Love how the renovations are coming out to be, waiting for it to be done!! Our go-to Target, we love it! Have always had a good customer service experience, have always found what we needed.

Clean store, friendly associates, good quality products.

The Target store in Wheeling has GREAT customer service. I use the Target pick up all of the time because of young children who are not vaccinated. The staff is so friendly and the store is always clean. Thanks to the staff for all that they do!

We bought spoiled kids milk and my daughter drank it, she did not feel good afterwards with all consequences that came after.The milk was 5 MONTHS past the expiration date!I tried to handle this with customer service in the store in April. The lady was talking like it wasnt a big deal and that we should leave it at thatm but I found it unacceptable.She told me to email customer service and I never heard anything back.For this reason Im writing this review and I will keep giving bad reviews until this will be handled properly!I spend way too much $ in Target for years to be treated like this.

The curbside pick up is the best of any store Ive tried. Always timely, the order is never wrong.

This Target is really nice. It’s usually pretty quiet, and it has everything you need. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby too which is great!

Super helpful staff-particularly in cosmetics. An employee offered to discuss new products and provide me with samples. She was very friendly, offered advice and was the BEST service I have had in a cosmetics store or department in years! Please check to see who was on staff at the Wheeling store in cosmetics this afternoon (around 115 pm) and thank her for the great service she provided. All of the staff immediately near the doors were super friendly and all greeted me-what a fabulous experience! The young woman at the service desk was also super friendly and helpful. Overall the staff at this location provided the most pleasant shopping experience I have had in a long time. Kudos to the staff and management!

There’s is the only one team member that I love from this location, ive been shopping at target for many years now. Up until now, this target location is the worst one. The team members are very rude and not helpful. Not only that, but I suffer from some mental illnesses and I always noticed there’s always a team member following me around which gives me severe anxiety and paranoia. I can tell they believe that I am “stealing” when I am not. I always go to get what I need and always pay. These members are very judgmental and stereotype customers. I will not be returning and will be going to Arlington heights and Vernon hills target which they are more welcoming and helpful.

Today, I tried to use Targets Drive Up service at this store for the first time. It did not work. I placed my order earlier this morning. A few hours later I received an email that my order was ready. I drove to the store and pulled up and parked in the Pick-Up spot. An associate was there putting their order in another car. Rolled down the window and asked the associate what I needed to do to pick up my order. The associate said I should have warned the store I was near and he just walked away. I thoroughly investigated the email message from Target stating my order was ready to be picked up. No where on the message could I find a directions or link to notify Target I was there. So I sent a reply to the email saying I was there and waited. After ten minutes without seeing anyone, I tried to call the store. After listening to a lengthy message of numbers and then more messages of numbers I pressed the guest services line. The line rang once and the call dropped. I tried again and again trying different lines. The call kept dropping. Finally I decided to walk into the store. I carried out my stuff. When I got home I found that the pie shell I had purchased was smashed by cans in the same bag. So much for this stores performance. Seems they have some stuff to work on.

Unfortunately, when I order through Shipt, this is now the Target that they shop from. I always request paper bags, as I dont want to have to run around to find a location to recycle plastic bags. Plus, they are terrible for the environment.This store refuses to carry and stock paper bags.You might as well be Walmart.

Zero stars if I could!!!Starbucks, custumer service is accomplished by two rude unprofessional baristas!As I Was looking for my coffee bag on the shelf, and was missing, asked Heather 6 times if I could take a look in the cabinet to see if they have it at all!!!A custumer saw me, I tried to repeat the question one more time for the 7 time!!!!!!She did not understood the question.:((((Decided to take look, just to see if they have it at all, and than there’s another barista that popped up behind my stroller, bulling me and harassing, humiliating me in front of everybody!!!Telling me i could not do that!I was in shock!!! Than she gave all the way attitude harassing and intimidating me on each step of the way!!!!Like everything i was doing was wrong!What a monster! Cannot call that human being!I hope universe gets here what she deserves!As I was pushing my stroller further, and trying to be polite got my 2 bags of coffee and left... remembered my coffee wasn’t ready for use, asked to grind it!The other bully again did’t miss the chance to harass me, by telling me to wait at end, as I was trying to figure out what tea I wanted!!Ordered the drink, got to the end to wait, again the bully didn’t miss the chance to tell me to get back by the waiting white flag, as I was a step ahead stepped back, making a u turn with my stroller!OMG !!! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Left in one single time over 30$ and was treated like a,, criminal” !!! TARGET DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!It’s horrible!!!EwwwwwDisgusting unprofessional experience!Terrible,, baristas”!!! Horrible custumer service!EwwwwwNever getting anything from than again!

