These guys are the best, I had tried several other boat shops in the Denver area and was always dissatisfied, the work was never done correctly. I was so glad to finally find a shop who does the work right the first time Ive never had to bring my boats back for work that wasnt done right. I have been coming here for 7 years now and would never take my business anywhere else.

I’ll start by saying Best Marine is truly the BEST marine shop I’ve ever come across (and I’ve owned multiple marine toys over the years). Hands down the BEST. Not only is their actual marine services top notch, but their customer service is unmatched.I’ve had a couple of great experiences that support this 5-star review, but here is the most recent that really encouraged me to post a review:Dropped my boat off for de-winterizing service a week ago and while Best Marine was providing their multi-point inspection on my boat (which is included at no additional cost during de-win service), they found a few issues, one of which that would have left me as a sitting duck on the lake if it wasn’t caught before dropping in the lake (shifter was unresponsive). The other issues they found were minor but needed to be fixed to remain legal (nav light toggle switch was broken, light wiring was jacked up causing tail lights to fail, etc).I had been planning to take the boat out for the first time of the season just three days after the de-win was scheduled but these issues had to be fixed (clearly). In the midst of Best Marine’s peak season, the GM (Layne) made sure my boat was fixed as a top priority so I could be on the water when I had planned to. I was blown away with how much they cared that I was on the water when I planned to be. And, when I say “cared”, I mean Layne and Shaun stayed at the shop AFTER they closed on a Friday night to ensure my boat was fixed and ready to go the following morning.These guys truly put their customers first - and in my case, they put their own personal schedules aside to ensure they went into the weekend with a pleased customer. They also gave me some great tips for better operating and maintaining my boat to ensure longevity.HUGE shoutout to Layne and Shaun for going above and beyond for me and my boat. Love these hard working guys and wish there were more people like them in this world.Thank you for being the BEST, Best Marine!

Needed a new shift cable installed, Rick and Randy were both very helpful, during the cable installation it was found that I needed a few other repairs, the repairs were done in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price. Gave a BS cause and resolution to motor issues. Was willing to travel 80 miles away to see them but mechanic seemed ill informed and uninterested in fixing issue. Quoted high price that I was able to fix at fraction of cost. Be wary of this business..

I went to look at a boat that these guys were selling. They were very helpful, and VERY honest about the boats condition. I believe they have their customers interest at heart.

Who does not a cheap and reasonable repair services prices, of course we all want it. I just want to share this company Best Marine who did a great repair with my boat. Additional advantages with this company is having an incredibly customer service relationship. The way they communicate and take care all my needs was I truly appreciated. They are family owned business that served the best that they can be to give 100% satisfaction to their client. I paid them what they quote me over the phone, no extra charges or anything. I have a 1971Bayliner, which they have helped me with since 1992. They are one of the few, if not only people that specializes in older boats. Working with Best Marine has always been a pleasure. Down to earth folks, no nonsense. I highly recommend them.

Best marine is only as good as its people, and they are the best at what they do. Period. If you want satisfaction and peace of mind, come meet Randy, Rick, Layne And Shaun, (to name those that helped me, )and you will see why so many would rather wait in line, (sometimes long lines) for a chance to get their precious boat seen by these professionals, rather than consider anywhere else, I bought my dream boat there at a fantastic price, and today, while registering the trailer, i kid you not, the lady at CO parks and wildlife said that the folks at best marine had the BEST reputation, and she deals with their happy customers all the time. Im just telling the truth. I was actually a little shocked at how pleasant the whole experience was and how far they were willing to go to make sure i was happy before i spent any money at all, and it was almost a whim i asked Randy if they sold boats as well because i liked the service so much, and now i have the best boat i have owned at a price i love. Deal with these guys. If you have to wait a bit because they are in demand, you will look back when all is done and congratulate yourself on one of your wiser decisions. Seriously! The guys at Best Marine/Outdoor Frenzy are exceptional! We needed to get our boat winterized before some body work was done on the hull. Randy squeezed us in to the schedule, and included a motor tuneup so that we will be ready to go next spring. He even arranged to have our boat brought over and returned to the hull repair facility so that every thing was done in order. The price for the work was really reasonable! This is a find for boat repair!

Called in july with a problem and after talking with i think his name was Steve not sure it been months but scheduled a in take for my boat was told it would be a couple of weeks that once they called i had to drop the boat off no problem was excited to work with them cause of the great reviews...I know how busy they are but had to call again September and was told they are getting alot of boats i. Due to winterizing ok ...as of to date no call to drop off boat was told i September i was still on the list ...Iam a women and fill just cause of this Im not an important..still need my boat looked at now we are approaching summer still waiting just disappointed in getting treated like this with your shop being number 1what does a women have to do

This is probably the best place in Colorado that I know of to have any type of service done on your boat. The owner Mr. Pat Ryan went above and beyond to perform service and installing a new engine in my powerboat. He went through everything with me prior to installation over best options and best practices for optimizing the performance of my boat. The time frame he had proposed to complete the work on my boat was ahead of schedule and he had even squeezed me in. Rich was great! I bought a 5.7l 260hp engine from him that was rebuilt and I installed it myself. Well I thought it wasnt a 260hp. Talked to him and gave me suggestions and he offered to look at it and do adjustments. Well, found out that I set the timing wrong, I set it for sea level. He was right. Love the guy! Thanks Rich!

I have taken our cruiser boats to them since 2005 for both mechnical and accessory installation. I purchased a roll of strip blue LED lights for the cockpit and an additional set of stainless LED lights for the swim deck from the Miami boat show. The team at Best Marine did not hesitate to install all the lights to my great satisfaction.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company to complete their marine project.

Another example of why brick and mortor places are failing and going out of business. Had bought a starter solenoid that cracked on installation with minimum torque. Would not except a return for a defective product stating because it was electrical. I know I have returned electrical components from online retailers before. Will never give my business here again.
