The guy here is amazing! i came in and added europe calling yesterday and i distracted him by asking a million questions and caused him to forget to process the charge for my add on. i called him right as he was about to close and he fixed it no issue! great customer service

EXCELLENT! Had a broken cell stayed over to get a new phone and get it up & running. He always goes the extra mile and then some! Especially staying past closing on a Friday night!

I pay my bill at this Metro PC every now and then and they have really great service. I happened to catch the sale on cases and got a really cool one for only ten bucks today. Ive been with Metro for 3 years now Im very happy with the service I get for the price! So there are lots of convenient locations and they offer a large choice of phones and great deals. They gave me a free phone just for switching my phone number from another carrier who will remain anonymous. Thanx M by T-Mo !!!!

I would never expect to write a glowing review about a T-Mobile store but here goes. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for a long time and most of the in-store experiences have been fine, but not much more than that. The staff at this store are really knowledgeable and nice and make things happen. Pretty much all you can ask for from a telecom customer service experience.

Damien is incredibly kind, courteous and professional. Ask them about their Bluetooth disco light speaker box/karaoke machine. Great customer service. My favorite Metro PCS store.

Ok. I know there is probably not enough room here to say all the AMAZING things there is to say about this store. However, I will give it my best shot. Ace was amazing in restoring my faith in a dying art, CUSTOMER SERVICE. After spending (15 + hours) in trying to upgrade the 4 phones my family had that we obtained from Metro PCS 4 years ago we landed at this store and the searching ended. We went from (Cant get my face out of my personal phone long enough to help a customer) at the Arvada store on Ralston and Wadsworth Blvd. To the (Oh lets see how long we can string this out and tell you things that we will do and conveniently forget we even said) from the corporate store on Colo. Blvd. and I-70. To the (Shuffle you from one department to another without providing anything) at the Texas main hub. On a fluke after all this my daughter randomly calls this store and got Ace on the line. After just seconds of explaining briefly about our situation we were on our way to this store. Ace literally got us the 4 phones we wanted and replaced our horrible experience to an extremely happy one. Thank you Ace, and Mr Lindquist if you are reading this you really need to have the other stores especially your corporate ones taking lessons on how to treat customers from this store. Keep up the great work Ace. This is one family who wont forget your kindness. We will be spreading the word to our friends and family about our positive experience with you and your store.