Absolutely terrible experience!!! A few weeks ago I purchased several packs of sports cards from this location. Upon inspection after I got home I noticed the top of each of the packs had been slightly opened. I brought back the cards immediately that same day and explained this to the acting manager, which was eventually relayed to the store manager Val Herrera and was denied a return (I subsequently found out this store has been having major issues with these products). They cited All Sales Final even though it was a tampered product. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We love the store environment and our local store staff. My recent experience, while my needs werent met (I wasnt able to find the product I wanted), was exceptional. Rick and Rob at the Wheeling, IL store really did their best to try and help me, and didnt rush me even though I know theyre incredibly busy.

I was in on 6/11/20 in the am. A very nice lady named Kelly took time to help me with putting your app on my phone. She was very patient with me, and was nice enough to make sure I understood it. I have not been out due to the virus. She was a ray of sunshine on my first day out! Very pleasant and helpful.

This target doing is fraud.On the price of new items selling used items. I paid full price for amazon firestick 4k and got the used one, even with not full accessories. Of course I can return but its just unwanted waste-of time. Target employees should check before putting on display.

I worked at this Target for a long, long time. I ran Guest service, cashiers, cash office, scheduling, payroll. We all took our jobs very seriously, and had so much fun doing it. Thank U Target!!!

I usually shop at the Wheeling, IL Target several times a month. No more! Today I went there wearing my face mask. Out of over a dozen employees that I walked past, only two of them were wearing face masks. The others did NOT practice social distancing. This was especially disturbing when the worker who was wiping down the self-check out area stood right next to me as he sprayed the area, and he was not wearing a mask. Why dont you take the situation of the times seriously! Shame on you, Target!

Stop bothering me, just because has a lock & unlocked button on my Nissan Rogue white SUV 2017 doesn’t mean that I won’t double check the car handle of car to make sure that it lock so if I have seen Target Corp. a copy of my Drivers license and registration of my SUV for store manager and target security so I’m not bothered know if wasn’t the you thought I was stealing and simply wanted my personal information so Incase you thought you had proof of thief that did not comment (do) then shame on you, check security videos first then call the police stop judging people how they look, I wear a face cover so I can save up for facial surgery instead spending money on makeup right now if that was the case also I think target employees need to mind their own business or have LP check videos because they would have seen get out my car that own.

Nice employees but NEVER enough cashiers. If you are looking to get in and out of there, forget it. Very frustrating since I go there regularly but I am starting to rethink that.

The store is normally very clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The last month they never have checkers open only self check out. I spoke to a Manager and she said because the kids went back to school. Palatine store always has checkers. I will go there from now on.

Target itself is an amazing warehouse to find things you love and buy them. Some locations are great and some are only okay, but there is rarely one that lacks service and variety.This location sells lots of things and is one of the average Targets. The only thing I would recommend considering is that if youre looking for something in particular and cant find it, theres usually no service around to help you so basically youre all on your own.

Love my store! Everyones so nice and good at their job! They make my life easier with the shop online and just pick it up. I dont always have the ability to get into the store, so I can do my shopping and ask someone else to pick it up for me!

I bought a HP laptop on 8/28/20. Then the sound of the laptop started to have problems. I called they said they couldn’t do anything as I have passed the 30-days return policy 2 days. Then I have to call HP for technical support once in a while to get the sound fixed and I have been calling Target Company few times and wheeling Tarrget few minutes and the manager are always too busy to answer my calls

Love the store!Anyways my experience outside the store from a year ago will chill you out!!!I was unloading my staff, buckled my baby,When a stranger approached me, he didn’t say anything just stoped and was staring at me....That freaked me out, he wanted to attack me... I locked the car right the way, and was holding my stroller firmly to defend my self with is as a weapon!He saw, I’m taller, and visually understood I’m stronger... so he hesitated.... in his hoodie and passed away! His face was covered with a scarf....Obviously he had something dark in his mind!!!Target u need a police car passing through the parking lot sometimes!!!

The store is huge compared to the ones in Wisconsin. The layout is the same and has an Starbucks inside. But I was profiled at the self checkout line and I didn’t appreciate that. I was conveniently asked if there was a tag on a item which the lady saw clearly. She was standing next to me the entire time. I rather be asked outrightly if the item was paid for rather than the cashier trying to figure it out and making it obvious.

Worst experience ever at this store with the manager and the only woman/TELLER AT FRONT. I was trying to buy some alcohol/MINI SIZE and gloves but they REFUSED selling to me saying they had a call from local government and they have to keep it for them. Ridiculous, never again at this store and they cant even wear gloves or mask or APPLY at least spry to clean the products etc that you are paying for. So irresponsible, I work in the health area and if I had the power, I would not let this store/workers work there like this.

