Weve used Import Mechanics for over a decade. Weve bought cars from them and have all our cars serviced there. I would never take my Audi anywhere else. These guys are specialists, experts at what they do, and they are honest. I can trust them to tell me the truth, use high quality parts, do what they say theyll do, charge me fairly. Given that my car is a 2014, I depend on them to find and repair maintenance issues. Because of their integrity, I dont ever feel the need to second guess their recommendations, and this makes them second to none in my book. I started using import mechanics a few years ago when I purchased a 2007 Audi A4. At first I was using them just for routine maintenance, oil changes tires and such. Then I blew the engine and talked to them about putting a used engine in my car seeing as I still owed money on it and didnt want to end up paying on a car I couldnt drive and having to find somthing else. Since than I have hired them to do all the work on my Audi. They are always professional and on time. I highly recommend the guys at import mechanics.

I took my 2009 Audio in to get sunroof fixed. Initial cost was over $3k, the amazing mechanics were able to get it put back into place for less than $400. These guys are good and honest.

Ive taken my 1974 BMW 2002 to The Import Mechanics on several occasions and each time Ive found them to be knowledgeable and informative when diagnosing any mechanical issues I was having with my car. They have been professional and always followed up with me after doing work on my car. I highly recommend The Import Mechanics if you need work on your car, particularly if you have a vintage European car like I have. Good mechanics can be hard to find. You have to make an appointment online and they will call you.My car had been seen by two other shops before coming here, I was greeted with reassurance that the diagnostics would be quick and no problem. The amount of care that was put into making sure of what all needed to addresssd with my Audi was appreciated.Jake told me all of the issues, from the biggest to the smallest. They could fix all of the them, Jake gave me a thorough break down and showed me the problem areas and explained them to me.He even came and picked me up from my home to bring me down to the shop while they worked on my car.I will definitely be coming back here with any of my future auto needs.
