If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to Trailer Source looking for trailer lights because Im rewiring a boat trailer. Ive never done this before so I was not only look for the parts, but some guidance as well. Walked in the store and passed a Trailer Source employee who neither greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I assume this was because he was too involved in the football game he was watching on TV. Found the isle with all the trailer light stuff and was overwhelmed at all the options. At this time I counted three employees in the store and me, still no offer to help. I picked out a light kit, but still had questions. Since no one was coming to see if I needed help, I took my kit to the parts counter hoping to find some answers. I asked the gentlemen behind the counter if he could help me with some questions I had about rewiring my boat trailer. His reply was, I dont know anything about wiring. I then asked, is there someone here that does? His reply was, the guys in the shop do. At that point I was expecting him to say, let me see if I can find someone to help you. But he didnt, he just stared at me. Thats when i said, thank you, and walked out.Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I know that I will never go there again for any of my trailer needs. And I will tell as many people as I can about my experience.

The guys here made sure my boyfriend and I were going to have a safe trip moving to New Mexico. They worked us in and fixed the issue we had with our uhaul lights not working. They were awesome! Thank you guys!!-Max and Ariel

I recently purchased a utility trailer from Trailer Source and had a great experience. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff ready to help as soon as i walked in the door. Big selection of all kinds of trailers at a time when inventories are low. This place has it all, huge shop, all the goodies for any trailer and service department with plenty of help. Very nice place!

My husband and I have had less than stellar experiences with the other big box camper store. We recently purchased a gently used 5th wheel from Trailer Source. The sales folks were professional, in constant contact, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Thanks to Bradford and Bobby (sales/service respectively) for ensuring we had a great experience! You guys were super busy and yet responsive and totally customer service oriented.

Service excellence at its best. I had a few issues with my new Shockwave toy hauler and their Service Manager, Bobby Brandenburg, came out to my house after normal work hours and fixed the issues on the spot (water pump and slide out not retracting). Customer service, follow through with you customers no matter what pricing point they are looking at. We have been dealing with Trailersource for almost 60 days. Could not get a answer for status of our camper, after many many repeated calls finally it showed up. No couch inside, sales man assured us he would look into first thing Monday and give us a update. No call from Sales man. Have left messages for Sales man and Sales manager, no return call. At this point we are not happy with the unfinished camper we placed a deposit on and have very little faith in this location follow through or assistance. Very sad at the lack of care for its customers.

I have never written a review before in my life but I purchased a camper from trailer source yesterday and I couldnt have had a better experience. My family and I were on the first week of a 4 month road trip when we ran into some trailer brake issues on a brand new trailer we bought from another dealership. We called up Trailer Source and spoke with Bobby to inquire about a service opening. He informed us that they were over a month out from any opening but encouraged us to swing by so that he could take a look at the trailer. To keep a long story short, the brake wiring, magnets, backers and brake pads were all completely shot due to a short in the wiring. Donnie Wagner, Bobby, Zack and their amazing team spent nearly 4 hours (1.5 hours after they closed on a Friday evening) fixing everything while explaining every small detail along the way. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to help us get safely back on the road. I would recommend this group of talented professionals 10 out of 10 times. Thanks again everyone!

Trailer Source is my only and only all stop shop for trailer parts and gear.The staff has been at the same location for over 7 years. They are experienced and knowledge in all things trailers and RVs!I purchased my trailer in 2002 and it still runs like a champ! They have all the knowledge needed for parts and accessories.

Had problems with the sales department and service was working with me making things better and then when I found out later on my new used trailer was Jerry rigged (lights wont run off of 110v, needs to be full hookups) they act surprised and not sure what they can do. So just think twice where you want to buy/shop

Inquired about having a hitch installed on my car. Service dept is booked out several weeks. (Everyone is. )Said no when installation charge would be 5 hours at $149 hr.Everyone else gets it done in 2 hours.Parts charge was similar to others.

Bought a trailer from Cameron and he treated us great and kept up his end of the deal as promised. Place is very busy for a reason they treat customers well.

Bobby and Zack at Trailer source in Denver were awesome and provided me with the best customer service I could have asked for I will make the 4 hour drive anytime I need assistance with my camper without question in the future.

