My car was heavily damaged from the May 2017 hail storm west of Denver. I had probably 50 dents from golfball+ sized hail across the majority if the body of my car, but especially on the passenger side, roof and hood. I lost my windshield, a headlight and my high rear break lights from the damage. Altitude Hail and Collision was able to get my car fixed in a timely manner, especially considering the high volume of vehicles they were working on from the storm. The vehicle came out fantastic and they made the process of dealing with my insurance and rental car very simply and smooth. I would highly recommend these guys to fix your cars hail or collision damage. They do great work, treat their customers with great respect and take pride in what they do.

Great service. Yes I will return here for any other dent-removal repairs. Owner helped me with my rental, being ready at Enterprise for pick up. Kept me informed with daily of status, on repairs. Gave the best price compare to competitors. He finish my truck, a day after promise. I didnt perceived, being a day late from actual promised date, as a big issue. They had to repair a few more, than what was visible. Completely satisfied.

Altitude Hail exceeded my expectations!The customer service, attention to detail, guiding through the process, etc. was above and beyond!The entire team, from start to finish, was simply amazing to deal with. We had both of our cars in for service, one ended up being totaled. They could have simply tried to get the money from a full repair, but instead informed us of all options so that we could make the best choice for us.I hope not to have the deal with hail damage in the near future, but if I ever do, I will use Altitude Hail/Auto repair.

My car is BEAUTIFUL!!! I brought it in with minor hail damage and some major hail damage, as well as right front bumper damage caused by hiding from the big hail storm in May of 2017. In addition, I got rear ended a few weeks before I decided to get it all fixed. My poor car was looking rough.Not only did they make it new... they made it better than new. It is a 2015 so had some paint dings from other doors hitting mine in parking lots. After the work was all done, they sent it to be detailed and all those door dings were gone!!! They got how much I love this car and treated it like it was one of their own. I greatly appreciate the challenge my car repair presented because there were two insurance companies involved and some damage that looked like my car had been hit by baseballs... If you have body work and hail damage that needs to be fixed call this group. They do it right.And they have a couple cool dogs that will come talk to you while you are working out the details. BONUS!!

My car was badly damaged in June it the, What seems to happening more frequently, Big storm in Littleton. I went to the dealer and they referred me to one of the big box body shops. I attempted to schedule an estimate and they told me to call back in feb 2019!! soooo. I thought, Ill wait it out but then I got a flyer on my door (not a fan) Altitude flyer looked promising so I called. They offered to come to the house and complete the estimate.. (this is a 180* from what I had been experiencing up to this point) they showed-up on time, assessed my car and presented a repair plan. I went with it and scheduled. The repair took 2 weeks and Robert followed up to keep me in the loop, When I got my car back, it was better than expected. I am still scratching my head. How could fixing hail damaged cars be so difficult and then run across a silly little mailer and all my problems are resolved? Altitude Hail. Great job gentlemen.

Never used them and never going to. They prawl around my apartment complex leaving flyers. I bought my car on a hail sale cause I dont care about the dings and I am always finding the flyers on my car when parked at my apartment and today I found one on my apartment door. Really annoying.

Wow! What a great chapter to add to my life! Altitude Hail gets 10 out of 5 stars! Color me surprisingly impressed and dent free! I was very nervous to bring my car to anyone and learned about Altitude Hail by a post card that was left on my car at my apartment complex. I had two appointments to have my car looked at. Altitude Hail was my first appointment. I met with Salem and he was extremely friendly. He showed me the shop and I saw the technicians working on the other cars, which I respected. I also learned about the origins of paintless repair! He was able to cover my entire deductible, which was a great gift, and he even took on the expense of getting me a ride home because I was not originally planning on leaving my car there. I did though, I cancelled my other appointment and left my car with them because I felt comfortable and taken care of. There was a hiccup in the process and he reached out to me to let me know what was going on and he handled it! He does three quality checks and that is how he caught the hiccup and corrected it. That is life, isn’t it?! I mean, we have hail damage and removing that is involved, which is why I was so nervous. I hope my car does not get hail damage again; but, if it does, Altitude Hail will be my first call. In fact, I would take my car to them for any body repair they do, if needed. If your car happens to be one that takes time to get back, it is worth the wait! They even washed the car for me when I picked it up! Salem knew I was super nervous, because I told him multiple times, and he guided me through it. Salem and the technicians at Altitude Hail were wonderful to work with and my car looks as good as NEW! He also told me if I happen to find anything that was missed related to that hail claim, that I can bring it back and it will be taken care of. After this TERRIFIC experience, I TRUST that it will! Thank you very much, Salem and everyone at Altitude Hail!! My deepest gratitude.
