I have dealt with several Mobility Dealers over the years Robert and the service department are well versed and go above and beyond with service before and after the purchase.
United Access in Wheatridge always gives excellent customer and vehicle service. It is appreciated! My son drives older model adaptive vehicle and problems seem to be unique. So custom work is always needed. 👍
I had a problem with a wheelchair van I purchased in another state and Jay at United Access came to my rescue within an hour. He solved my problem and got me on my way again. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had additional problems later that month and everyone at United Access were extremely helpful. John went out of his way to find a solution for me.Their showroom is also very nice and they have some beautiful vehicles for sale.
I loved working with this Business! Amazing customer service! I mostly worked with a guy named Robert Leon trying to figure everything out. Really nice and awesome dude! And a big shout out to Jay for doing the hand controls in my car! Cant wait to see it on the website! 😉 thank you guys for making all of this work out for me and stress free!
A big shout-out to Robert Leon at United Access! He guided us through the process of finding an accessible van in pretty short time. We love it! Robert is also a big advocate for the disability community, I discovered. There was an issue with my name (Im a Junior and go by my middle name) but it was quickly handled with understanding and empathy. The culture at the Wheat Ridge location is friendly and like a family, with customer service a high value! Thank you all!
Update February 2021. Terry followed up with us and honestly let us know we had been forgotten about. He worked very hard to get our lift replaced. I would not recommend Harmar, the lift manufacturer, but United Access took responsibility for their portion of the issue and helped us resolve it.Sold us a wheelchair lift, it broke a couple months later, it has been sitting in my yard a couple more months. No follow up. I have a $5000 piece of scrap metal in my yard.
We are trying to make a decision on buying a mobility van for my dad. In the mean time we have been renting different models and trying them out. These folks have been great!
United acces in Wheatridge has great staff. Awesome service.Bob, Jay, Alycia, Terry and Robert. Thank-you all.
The staff at United Access, Wheatridge were amazing! Robby, Bob, Terry, Jay and Alycia; we cant thank you enough for your great service and excellent care.
Great customer service! While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced Richard (Max) listened to me when I was explaining my needs and helped me resolve my issue. Thank you, thank you for your outstanding customer service.
The level of service is definitely 5 star! The knowledgeable, friendly staff take the time to understand the needs of the customer and make sure they are met. Repairs are done quickly and well. I have full confidence in the service department, and I love the comfortable waiting room. You cant go wrong here!
Purchased a wheelchair accessible van here. Slightly used by a Disabled combat Veteran. 2016 Toyota Sienna, fully power equipment, 6500miles. We love it.
Nothing but positive things to say about my experiences here Mary was very helpful when it came to locating and purchasing the correct vehicle for me. In addition the quality of work and service provided by Randy and John during my vehicle fitting was second to none. I live in Colorado Spring but choose to go to this location.
John is the best service manager I have ever worked with. He is thorough in his explanations, and always treats me as if I am his only customer. I trust his judgement and his knowledge about the van. I could go to the Highlands Ranch location which is much closer but instead I chose to stick with John because of his integrity.
John is the service manager. I have been going to him for 4 1/2 years and have never been disappointed. His work is beyond reproach and everyone there is helpful.
Extremely high price vans and even the ones that were decently priced were really beat up and had high mileage or they couldnt even start it because the battery was dead. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone on disability unless you have 60 to 70 grand burning a hole in your pocket.
I called John on a recall issue and he immediately knew what misinformation I had received and told me exactly what to tell our dealership. If not, the result could have been a disaster for our conversion van! Again, from long distance, Performance Mobility comes through for us on the Western Slope. Thank you, John!!
We had to rush to get a van for my grandfather, the staff here truly went above and beyond to accommodate what we needed. We highly recommend this place.
Everyone here is very nice and knowledgeable expresly Max, Terry, Everyone cant thank you guys enough