Made an appointment for warranty repair in September, I wasn’t able to get in until December. Dropped it off and heard nothing for two months. Finally called, left message. No call back. Called the next week. Oh ya, we are looking at it. “It will be done by 5”. Great, can I pick it up on Monday, “sure”. When I arrived to pick it up they said we haven’t ordered the parts yet and they should be there in 6-8 weeks? I asked if he was kidding and what they had been doing with my trailer for the last few months? He explained that it had been “neglected .” I offered to leave it there and he said, “oh no I don’t have room for it”. So basically the guy lied to me saying it was “done” so he could make space on his lot and then blamed me for “misunderstanding.” I’m not sure how you misunderstand, “done”. On top of that I couldn’t make an appointment until the parts come in months from now! It’ll probably take me several more months to get an appointment assuming they get the parts order right. I would absolutely not buy a trailer from this company because the warranty repair is soooooo bad!

Non responsive customer service. Took my Aliner pop-up in for service on the refrigerator and furnace. I was promised to have it back before Memorial Day. Not hearing from them after 10 days I contacted customer service using their text messaging option. I never got a response as promised. I then called customer service I was told that they would call me back with an update. Another two days go by, with no call back. Called customer service for the second time, I was again told they need to find out whats going on with my service ticket and will call me back. Another day goes by without a call back. I called for the third time spoke to a different person, they told me they need to check on the ticket and will call me back. I told that person that Ive been promised this two times already and nobody has called me back. Will you promise to call me back? The customer service person assured me he would. After a couple hours of not getting a call back, I called for the fourth time. I explained to the customer service lady (I had spoken to twice before) about how Ive been promised a call back and never get one. She then told me that theres no way that they can work on my RV before Memorial Day. And still couldnt give me an accurate date of when they would be able to service it. At that point I decided to take my trailer elsewhere.

I bought my 2014 horse trailer brand new and had barely used it. I was looking to sell it so I was looking for a trailer service. During the service I was informed the magnets were grooved and needed to be replaced. I was skeptical so I asked for the old parts back. When I went to pick up the trailer they did not have my parts; despite being reminded by me a few times.They found them and put them in my trailer and I drove home. When I got there my dad was very upset and immediately called Trailer Source saying there was nothing wrong with the brakes. To make a very long story short they first said that those were not my parts. When I accused them of having multiple parts around that hadnt needed to be replaced they then told me they would call back. When they called back they stuck to the story that my magnets were grooved a refused to refund any money so I started a bank dispute. For my evidence I had a trailer part store and another trailer servicing business in Denver both writing down that my magnets both worked and did not contain grooves. The other parts of this business may be great but I would stay away from the service department. They cant do simple repairs and do not offer good customer service.

Great customer service. Knowing we were out of town and needed help. Got to the problem very quickly and we were on our way. Highly recommend this rv service center.

Came in last minute on a Saturday after with a wiring issue. An associate dropped everything and wired it up correctly. I will use them now for all my trailer needs in the future.

Had a wonderful experience at Trailer Source. I bought a Winnebago, my first RV and love it. I looked at about 25 RVs before choosing Winnebago. Like with any bigger purchase theres some negotiating and it can be stressful, but just do your research prior to visiting and be familiar with their inventory. RV Trader is a good app to use to narrow down what youre looking for and what price is reasonable. Im glad I did this because I wasnt quite sure what I wanted and looking at that app and then checking out the you tube videos of models really helped me. Scott was our salesman, kind and patient. Chase was the primary person for negotiations and was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Having bought many cars/trucks/houses over the years, my interaction at this dealer was pretty painless and one of my best experience. Both gentlemen were respectful, and reasonable even though I changed my RV choice 3 times, with the last change at the last minute! After you decide on your purchase theres about a weeks wait to get into the service department for the walk through. That was a bit frustrating because once I buy it I want it (!) but it was worth the wait. John took the time to go over every detail of owning an RV and didnt rush me, even with numerous newbie questions. I had to come back the next day because I was having technical difficulties with the equalizing hitch (i.e. I couldnt get the damn thing off my truck) and Jason in the service department took his time to go over everything again and made sure I was comfortable with its operation. I never felt pressured or rushed at any point of the purchase. Although most of the guys there arent wearing masks, when asked they all did and respected my request that they do. I would absolutely recommend Trailer Source without hesitation. Thank you!

