OUR NEW RITUAL! We are so thrilled we found Arctic Spas. We mustve watched their tutorial videos 100 times before purchasing. After owning for over a month, we believe in the quality. Although requires maintenance, the cedar cabinet is gorgeous, love the wood look in our yard. Kyle and team were great to work with through the process and made it easy. They gave us extra time from purchase date to get our backyard ready with a pad and stayed connected with us through delivery. Theyve offered help and advice with ongoing maintenance questions. We feel like theyre available for us after purchase.

Had an awesome experience dealing with Arctic Spas of Wheat Ridge. My salesman Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of my Ocean Spa. I needed time to get my cement pad, wanted to wait for my regular electrician. And every time I had a question about procedure, wiring, depth of pad - it was always answered immediately. Their staff put me through Spa School and felt so comfortable with chemicals and my Spa Boy. I still call weekly when a question comes up. I am loving my Ocean Swim Spa.

Our sales person, Joe, was friendly and informative from our very first visit to the store. He helped us sort through the best of many models for our needs. We are delighted with the new tub. Its attractive and functional; the whole family is enjoying it now that the weather is finally getting cooler. One piece of advice for any hot tub dealer: It would be helpful to maintain a list of quality service people to help make arrangements. In our case we needed a structural engineer, construction company, electrician, and crane company, to say nothing of having to work through local building codes and permits. Were happy to finally be able to enjoy the tub every day.

We just purchased our second spa from Arctic spa. They are a great company who delivers on what they say and they provide a great spa. From the sales team and owner Michael to the delivery crew and even training at spa school we have had a wonderful experience. Every single employee will bend over backwards to make you happy going above and beyond. I can not say enough good things about this company their employees and spa’s.

We are so happy! Everyone at Artic Spas in Denver were so welcoming! We were very comfortable testing the hot tubs and swim spa. We did not feel pressure to buy, but were so glad we did! They teach Spa care, and will come for maintenance. However, we have not needed that. Delivery was great, they arrived on time, and were professional. We feel this is worth the cost, Our lives are better! We highly recommend Artic Spas! Joe is fantastic, easy to talk to!

The staff at Arctic Spas have been wonderful! From purchasing to delivery set up and completion, they were very helpful and willing! Kyle was great with selling us the pool, Bill was good help coordinating and Austin and Will went the extra mile to get the hot tub in place with patients and creativity!

Our overall experience was good. I think it may have been because we live relatively far away that bb the set up crew had to hurry through the process. They added the 25 pounds of Oxen salt all at once which is not recommended. The salt should be added a pound at a time with several hours in between. We ordered the spa at a home show that our children attended and thought we got a good price as a result. Subsequently we learned that our price was at the top of the SRP for the Ocean spa. We love the spa and spend time in it every day with family and friends. I would suggest having the set up people drop by customers’ homes at the 6 month and year mark to touch base and answer questions.

We LOVE our arctic spa! The entire experience was wonderful. Joe was very patient with as while we chose which model was best for us & never made us feel pressured. This is our first time owning a hot tub and everyone at arctic spas has been so awesome & helpful when we have questions about our tub. We live up in the mountains and even in really cold weather its been very energy efficient. After a full month of daily use we really didnt see a noticable change in our electric bill.

I had such a wonderful experience with purchasing my first arctic spa 6 months ago for my mountain house, that I came back to purchase another one for my full-time residence. Both times, Kyle Gutherz at Arctic Spas Denver was my sales rep, and he couldnt have been any more helpful, informative, nice, and understanding. I admit I spent over a hundred hours researching spas, including visiting multiple dealers several times. I was most focused on the quality of the water, i.e. I did not want a strong chlorine or bromine smell and irritant on my skin. My sister bought an Arctic Spa and loved it, and suggested I include them in my search. I went to the store and began my research of their product with Kyle. He was extremely knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. He provided a high level of service through my research, and continues to do so by answering any questions that come up after the product was delivered. Ultimately, I believe that Arctic Spa has the most sophisticated engineering for sanitation; specifically, their salt water system provides an amazing water quality - the chlorine levels are so low that they don’t even show up on a test strip. I opted for the Spa Boy option, which monitors things for you, facilitating the ease of use. Originally I was planning on getting a tub from Costco - after researching a lot, I concluded that it was worth it to spend the extra money on a better product that has a much more desirable water quality. I’m extremely please with my purchase and Kyle’s great advice through the entire process and beyond. This Denver location is fairly new, but the one in Dillon has serviced Summit County for many years, and that store has more stellar reviews that you can look at - I mention it because there are not many reviews for the Denver store yet, and so I used the ones in Dillon for my research. I definitely think this is the best product on the market now, and recommend anyone to simply go to the store and talk to Kyle if their curious about exploring purchasing a spa.

