Import Warehouse!

Dont usually write reviews, but this place deserves it. Some of the cleanest cars youll find in Denver. Recently bought an Audi S4 from here, and its by FAR the cleanest Ive seen for its age. These guys sift through roughly 30-40 cars before they purchase ONE, just to be sure theyre buying top quality, and they only have the best of the best on their showroom floor. They might not have the lowest prices in town, but they ABSOLUTELY have the highest quality inventory. Next time Im in the market to purchase a car, Ill be stopping in here before I go anywhere else - I suggest you do yourself a favor and do the same... Cheers!

Best car dealer experience Ive ever had. Purchased my Audi about 6 months ago from these guys and Im still very happy with my purchase. Like others have said, no pushy sales people (Anthony took good care of me) and no hidden fees. Having my credit union right down the street made the purchase even easier and the paperwork was done in half the time of a normal dealership. I had two minor problems at the beginning and without hesitation they took care of both of them. From what I know they try and stick with 1-owner vehicles and the Carfax is included with every vehicle. Will definitely be a returning customer.I also recommend checking out Import Mechanics if you ever need your car serviced.

I had really high hopes for this dealership but they fell flat due to simple customer service issues. I had emailed the them directly from their website stating my situation, what I was looking for, left them both my email and phone number so they can reach out to me. Its been about a week and I still have not gotten any kind of response back. No voicemail, no reply email, nothing. That is just basic customer service, have communication no matter what form. I can understand that somethings are better off talking in person but I do not live close to here so that was the main purpose of me sending an email. As I dont wish to waste my time nor theirs. But to just ignore a potential customer that does not fly by me. So Im sorry I have to rate this place so low but if you dont even have decent customer service to get back to a customer within a week. That just tells me they dont care about the people they sell vehicles too .

So Im new to Denver and, being from a place that only see snow in Christmas specials, I decide to get seriously Colorado and buy me an all-wheel-drive car. But the last thing I want is to be one of those people in a Subaru. So I look up AWD and European cars online and come across these guys. I put on my anti-sleazeball outfit and head on down for an all day process. Guess what! No guys in ties, no icky parking lot! A cool old brick warehouse filled with cars that put the big dealers to shame. The people who work here are way laid back, the cars are close to perfect, and the prices are like shopping at IKEA! I found an awesome Audi A4 and I was driving home in less than 1 hour! Plus they have this place called the Import Mechanics where they service the cars they sell. Ill try them out soon. If they re as great as these guys, I am set!

My wife and I bought a car from here (worked with JC) and it was awesome. I never felt pressured into buying a car I didnt want or couldnt afford. We were allowed to just browse and ask questions and JC was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Overall I would totally recommend these guys and would buy another car from them in an instant. Its how car buying should be.

As a rule of thumb, I, just like all of you, do not like car dealerships. I found an Audi that I absolutely loved the pictures of and IW had good reviews so I thought Id go check it out. I walked in and started looking at the Q5 I was interested in. I didnt feel like a piece of meat walking into the place which was already unusual- I walked over and looked at the Q5 I was interested in and after a few minutes Johan calmly walked over and asked if I had any questions; I asked a couple questions and asked if we could take it for a spin. He went and got the keys and handed them to me and just asked that I had the car back in a half hour or so. It was so nice how laid back this place was and nice to take the car out and drive it by yourself. I knew I wanted the car, and knew it was a fair deal- Im not much of a haggler I just like to make fair deals for both parties. I got back and he asked what I thought- I asked how fixed they were on the price; I dont remember his exact words but something to the polite effect that the price is pretty fixed, they dont do much negotiating at IW. I loved it. I was already preapproved for a 2.6% loan through my bank, so I was pretty fixated on going through them. He politely asked if he could check with one of their creditors as he thought he could get me a better interest rate; I was doubtful but agreed. In a matter of a few minutes I was approved for a 2.25%, and 10-12 minutes later paperwork was done and I was driving my new Audi. Not once in the paperwork did he try and sell me something extra and I went through all of the paperwork and nothing was added (Dealerships add on extras and add the extra costs into the financing much more than people realize). Classy, simple, quick, fair are the few words I would use to describe IW. Best dealership Ive ever been to.
