WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFEIve been coming to options for a long time and have always received exemplary service and great products.  However, tonight (Friday, April 24th, 2021 @ 8:30 p.m.), my family was treated with less respect than ever before.  A tall gentlemen asked my daughter to stop using her phone (which was perfectly fine) and she apologized, explaining that she had just transferred money for the transaction and didnt realize she wasnt supposed to be using it inside.  Although she had stopped using the phone at that point he aggressively yelled at her again and told her to put it away. Again, she apologized and said the phone was off, but that she would be happy to put it away as well, which she did.  Then, suddenly he yelled at my wife, asking if she had just made a hand gesture at him after simply running her fingers through her hair, which she often does when tired.  Even other customers tried to tell him that, but his attitude just seemed to escalate.  It was almost as if they were upset that we were even shopping in the store.  The manager on duty (a short blond woman) wasnt any better as she took the employees side (even with other customers defending my daughters actions) and simply told her she would not serve her and loudly exclaimed youre excused!  When my wife asked for the name of the employee and the manager involved, the manager said, Im not giving you my name!!!  This tells me that she obviously felt she did wrong or she would have happily given that out.  It just really makes me sad that a couple of bad apples can ruin what was such a pleasant place to visit.  My family and friends frequented the store every week, but Im asking all of them stay away until ownership figures out who was working that night and makes sure they are no longer employed there.

Love this place! My go-to. Very friendly staff, usually a good selection, decent prices with great specials, open good hours. They even offer a birthday freebie, and a rewards program! Will continue to come here on the regular.

Great vibes and great products! They have a sale for different products each day of the week. My husband and I are visiting CO for the weekend and have been to a few different dispensaries and this is the only one weve visited more than once. Each time we visited we were helped by Tanya who is super helpful and super nice! And not to mention the prices! I definitely recommend stopping here during your CO visit.

Usually a good selection of both indica and sativa buds. Shake and popcorn are kind of hit or miss. Good assortment of vapes and concentrates. They dont really sell much in the way of pipes and bongs.

Since legalization, they have been consistent in quality of products, customer service, and overall good business ethics. I have only ever had an issue maybe once or twice, but it was handled professionally and timely. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel welcome in every sense. Even security is amazing! I have shopped a few other places, but will always keep coming back to Options for those reasons!

They wanted to close early so they made me email my medical card to them and claimed they never got it. Why can’t you look at the card? Why do I have to email it?? I guess they don’t want business. Would leave 0 stars.

When they have it it’s good. However Medical has been completely out of flower product half the time I go lately. But Rec sells just fine. And since it’s the same product Med patients should be getting that product sold to us as priority. They are Loosing my business slowly but surely.

I made an online order and when I show up, they told me they sold out of my order after texting me it was ready. Also the lady sold me distillate gummies and not the co2 ones I ordered from tastebudz. Customer service can be good but it can also be really bad and then just rip you off

Options Medical Center is a great dispensary with very helpful staff. On my first visit, I was helped by Kwana who was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. They have a great selection of different edibles and their prices are good. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service.. Was double carded, the man gave 2 lame excuses why: 1. Theyve been getting stung by the police and 2. I looked young (wearing a mask).. Very rude over the phone, afraid of civil confrontation. Security dude at the front said he remembers everyone that walks through the door but failed to tell me what the lady was wearing that walked out before I walked in. Also failed to describe my girlfriend who was with me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I recently moved to the area and after shopping around a few shops I ran across Options. All the staff members are kind and knowledgeable. They have daily specials and a rewards system. Great staff like Tia and great flowers have me a regular customer at Options.

Ive been to a lot of terrible dispensaries so when you come across a good one you know it without a doubt The staff at options are incredibly friendly and are willing to explain things if asked The prices cannot be beat especially in the surrounding area wax Wednesday and Saturday are some of the best deals in town in my own opinion.

Been coming here for over a year and I’ve been blown away by their efficiency during limited hours and distancing orders. It’s by far the fastest most consistent and friendliest service around. The quickest time to go is after work around 4 PM. Mike, Zack and Alan run a tight ship and move lines incredibly efficiently. Well done.

Very happy with how I get treated over on the medical side. Everyone I have worked with has been very helpful in guilding me in my decisions. Never had to wait for more than 15-20 minutes. Stock seems consistent lots of OPTIONS! I think the prices and deals stay competitive with other nearby dispensaries (medical). Only thing that keeps you guys from getting 100% of my business is the fact you dont accept debit/credit..

Great little Medical spot off Wads that’s easy to get in and out of in a quick manor I have found.Plus they have great joints at a good price. As well as good flower priced better than most of the market (Med Specific) .They burn well and test high. Love the Diablo one specifically, thanks for the recommendations Jenni and Kate and Madi.

Ive been to this store twice. The first time was fine, but today was incredibly disappointing. I specifically asked the woman I spoke to (around 2:30pm - Im in the customer support industry so I believe in accountability) to please ensure I purchased a cartridge with a certain mouthpiece. My husband bought me a cartridge from this same location and it worked so well. Most of them get clogged and leak - but this one didnt. So I came back today, with the mouthpiece I wanted, and made it clear that I wanted that same mouthpiece. The woman told me that I had limited choices and presented about five options, but assured me that the mouthpiece would be the same that I was requesting. I was thankful for her guidance and waited to open the package until I got home - only to find that it had the exact mouthpiece I didnt want. I returned on the same day and was told that I could not get a reimbursement or exchange because the product had already left the store and been opened. Lucky me, I got 20% off my NEXT purchase and its indicated by some scribble written on the back of my receipt. Anybody could have written it. Not worth a return visit.