We recently had our Arctic Spa delivered and have been using it every day since! I can’t say enough about the quality of service from the team AND the quality of the spa…not only works incredible, but looks great in our small Denver backyard. If you are looking for a spa that holds up in the every changing Colorado weather…this is the one.

I have had my arctic spa hot tub for a couple of months now. I have enjoyed using it nearly daily and sometimes more. The jet massages are great and every seat is comfortable and relaxing. I love the way my skin feels from the salt water and the yes system is my favorite. I highly recommend Joe and arctic spas of Denver. A lot of people can sell you a good product but for me the real experience to judge them by was when the product was delivered. Bobby & Austin arrived right on time and made me feel completely at ease from the moment they arrived. The installation went smoothly and just as planned and both Bobby & Kyle even stayed around afterwards to explained how to seamlessly operate the hot tub as well as walked me through how to check the chemicals and made sure I was ok with all the information before they departed. I wanted to come back and comment now that we have had our arctic spa over one year. its FANTASTIC! no issues at all and we have used it 3 days a week or so since. the guys at Arctic spa denver are awesome, Kyle G. went above and beyond during the sale, but more importantly has always been reachable for follow up questions since then. At some point all the hot tubs are basically the same, the staff really sets this place apart.

We apparently had a relay switch fail, which caused the circuit board to fry, literally, so we called for a service repair. Much to our surprise, they send someone out the same day, and got us back up and running!Our tub was out of commission for about three weeks, and the water was obviously not looking good, and the service tech even provided us with some extra chlorine to get the water back to normal.While we didn’t buy our tub here (we bought our tub before this store opened), this was Definitely a five star service experience, and I would certainly recommend this store.

Kyle was super helpful. Good communicator and was able to pick out the right spa for my needs. It wasnt about selling the most expensive but more about making sure the customer got the right product for their situation.

I offered to sell my used spa and the owner, Kyle, told me he could take a look and make an offer. He did but said since there was a bit of water in the bottom he couldnt evaluate it without removing it and taking to his shop. We agreed on that. Then, a week later, he changed his mind and said hed have to charge me $565 to remove it and would return my money if there was any value. Shame on me for accepting. Once the spa was removed, I never heard a word and its been 2 months. Of course, if I contact him hell say there was no value. Maybe not but Ill never do business again with this character after several mis-statements, changing the deal midstream and then completely taking advantage and failing to even communicate. There are far too many options for purchasing a spa. Why not go to an honest dealer? Update: 8-22-20: After reading my review, the real owner contacted me and apologized, admitted they had dropped the ball and assured me there was no useable value for my spa. Nonetheless, to apologize he refunded my money.

First off, Im not one to write a review. My husband and I received such great care from Michael and Corey that I had to say something.We had been on the hunt for a swim spa for quite some time. We checked out the other guys in town but there was always something that didnt feel right or didnt add up, especially for the price. Then we found Corey at Arctic Spas Denver. We looked at the 14ft Ocean Swim Spa and immediately fell in love. Corey explained, in great detail, the benefits of this particular spa. Once he explained the Spa Boy System (salt water) we were in. It seems so much healthier than a regular chlorine system and we love the soft feeling of our skin after some amazing spa time.We never felt pressured to buy a spa or add additional features. Both Corey and Michael were so easy going and easy to work with. They were excellent during the delivery of our spa. Very knowledgeable and impressive attention to detail. If there was ever a worry about installation, it was erased once they got to work.We will only buy from these guys in the future even though our spa will last more than 20 years. Which brings me to another great feature. All the parts that could possibly need replacing will always be available.We couldnt be more excited about this spa. We work out in it several times a week. We worked with Kyle throughout the info gathering and deal making on our new Cub Legend, and could not be happier. We drove up from Colorado Springs, because I knew the Arctic spa was better built and better insulated. Kyle was able to fill in the blanks and what was even better was able to make the numbers work. He was and so far remains quick to get us answersBobby and his team was able to make the install go as smooth as possible with 20 of fresh fallen snow in the yard. And he worked well with our electrician to make getting it connected while sliding into place (a feat not easy due to position, and previous hot tub wiring). This also included taking out the old tub.The Tub itself. To tell you the truth, we really struggled with the idea of paying so much for a tub. But we are so glad we did it. You get what you pay for. What blows us away, is the water temp can actually climb with the lid off. Our old tub if we were in it during a COLD night, we would be forced out within 35-45 minutes due to the temp going from 103 down to 99 in that time. This tub actually climb a degree or two in similar situation.Aftercare - We were having problems with the wifi hook up, and Bobby was back to our place just a couple days after first install, and was able to get that fixed with a replacement part. The only other problem we had was quickly fixed over the phone. So far we are very happy with the treatment from Arctic Spas of Denvers team and super pleased with the tub itself.

