Covid-conscious, beware: i asked about vaccination status (as i didn’t feel safe with someone not vaxxed sitting in my car, unvaxxed / unmasked). not one of the mechanics is vaccinated, and according to one, many seem to think covid is a hoax. i left.

Jiffy Lube if youve used them once youll probably use them again you know its where you go to get your oil you would go to the dealership but theyre going to give you a two hour wait and then try to sell you a new ride no I like the Jiffy Lube due to covid I do wish they had a little outdoor seating its nice in the summertime while you wait cuz its a pretty simple process you know getting the oil and all but if Im going to get it I guess Im going to get it at Jiffy Lube

Everytime I go to to jiffy lube, they always take care of my cars. Even if its just an inspection.

My headlight was burned out. I was very impressed how quickly and professionally staff took care of not only replacing the light but checking tires and all the fluids in the car as well as cleaning the windows. Thank you for your service.

We used to go to a Jiffy Lube closer to our home but stopped here on the way home from work, and now this is our Jiffy Lube of choice.They work quickly and get the job done right. Weve only done oil changes here so cant rate other services. They are a positive crew here and make the experience pleasant in that you are in and out pretty quickly, and they seem to have quite a bit of business as well. We will be back.

Way overdue for an oil change, and I had an hour to kill. The team was professional, thorough and quick with my service! I opted to stay in my car until my turn, but the waiting room was spaced out comfortably enough for social distancing. Happy New Year!

My tire was flat so I ordered new ones from this location because they were less than a mile from my house and I felt safe driving it that far. Imagine my surprise and distress when I came back to discover they DROVE my car to Schaumburg because they didn’t have a tire machine on site. What’s more, they never informed me that this was going to happen, asked my permission, or even asked the status of my tires before doing it. Completely unprofessional!

Ive been coming here for many years for oil changes on both mine and my wifes cars. Couple weeks ago did rear breaks there and a week later low tire pressure sensor went up. When I took the car to another shop and they lifted it up rear tires were worn out to the metal (see attached picture). Trully scary immage. HOW COULD THEY LET THAT CAR OUT?! No way they didnt see. Unless they did it themselves to get us back in, like another review suggested.

Topped off the fluids and filled my tires with air as the tire check warning came on.... thank you

If I could give this place negative stars I would. These guys damaged my car and claimed that my vehicle was already damaged. Luckily I know ever inch of my car and argued with them. And now I am finding out that other things on my car were damaged and I know its for sure it was done at this Jiffy Lube. I will never recommend this place for any car service needs.

The best oil change experience I’ve ever had.Service was incredibly fast and the guys were super professional.They informed me of the options involving my vehicle without being pushy.Went above and beyond to make the experience positive, and I was in and out in 20 minutes or so.I will be a lifelong customer because of this experience. Excellent work this morning.

This is unheard of My Mom took her car in for an oil change. They didnt take advantage of her they simply told her she didnt need an oil change the oil was clear. Thank you Danny and your excellent crew.

They did a good job a little on the pricey side though Id think if fuel prices came down wouldnt oil. I mean I really dont want to pay the guys paychecks everytime I go in there. At least its getting warmer out so I can go back to doing it myself. I mean really 26 bucks for an air filter? 5 dollars to top off overflow tank? What happened to topping off the fluids as part of the oil change. $57 is pretty high for an oil and filter change.

Did oil change..good experience.With oil change they do basic checks and recommend for any issues..Tire pressure is included in oil change. Its small place for parking however its in the prime location. Staff is polite and cool.Recommend this shop.

My battery light went on but I didnt have a choice but to keep going. I was worried it wouldnt start when I left work but had to take the chance. I was going through a drive through, my steering wheel locked and I could barely get turn it. I went to the jiffy lube on the corner of Rand and Elmhurst.They were literally the most useless, unbothered, unhelpful men I have ever met. My car died before I could even get it in the garage. They jumped it and told me to drive 2.5 miles to a mechanic. I asked them if they thought that was safe, and if I would make it. My car died, in 20 degree weather, turning onto Rand road. My car had to be towed, and it was the police officers who helped push it out of traffic and into the lot. When they did, one of the employees asked to push it further because we were in one of the lanes of the entrance (cars could easily get by). I am beyond disgusted that three men who are supposed to have a semblance of automotive understanding told me to drive 2.5 miles.Avoid at all costs.