Terrible customer service. At 7 and they close half the store even though the website says open till 7:30. As a three year customer with all my plants signed over and they cant wait ten minutes to sell a pre placed order. Last three times Ive been they had no product which is why I pre-ordered.They wonder why they lose so many customers and never have product. Its because people like me are now taking our business and our plants elsewhere.

Ive been to a couple of dispensaries ( ;) ) and Options has the best, most consistent selection in the area. I shop on the med side. There are great discounts and fair pricing for bottom-of-the-jar, live resin, popcorn, and shake. Also, you can buy by the dollar OR by weight....big plus in my book! Thanks ladies of Options Med!

Tried to call to ask about veteran discounts and whether or not they were cash only. Called 14 times with no answer. Door man when asked if phone was down answered, “how would I know that.” Extremely disappointed as a first time shopper not only was customer service bad but flower was subpar even with the cheaper recreational pricing they have. I would rather pay the extra money for flower that taste like it should and not like a bottle of nutrients that was pumped and not properly flushed. 1st and last time shopper.

Alright rec shop for the most part . Employees are always friendly and cool. The prices arent to bad either. The flower can be a little dry at times but othet than that everythings alright. Buds are pretty small alot the time. But alot of shops sell really pretty weed that dont get you stoned really. Options weed at least get you lit every time, and thats what its really all about right ! 😀

I enjoy shopping at Options I am satisfied with every purchase they have got the best employees, Madi is an amazing budtender who is always super helpful and very sweet each time I visit! It is nice to see her and everyone’s smile when I come in they are genuine and hard workers.

The manager Desirae is extremely rude if you have an issue with any of the products that you are buying she will disagree with you and just rudely dismiss you and tell you to go else where if you dont like it 🤔 i thought the goal was customer service/satisfaction! Oh and dont try and get ahold of her boss because she wont give out that information 🙄 so there is no one you can talk too if you have a bad experience. Definitely lost my business over something that wasnt even a big deal and could have been easily resolved if she was just friendly. Edit to add: It wasnt just 1 preroll and if you listened to me you would have known that Ive had other issues here as well but you wouldnt listen i bought 6 prerolls not just one as well as other products 😉 I wasnt asking for a refund I was simply inquiring why something kept happening and you were just rude about the whole situation. You could have been more professional!

This was my 1st time in a dispensary. Everyone was patient and friendly with me. I got exactly what I was looking for here. I had to wait a little while to get my order (they were busy), due to the COVID changes. I really enjoyed this experience. Hats off to the staff here. I will be returning on my next trip out here.

Over the last few months I have had the worst experience with the on line ordering starting with first time 6 hrs to get text that Oder was ready, get conf. Pick it up walk to car open container NO WEED SO I HAVE CHKD EVERY TIME at counter. Didn’t get anything just lost $ and this last time get conf. At 1030 drive down give ID WAIT watch people who r in line to order come back outside n get their stuff before me call Mgr finally go inside to get show cashier my conf. Text she looks, in comes another one . Going back to get my points then I’m going else where from now on .(like dr. Orders)

The fact that its been over 2 weeks with out masks and they STILL require one was a HUGE turn off. Than to have the guard tell me how to wear the mask like I was a child? We have been going there since it opened but the rudeness from the guard was over the top.

Been coming here every week for the past three years but I will never come back again. Waited in line for half an hour while 10 people were served before me because of online orders. Theres no way all of those people put in orders before mine in person. I will never come back.

I have been coming to this place for years I have been going to the medical side The medical side I am a member They have been out of flower for the last month but when you go to the recreational side they have plenty. They are not offering much of a discount for the medical patients anymore they have become greedy and very rude the shoes to be my favorite spot I will never go here again.So glad l went elsewhere. Options flower sucks and is always popcorns. Plus learn some costumer service. Owner obviously does not care for MEDICAL patients. Greed will get you in the end

Take your money elsewhere. They do not appreciate the local business keeping them open. Tall bald employee is rude to everyone.Levels on sheridan has better selection, deals and cooler workers.You will find hairs of all kinds in your weed when you buy from options. No attempts to improve.

This place used to be a good shop. Unfortunately, they cant seem to get the strain that you ordered to you, has been just random what they throw in the bag after you order. They have also given me product with tamper proof seals that are broken. Seems unsanitary in these times of covid. Go down the street to the next shop where they pay attention to what they are doing.

Options was once my absolute favorite dispensary, but recently this establishment has completely devolved into an inefficient, incompetent mess. Where once youd find professionalism and warmth, now you encounter nothing but zombified twenty-somethings and one individual whose only job description seems to be scrolling through his phone and ensuring that people cant actually enter the store to make a purchase (I suppose hes intended to be a low-key bouncer or something to that effect). The online ordering client, which they insist you use if you dont want to be forced to stand around for the better part of an hour, intermittently requires a red card (even for recreational purchases) and still doesnt send properly, resulting in an additional wait-time and, often, a botched order. Several people have told me that they no longer go to Options, and after the last few visits, I understand why. Im regretful, truly, as just a few years ago this was probably the best dispensary in town. Now, with so many other options available (pun intended) theres just no incentive to keep coming back. Give this one a pass.

By far my favorite dispensary for pre rolls. Q and all the budtenders are awesome.
