I just needed Teflon tape and it was so much quicker to get in and out than the big hardware stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to have a good selection of items. The location is a little odd but it seems they are trying to fix up that neighborhood a bit.

My dad owned a True Value hardware store, so Im loyal to the brand. That being said, Im often concerned when I walk the aisles that they are going to go out of business. There are empty spaces on the shelves all over the place. They always seem to have what Im looking for, so Ill keep going there. I try to stay away from the big box stores because I prefer to spend my money with the local guys. If they kept the shelves stocked Id likely give them 5 stars.

I have been a loyal Ace customer for DECADES . . .mostly because I liked the geezers who worked there. However, today I went in and was INVISIBLE. Scoured the store for someone to help me. Not happening. Finally went to the cashier who called someone —who was no help at all. She could find the toggle bolts, but not matching screws or washers. (Nor did she see the need for washers.) I finally left empty handed and drove to a True Value. When I came in the front door two very young men (Non-geezers) said, “Hi! What can we help you with?” Wow! I wasn’t invisible! One of them spent at least 15 minutes helping me with finding what I needed — for a $2.07 sale. Soooo, even though I won’t be a BIG customer, I will be a loyal/frequent customer.Thanks to whoever hires those boys!

Larger than it looks from the outside. Good amount of merchandise inside the store. Service was quick and courteous. Prices were good. I had a couple keys made, replaced a shovel and picked up some stuff to plant a couple new bushes. Easy in and out in less than 8 minutes.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY CANNOT VERIFY IF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE EXPIRED OR NOT.I purchased several tubes of caulk from this location for a project. After 6+ days the caulk still hasnt set. After calling the manufacturer, it turns out this store is selling supplies that expired 8 months ago, and claims they have no way of identifying what is and is not still good vs expired and will not function as intended.They take no responsibility for the products they sell. If I cant trust that the products theyre selling are still good, I cant justify shopping here in the future. In response, the manager told me well, since you wont be shopping here anymore, why should I bother trying to make this right?ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. LOW QUALITY, EXPIRED PRODUCTS. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This is a great little hardware store that seems to have everything you need. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Much nicer than the big box stores.

They have a good variety of things. The only thing is, I didnt feel welcome. Im in a wheelchair, and everywhere I went they had someone watching me. As if I was going to steal something. I felt uncomfortable and un welcome there. Will I go back probably. Everyone deserves a second chance. Dusty Rhodess Girl.

Its some kind of crazy rat race/ mouse maze stay out but the friendly staff will help you navigate the whole thing easily. They have some sixth sense or they have read the lore key or are some sort of inferno-level-dante guide.

Do not shop here. This company is using the ‘national coin shortage’ to commit theft. It may only be $.99 or less per cash transaction but they have chosen to ‘round up’ rather than ‘round down’ to show the customer some appreciation. The offer of explanation was offered before the transaction and was only offered after when I looked at the receipt.

Been here a few times for random items and the staff here is very, very helpful. They know their inventory well and have had what I need each time.

I got off to a rocky start w the manager zack.yet we seem to be cool i go there because its close .they have good options and are knowledgeable. Good workers and reliable to deal with..wear a mask ... kind of pricey but whats store isnt these days