I love target but this location just isn’t it... the shelves are consistently empty and they don’t have basic things stocked like eggs.The meat is always bad. Bought meat here 3 times and each time, it was spoiled. The shelves frequently have expired items so be careful.

One of my favorite stores! Very clean, organized, bright, modern. Prices are beyond amazing, almost unbelievable, when sales, coupons, cartwheel app and 5% off with Target credit card are combined! Sales personnel is friendly. Free WiFi that is actually usable. When I go there, I know I will lose at least an hour browsing, taking my time.

Amazing store! Drink some Starbucks while you shop, they sell it here. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I have an almost 20 month toddler and this store has just been wonderful for us. Also, there is a Pokestop for anyone who plays the Pokemon Go game.

Trying to use WIC coupons for Soy Milk here is a bust. Been told it’s not OK to override cause the store won’t get paid for it. Rude service to someone on WIC stamps is extremely unattractive. Have some empathy

It’s kind of a whatever Target. There was no one in the electronic department to help me check out and they had some AT&T guy trying to sell me something in store

I mean, up front: its a target. If youve been in one before then nothing will surprise you. I will mention that this one is larger than most, almost to a significant detriment.We had a hard time finding things like body wash, which arent located with the shampoo and beauty supplies, but back in the corner near the paper plates and pharmacy. Similarly, the food section is a bit cramped and more than once I spent way too much time looking for something. For instance, frozen meatballs dont live near the frozen meats or frozen garlic bread, but in a floor freezer with hamburgers. Also, confusingly, this store does not sell full size cans of peas? They have peas with carrots, and tiny cans of peas, its the most minor nit Ive ever picked.Theres annoying service call button somewhere in the store that broadcasts a loud, grating BING for ultimately no reason.The checkout lines are established awkwardly as well, with nowhere for the cashier to place your goods after they ring them up. You have to hurry up and pile your things onto the belt and get up there before they run out of room on the pointlessly tiny counter space.To summarize, its a Target, but Ive been in nicer ones. Targets that dont mildly frustrate me for reasons too minor to mention except in the annals of a Google review.

It was a clean and friendly store. The staff was very helpful. The prices of products are reasonable, no cook county taxes.

We were able to make the selection we wanted in Spokane, WA, pay for it and have it picked up by our son who lives in Buffalo Grove, IL. It is a present for our grandchildren for Christmas. We have done this before and been very pleased with our experiences.

Staff is good. If you need to find something, its hard to find the staff and ask where exactly the thing is.. but if they are near you and not doing anything else(most of the time) they will ask you if everything s ok(rare).

This Target location is clean and well-organized. There is a wide range of products, and Im always able to find what Im looking for. The service is excellent.

Waiting in line for more than 10 minutes was really strange and every self check counter closed was seriously weird. All this happening on a week day non peak hours was the most frustrating thing!

I needed a box for shipping and saw an associate putting merchandise out. I asked if I could have the box and shew said no because you only sell boxes. Unfortunately you did not sell the size I needed but the one the associate had was perfect. YOU were going to toss the box in recycling anyway. Would of it of hurt you to give me the box. Great Christmas spirit...it was only 1 box

This Target is far from where I live but every so often I travel the distance. Worth every minute of travel time. I always have a pleasant experience here.

Product was available for pickup almost immediately after I ordered it. Store is close to my home so pick up was easy.

Great store. I love the pickup service. I particularly shop candies (chocolates) when there are some promotions. The store is massive, clean and neat; with lots of collections. Theres much less crowd than other similar nearby stores, particularly Walmart :).

Always clean, well stocked with great selections. The workers are friendly and there are plenty of registers open. Surprisingly a great selection of cheap groceries. The produce is my favorite.

Im a frequent shopper here. Its a nice target and has everything you need from food, to electronics, and pretty much everything in between. All for a nice price.

Horrible Visit. Where can I begin about employee demeanor. I was done with my shopping when employees are using foul language on the property. After I told them to stop doing that one them confronted me and wanted to fight. Appealing I might say to the least. The management really needs to restructure employee training.

Sale was easy. All went as expected.

I always enjoy going to this location because it is clean, well organized, and seldom over crowded. I know when I go there that I will find what I am looking for and will not have to wait in line for too long.

No longer a favorite store. This location has been declining in hospitality. When you have a full cart, self check-out is not going to work for me. You have no lanes open and force us to use self-checkout. So we wait in self-checkout with a full cart for 5 minutes and then they open lanes and say for faster service use lane #. So we go to the lane to wait again. This is very upsetting. Its not just this Target either.

Its ok. Feels like a stripped down version of the Targets Im used to. Didnt have some items I wouldve expected. Nice staff, clean store however it didnt looked completely stocked up to me. Still a better choice than the Wal-Mart across the street as its mostly deserted and easier to get around in the parking lot, store aisles and right up to the check outs.