Had a great experience buying a trailer here. Chase and Dave were really easy to work with, Mike the lot tech was extremely helpful as well. Good a great price on a nice Haulmark and would send friends if any were in the market. Transaction was very quick and convenient as well!

I’ve had nothing but great experience with these guys-they’ve really been great every time I’ve been in for parts and service. I want to post a special plug for Alex and Sunshine. I brought our little Viking in to have it de-winterized-it was a 4:30 afternoon appointment. I’d really been having a bad day. Worse, I’d missed the turn on Tabor Street and couldn’t remember how to get in that area and I was 20 minutes late. In the stress of the day, I also grabbed the wrong keys for the trailer....😳. I was very much not the customer you do not want at the end of the day. They both treated me with so much courtesy and professionalism, and we’re able to sneak in my de-winterization, despite my being so late, very graciously. These guys have always been great!

We got a fair deal in our sales person was pretty responsive. However our delivery experience was not the best. We were charged for two hours of Labor to set up our hitch but it took about 20 minutes and it is not set up level. In addition it was difficult to get someone to help us hook up the trailer to our tow vehicle for the first time. I would still say this is a better experience than the other dealerships we went to.

Mixed- Trailer Brake controller was $45 more than Toyota Stealership, seems prices are higher on items. However, this item was a order item at toyota, and in stock at T.S.Customer service was really good, very knowledgeable.

Terrible! Dont buy from them! They will rip you off! We bought our trailer from them six months ago and they will do whatever they can to make a sale including false repairs! Their service is horrible too! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!We made an appointment for a few things we wanted them to look at. First it took them a week to call back then we were informed that the entire floor was rotted and has been for some time. Well! We just bought the trailer from them and were told that they reinforced the floor by the door where it was soft when we bought it. They obviously knew there was damage but sold us the trailer with false promises! We then told them to look at the other issue we brought it in for (tail light and trim piece) waited two days for a call back and had to call them! They still didnt look at the other issue.On top of that, I left several messages for the general (sales) manager and he never bothered to call me back. All the staff is rude and unprofessional! It will now be my mission to inform everyone I know about their practices! Dont go there for anything they are not honest!!!! By the way, the entire floor is not rotted only by the door...

Purchased a trailer for our two jet skis. Didn’t think to look and check if they put on the dust caps 🤦‍♀️Ended up at the lake with no dust cap and it hasn’t been an easy fix. Frustrating that this was missed by these guys.

These guys have always been extremely helpful to me when I was in a bind. They are knowledgeable, courteous and squeezed a non-complicated service into their busy schedule. The service tech actually grabbed me out of the waiting area, wrote a key on the bottom of my trailer regarding wiring diagrams and gave me some pointers for the future.Last weekend I was in a bind again and they were backed up for almost 2 days. They did however take the time to help me troubleshoot some potential alternate solutions to fix myself and in the end I was able to do just that. Very much appreciate their customer service.

They walked us through all of our options and really took the time not only to get to know us but know how we were going to be using the camper to ensure we made the right choice. I went to three places to find my part. After csmping world failed to deliver. These folks had it and were very friendly.

The team there was extremely knowledgeable of the product I needed. Prices where quite a bit over what you can get else where but I needed the item so I had to pay the over price. Could have paid about half of that online but I needed the item....

The Sales part was good. However, they cross wired my trailer brakes that they put on which cost me a 4 day vacation and then tried to argue with me about it and took too long to get me back in to get them fixed

Dont waste your time. Scheduled a repair two weeks in advance. Was informed WHEN WE GOT THERE (TWO WEEKS LATER) that they didnt have the part and that it wouldnt be there for another week. Very unorganized. Poor communication. Complete disregard of customers schedules.

I put a deposit down on a used 5th wheel here and when I got there I found that it had delamination on the back. The salesmen were understanding of me backing out of the deal and gave me a full refund without hassle. They are a pretty dependable group and if they had what I needed I would have bought from them.

Not a happy camper with these folks. Wish we had purchased elsewhere. Buyer beware. Service good until after the sale.

I called today because the axle in my Haulmark needs to be replaced. I cant remember talking to a parts guy that was as disinterested in helping me in years. I got absolutely nowhere and finally just told him thanks and hung up.Ive bought several trailers from them, but wont ever step foot in their place again.I called Parker Trailers and the difference in how I was treated was day and night. Ill be going there from now on.