I went in today because my car wasn’t driving quite right. Danny and the rest of the guys were so nice. They gave me an idea of the problem and how I could get it fixed even though they were unable to fix it themselves. They didn’t charge me for their help - they simply asked that I come back and continue to be a customer. And I’m happy to! :)

Had no problems with the service, although the worker who was changing my oil had a mask around his chin, not covering his nose or mouth. Kind of defeated the purpose.

This has always been my go to Jiffy Lube, always kind efficient staff. Sadly with all this virus going around many businesses are hurting for customers.I stopped in for a rideshare inspection I drive a 2018 Honda CRV that is in excellent condition. Sadly I was told I would have to buy 4 tires and all breaks. I said wait a minute you have not even checked my breaks plus it’s time for only 2 tires and a rotation.I’m very hurt that these people tried to take advantage of an old lady during a difficult time.. Shame on you! Lol they wanted almost $2000 for an inspection on a newer car

Amazing as always! I used to go to Stasek to get my oil changed and I would wait for an upwards of two hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE. These guys got it done in 10 minutes and always are super kind, professional, and go above and beyond for the short time you are there.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Ask nicely for a their specials. Almost Everytime they would offered a coupon in form of a discount. Eric, manager, very hands on guy did everything so I come back again.

I told them to change my filter from the beginning, and after 15 minutes of waiting a guy comes and slams down my old filter, saying you need to change this. I mean, seriously? No s***, Sherlock. I ALREADY told you to.Also told them to change my wiper blades. They didnt, but still charged me.I was the only one there. There was NO reason for all the screw ups.Im never going back.

Good honest hard working friendly staff. You can tell the location is well managed Ive had bad experiences at other locations, but the Wheeling location is solid reccomend for anyone in the area or villages nearby.

Been going here for years. Thought I would watch through the window as they did the oil change and air filter. The kid installed the old filter!!! Not the first time a kid screwed something up. Manager didnt even apologize. Not going to this location any more.

I used to come to this Jiffy Lube because it was so well-run. The people were friendly & quick and everything was done properly. I just took my car here in mid-August 2014 and I think its under new management. The oil change took a long time, the gentlemen helping me tried to tell me that I would void my warranty if I didnt put synthetic oil in the car (a trick I despise) and after all of that, I realized as I pulled away that they did reset the oil setting on my car. Im very disappointed and will now be looking for another oil change place for my 3 cars.

Been going to this location for 10 years now for oil changes on my both 4 wheelers.My care taker & wife brought my Ford here recently for oil change.After this when I drove the car after noticing a knocking sound I checked the oil and there was hardly if any oil in the car.I keep the car parked same place every day at home and no leaks under the car wete parked.Long story short.The cars engine is totalled with a crack motor part I pulled with a pro friend under the car.I thought there was a robbery on the oil change or screw up who ever put fresh NOT oil in or fillter change .Now I lost my favorite car which I keeped top knotch for a long time.When I go here I always check to see the result of the oil change but since this only time had the wife and the State caretaker bring the car in .They didnt no better to check the work that was done on the car and now im out of a car.ITS TOTALED.I will be back paying a visit and it aint going to be happy.

They broke previous clients oil cap threads, and then, when my turn came, they kicked and bent my fender while trying to loosen the tire. Extremely unprofessional. Dont go there.

Couldnt change my oil because the oil pan bolt was almost rounded off. Instead of making it worse, they let me know this situation and suggested taking it to someplece that could replace the bolt. Even topped off all my fluids and vacuumed car...all at no cost.Honest service!

Theyre always so friendly and polite. They open the doors for me and today two men stopped me to clear snow off my windshield/hood before I pulled out of the parking lot. Ive only been three or four times, but Ive never had a bad experience.My only complaint is that their air filters are very overpriced, they can be purchased and self installed for a lot cheaper.

