Tried to get 3 different cones tonight and ALL THREE were out. She couldnt go to the back to get more. Will NOT RETURN to this store again!!

I went here for a birthday cake for my son. The cakes did not look very appealing. Some had cracks in them and looked like they were in the freezer for awhile. I found 1 that looked OK. It was 24.99. I took it to the register and the girl rang it up for 26.99. I told her it was 24.99 which was clearly written on the box. I stood there while the girl said nothing and appeared to be waiting for the manager who was making shakes. 3 people were working and I stood there for 5 minutes. Finally the manager came over and said the price written on the box was wrong! After all this I told them to forget it. The employees and manager were ready rude! Not to mention the place is dirty.

Good ice cream, quality service, and not much wait time. Will go again!

Pretty Nice Ice Cream place, unfortunately for me I went there when they run out of Pistachio and Dulce de Leche flavors.

My family and I have been buying ice cream cakes here for years and have ALWAYS been able to do a two flavored ice cream cake. Usually would have a pay a little extra for this. Also been able to do this at other locations. I called on a Wednesday to do a order pick for Saturday for my moms bday cake. Did the same thing I do every year Let the lady on the phone that I want a two flavored ice cream cake. She took down my order and there was no issues with my order. I get to the location and the lady there told me the cake was not not what I asked for because they called me a day before I’m suppose to pick up a cake wanting to tell me they only made the cake with one flavored. She also Blamed it on the new girl who is the one who took down my order with no issue, mentioning she didn’t know what she was doing when she took my order. How is that the customers fault? They didn’t even offer a discount or some kind of percentage off due to THEIR honest mistake. Very very poor customer service. It’s sad because my family and I have been going to this location for years and I will never step foot in there again. I got treated horribly by the manager/owner. She is very unprofessional and wasn’t even apologetic. The best she could do was offer to give me a coupon for $3. Insane this how they treat their customers. So because I didn’t answer their call a day before I’m suppose to pick up my moms bday cake it’s my fault that I got told the wrong information or it’s my fault that the new girl didn’t tell me they couldn’t do a two flavored ice cream cake. The least they could of done was give some kind of discount on the cake. But no, not even that. But like I said just very unprofessional.

I love it here we always come on the weekends not too terribly crowded not enough seating though so you will probably have to take the ice cream on the go

Too bad we cant give zero stars. I ordered 3 medium shakes. $21! ! The kid filled the blender pitcher with milk, put in 3 scoops of ice cream, then tells me hes sorry theyre thin - the ice cream is soft and its hard to make thick shakes with soft ice cream. No - its hard to make a decent shake with a 6:1 milk to ice cream ratio. NEVER again. DQ or Ill make them myself.

The 2 guys in the store were nice but my husband but I didn’t leave happy. My husband and I got the same thing. But my cup had 2 small scoops and my husbands cup had 4 LARGE scoops. As my husband was paying I pointed to the cups and my husband said “wow, that’s a big difference” I said “ya!!!” I then asked the cashier, also the guy that made my husbands cup if our cups cost the same amount of money and he said mine was about 30cents more because of the chocolate on the cone. So I pointed at the ice cream in the cups and he didn’t say anything. He just started to walk away. I then said there’s a huge difference don’t you think and he continued to walk away. So what’s the deal with this? Totally not cool.

Great old fashioned ice cream joint, but dont overlook the sandwiches. They have the best crab salad sandwiches in the bay area. Pair one of those with a root beer float and youve got a treat thatll take you back to those high school/ college days. Fun for date night or taking the family out for a treat! Been coming here since the 70s and its still a winner.

I would Give this place a five star rating because their food is so good in this delicious. The people there are always so so nice like I said in the beginning their food is delicious there always giving us delicious food and it’s great old fashion ice cream😊

Everytime I go into this location, I am always greeted by the best staff members! If only having great ice cream was their goal, they hit it in this location. But, they didnt stop there, they hired amazing individuals that carry the respect of the business, with great customer service, and to top it all off the cleanest location Ive ever been to! Baskin-Robbins is always going to be our families #1 for ice cream.

Despite Baskin and Robbins not having any. Black Walnut. It was clean and the attendants were polite . Good Ice Cream.

THEY CHARGE FOR THE PLAIN CONES!If I order a burger from a restaurant, would I have to pay for the buns in addition to the burger?Ive been taking my kids to this location for 5 years as an incentive to get good grades. We are in there 2-3 times a month but will now go to Safeway next door and buy our own ice cream for a fraction of the price. At least at Safeway I know up front that I have to buy my own cones.The three employees working there today clearly have not been trained. Of the 3 kids scoops we got, two of them rose about 1 over the cone and werent scoops so much as they were thin layers piled on top of eachother. To add insult, we were informed after the purchase that we have to pay $0.58 for each plain cone. Never again. I wish Id taken pictures of the scoops to post here.Is this under new ownership?

Always good. Good ice cream, clean environment. The only thing that is a turn off is when someone begins to do closing duties when they do not close for an hour. I understand wanted to get done early, but cleaning the floors and tables while guests are still in there is not okay.

I give it a 5 star for b todays visit. The one blonde girl made our visit so pleasant. She smiled and was so nice and attentive. Ill go back again with this kind of service!!

This place is by far the best place to buy ice cream from, they have a good selection of flavors you can mix and match. My favorite is Jubilee black cherry ice cream recommend this ice cream shop to everyone whos a ice cream lover.

Ive been going to this BR since my kids were little. We stopped in to take my Grand daughter on a date, the Luna cheesecake ice cream was delish!

We have always come here on the 4th of July but this year, despite no previous warning, they were closed early (at 8pm) with a crude hand written sign on the door and door locked even though the employees had friends in there with them being served ice cream. Very disappointed...

My boyfriend was eating his ice cream and noticed a hair long hair was in there so we told the staff and they made him a new one and there was a long hair in the one too. 🤮🤮 never going there again.

I went with some of my friends about 15 minutes before close. I felt bad until the staff started talking about my friends and I about coming in late. They were making snarky remarks. All we did was walk in, get a couple single scoops, pay, and walk out. Our whole time there took maybe 5 minutes but the rude remarks were unnecessary and quite immature. As we walked out, one of the girls quickly locked the doors behind me when it still wasnt 10. I felt rushed but more so was so flabbergasted about the remarks made. There were also other costumers in the building when we walked in to get icecream.

It was a 5 star until we saw the girls that work there taking sample spoons with a huge scoop of ice cream and sticking it in their mouths OVER the ice cream tub! Yes, her head was basically in the freezer section. GROSS!

Everybody knows Baskin-Robbins is awesome thats why theyre still around I go to the old standby nobody makes rocky road like Baskin-Robbins and there arent that many left we have one in Wheat Ridge and then off of 84th and Federal not too many left so I would go get ice cream that you cant get anywhere else before they all go

Ive always enjoyed this ice cream shoppe. They have wonderful cherries jubilee! My favorite was the chocolate peanutbutter but the past couple times Ive ordered it there wasnt really any peanutbutter in my scoop at all. :(If that were fixed youd get 5 stars my friends