We purchased a Kodiak Legend Select a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier with the entire process and result. We initially heard about Arctic Spas from our contractor, who recommended them as one of the best spas in terms of longevity in a harsh environment. We spoke with Kyle and he invited us out to the Colorado Garden Home Show so we could see their spas alongside other brands. We had a couple of non warranty items that needed to be taken care of and they came out and helped troubleshoot and got our hot tub up and running with no complaints. We bought the Arctic Ocean Swim Spa and couldn’t be happier! The crane broke down the day it was set to be delivered but Corey and Michael’s delivery crew HAND LOADED it onto the pad-1900 lbs...unbelievable! We have been in it every day since and get a great swimming workout and relaxing massage. We had a very old arctic spa that needed replaced. I contacted Kyle Gutherz at Arctic Spas. He and his team were so very helpful. I was able to manage most of the sale over the phone. Our challenge is that we live on top of a mountain with very steep terrain. Kyle and his team worked until they found a plan to get our new spa up to its new location. With the steep terrain and our crazy driveway, they could not get a crane up to our house. They really had a challenge with us! I cannot say enough how much appreciate all the problem solving and ingenuity to figure out how to get the spa there! They were wonderful!!!! Great job guys. And best of all if how beautiful our new spa is-we absolutely love it!

We bought the Summit XL from Arctic Spas Denver and have had a seamless experience. We love the Spa Boy salt water system and couldnt be happier. The entire staff and especially Kyle were always willing to answer our questions, from delivery, installation, and particularly about spa care and upkeep even AFTER the sale was complete. You should buy your tub from these guys because its a huge investment, and youll need customer support long after its dropped off. They are calm, kind, helpful, and the most knowledgeable spa dealers around.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my recent order for a replacement cover. Everyone out of the Denver location were very helpful, polite and friendly. The cover was delivered and setup perfectly and they also hauled off my old cover that was not an Artic Spa cover that was water logged and heavy. I really appreciate them removing the old cover and their professionalism.

My husband and I had been shopping for a hot tub for quite some time. Weve always owned hot tubs, but hadnt purchased a new one since we bought our house 5 years ago. One step into Artic Spas and you could tell that the quality of tub far exceeded any others we had seen or owned. Cory and Michael are extraordinarily knowledgeable and never once pressured us to buy. We bought our tub a few months ago and I wanted to wait on my review so I could report back exactly how the tub is working. It is so efficient that we rarely have the heat on the tub. Its own purification cycle keeps it the perfect temp. Due to its insulation, I havent noticed a difference in our energy bill; which means its likely less than $10 a month to operate. Weve been told that it wont exceed $20 a month in the winter and I have no doubt. I will report back in January/February. It requires very little maintenance to maintain the perfect PH, etc. My husband and I use this tub almost every night, our kids at least 2-3 times a week and our friends are coming out of the woodworks to come over and use it :) Cory and Michael continue to be of service even months after our purchase. The tub is amazing and the customer service is top notch!

The bottom line is this -- the higher price point for an Arctic Spa is worth every penny. Cory and Michael are responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The tubs themselves are impeccably and thoughtfully designed. I bought a Yukon model, and am continually shocked by how spacious a 7x7 tub can feel. Let alone the convenience and health benefits of the self-monitoring SpaBoy system! The install process was easy, and I feel super supported by the Arctic Spas team should any problems arise. I’ve owned my 27,000 dollar arctic spa for 8 months now and it’s leaking into my backyard and undermining the 3000 dollar pad I had to have built for it. As for help with this problem, the folks at ArcticSpas Denver are in no hurry to get it repaired. I HIGHLY suggest you buy your spa elsewhere.ATTENTION everyone, Arctic spas has decided to replace my spa with a new one, it should be here today. I don’t think it needed replacing but Jody in Canada insisted because a repair was done that was not up to warranty standards. I’m amazed at how quickly Jody took care of this. We have missed the spa this month and can’t wait to jump in again. I guess what I’m trying to say is Sorry for judging you so quickly but it was a little rocky until JODY got involved.

This place was awful. I was not ready to make a purchase as my husband was not with me, they made things very awkward as I just wanted to learn about the tubs....DO NOT QUESTION THEIR HIGH PRICING!!!! These tubs must be made by a higher power. Better options elsewhere.