January 26th (today) at around 1:00 I brought my car in to be serviced. The usual visit except I had a pair of iPhone headphones in my car that I watched an employee (about 6ft with a short beard) steal from my center console. I honestly cant believe he thought I didnt notice. I had no time to make a big stink at the time but I hope you see this review and I hope risking your job was worth a pair of headphones. Absolutely appalling.

Service ok starting to get very expressive.

This location charged my wife 65.33 for an oil and filter change that they did not performed. They are all thieves. After speaking with Andre who I think is the manger, it is apparent that the culture of the entire team is all corrupt.This is just a gang of thieves.

Took my car there for just an oil change. Usually take it to the a trusted mechanic but they are closed on sundays. They sales person at jiffy lube was very pushy telling me I need a bunch of services. My car has 8 thousand miles. The sales person said I needed a new air filter transmission flush and tire rotation. Quoted me over $400. $19.95 oil change ya right.

I called 10 min to close and Erick didnt hesitate to tell me to come in.. As soonest I got there Erick and the crew acted fast and Very professional ++++++ I had BAD experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past.. but NOT this time.. 5 stars to this team! Grear Job !! Ill stop in again

They tried to tell me that my check engine light was on and a rear brake light was out. Both not true. Pretty sure the guy thought that just because I was a woman I dont have the ability to see if a light on the dashboard is on. Will NOT be coming back to this Jiffy Lube.

I recently went to WalMart to *attempt* to get a simple, quick oil change. They have a sign in front of their automotive department: OIL CHANGE. NO WAITING!!!. However, the guy who waited on me was so horribly rude, Its going to be a four hour wait.... Yes, four hours. I was flabbergasted. I walked out. I arrived at JiffyLube to the most welcoming smile by a man named Michael. He *immediately* informed me the wait would be ten, fifteen minutes. I almost fell over due to shock from the complete opposite treatment between WalMart and Michael at JiffyLube. I got my oil change in under 20 minutes, with a smile and a nice walk to my car. I shall return to JiffyLube for my next car maintenance issue. THANK YOU!!!!

Love this place especially the african american greeter. I noticed the last time i was there one of the hispanic managers treating him wrong. No matter the color this man brings light to this place. He was very respectful and hardworking.

They treated me unfair.I had to wait in a line, then they proposed different types of oil and filter replacement as usual.When I see the price - I decided not to change the oil.Then David, the person who served me told me that I have to pay since they already started.How could they start if I did not chose the oil yet?Do they use the same oil regardless of what you chose?Why should I pay if the price is not good for me?

1st thing is they start doing your car before you even talk to the guy and find out how much etc... i dont like that. Because if it is not what i want tgen i will leave. Been going hear for about 4 years 8 times so far. Basically they do an OK job, and they are really nice :) BUT... it used to cost me $42 for high milage oil WITH the $10 off. But now it is $20 more for high milage oil then regular oil. So Im just glad I am buying a house soon and will do it my self from now on.

Overall just TERRIBLE.. Caught them on a couple of lies about filling up the coolant - saying it was low. Little do they know I check fluids every month - especially before heading out to do an oil change. I once paid the $5 to add coolant to see if they will or not - THEY DIDNT!!! This happened 3x on a row, on 2 separate cars! - Apparently I have a coolant leaking problem on both cars - and they charge $5 to top it off - RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Dont let them try to sell you on anything else - JUST AN OIL CHANGE... They managed to break the screws off my air filter - and instead of fixing it they put black zip ties around it... END OF DAY - DONT GO HERE - STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE.

Terrible service. Called at 130 today asked if they could do my oil. Julio on the phone told me as long as I get there before 2 he would get my oil changed. Showed up at 145 doors are closed and a man came out to tell me they are closing and the computers are off. Hours on the website say they are open untill 3. Promised me a $10 off coupon if I came in the next day. Asked for the coupon and said he cant give me one. YouTube jiffy lube scam before considering this place.
