I was a little suspicious of getting my glasses in a Target. Dr. Buydos is an amazing optometrist, and all the staff are phenomenal— I will be coming here and bringing my kids.

The online scheduling system was easy and I had an appointment within just a few days of my search. The service at the location was friendly and efficient: I was in and out in 35 minutes. And finally, Dr. Buydos NAILED my bi-focal contact lens prescription. Ive been trying for 3 years to find someone who can set me up for reading on a computer all day and still seeing long distance. I came home and my computer vision is awesome! And my long distance vision is still accurate. Thank you!

We have had a terrible experience thus far. It’s been over 2 weeks since ordering glasses and sunglasses about 9 days in my finances sunglasses came in..wrong, have to be sent back. My finances glasses at 2 weeks still haven’t arrived. We have called keep being told different days. This is really frustrating. And now no one answers the phone. I wanted to get a contacts exam and I think I’ll be going else where. We’ve been going to target opticals since our teens and now into our thirties things have really changed.

These guys were great for my son. Hes young, 4. We were going to a different optometrist and when we needed to order glasses, they were $500 (we dont have vision insurance) but I heard target had affordable and cute frames so we decided to check it out. We brought in our prescription and found the perfect glasses for me son. Also, purchase the $15 warranty. Weve already had to replace my sons glasses twice. Great service and even better prices 👍🏼

I was actually really impressed with these guys. The guy that helped me Chris knew his stuff and was extremely helpful and efficient running me quotes on different frames and lenses for daughter, wife and myself and figuring it out with insurance and all. The prices ended up being great compared to a few other places I had previously gone even for transition lenses. Great experience and savings!

Not a great experience, and prices are still pretty high for frames compared to online options.I had a bad experience with a salesman, twice. He could not adjust the nose pads on two different pairs of glasses to my satisfaction. They need better training here.

The eye doctor, Tim, was fantastic. He was quick and professional. He even recommended another practice for me as I recently moved to the area and need eye specialists.Due to my multiple eye surgeries I have a pretty heavy prescription and was expecting to live two weeks like urkel with my glasses broken in half. Instead, they got my frames in just six days! Thats pretty amazing!

The doctor was great but I have had several issues with Chris he is rude and I feel like he does not know how to do his job instead of telling me the doctor was on vacation he kept telling he will talk to the doctor and call me back this went on for about a week to a week and a half. I asked to get my money back and when I did that is when Chris told me I need to see the doctor again yet he had never mentioned I needed to see the doctor until that day and then he tried to tell me I wrote my phone number down wrong and yet other staff has called me back so how is that I have had the same number for over 20 years and yet other staff called me so that leaves me to believe he not only changed my number in my chart but he was trying to cover his own butt for not doing his job right.

My last eye exam experience was at Denver Eye Surgeons. The ophthalmologist I met with was horrible, completely botched my eye glass prescription and didnt address my interest in contacts or lasik. I had specifically chosen this doc, as we had mutual friends and the same alma mater, but ultimately, I was treated lime a task, not a patient.Ill contrast this to my Arvada Target experience. The doctor was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He spent time connecting with me as a person, while addressing all of my concerns--I didnt feel rushed and I had a great patient experience. Big thumbs up...Ive been in healthcare management and this far exceeded any expectation I have for big-box eye care.
