I called about a recall on my jeep I bought on Monday from another dealer (carvana) and they got me in within 24 hours. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Elm Grove had my Grand Cherokee in and out of the shop in 2 hours for a water pump replacement. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle a new Jeep Gladiator caught my eye. I decided to take one for a test drive out of curiosity. Long story short, I decided to purchase the new Gladiator.I got a lifetime power train warranty, a 105,000 mile warranty on the rest of the vehicle and an outstanding trade in amount on my Grand Cherokee. I couldnt pass it up. Love the new Gladiator, the way the sales staff stayed after closing to finish the deal, so I didnt have to return the next day.Impressed with how affordable and fast the service department was. Took my jeep in to fix an oil leak an they fixed it, an they also went an fixed our license plate light spark plugs an some wires.. they did more then they needed to an i am very pleased with there service.. if anything else goes wrong i will 100% come back to themI will be recommending them to anyone who asks where to go to get there car fixed

Service took an awfully long time! I do believe my tire pressures were checked, even though my low pressure light was on. It came back on in less than 15 minutes! Went I checked my tire pressures, they were all in the low 30 psi; I inflated them all; light went out and came back on. I will check them tomorrow. Price seemed high and I was not provided any Mopar parts discounts.

Shopped around a little for my new Gladiator. When I came to Elm Grove I got a really good feeling from the staff. Other big dealerships I tired offered a scary experience for me. Dave Kean is an excellent sales person and a gentleman. I did not feel pressured to buy and they gave me a reasonable and fair amount for my trade-in. I live in Columbus, Ohio but I will most definitely make the trip to Elm Grove when I decide to purchase another Jeep product in the future.

Everyone at Elm Grove was fantastic! They told me I needed a lug nut key, which I didn’t even know when I bought the car. Thankfully they found one that matches my tires and was able to fix my tire pressure sensor. I look forward to dealing with them again.

I recently had my 2020 Durango serviced for a leak from what I assumed was the sunroof. They found a leak in the windshield and promptly had it serviced at Wilson Glass for a new windshield.

It was not the best experience with them never called to keep you updated. And it still dont work right. I would never go back to them and it cost me 988.00 for what they did.

Very pleased with my most recent visit. I popped in to Elm Grove a few days ago. I am having an intermittent loss of heat on heater/antifreeze smell issue. I learned about the dealership through a friend and coworker who just purchased a truck there and was very satisfied. I was dealing with 3 dealerships for the purchase of a new Jeep Gladiator and was trading in a 2019 Dodge Ram Rebel. Nick Eikey the GM and Dave Keane, who I established a very personal and professional relationship with. In past always has been fast and fair pricing. Took out Thursday for oil change and check noise from rear brake area. Fast as usual. They found rear brake guard cover bent and bent back. Thanks. Only issue is I asked for cabin air filter while there. I had already taken out filter. Took all of one minute Left old one on seat and place still open Was charged $35 labor on air cabin filter Understand in some vehicles it can take a bit of time but on mine, it is under a two minute job. Think that was a bit much for that I would have put one in myself if told how much for that service. Fast service Fair price

We had a wonderful experience with the whole team. Our sales associate Charles Baker was easy to talk to and got us a great deal. We were honest and admitted we had just come from a dealership right by them and had a bad experience. We had one car we wanted to look at and within an hour had decided to buy it.

I had a very disappointing experience with elm Grove. However the financial manager was awesome Mike Kidd was very professional and patient throughout the entire deal .The salesman was a lack luster guy and really seamed like I was bothering him. When I asked him if my new truck was ready he stated I dont know its been back there for hours and when I asked him if the Sirius radio was activated he said we dont dothat hear . Not once did even offer to sync my phone or show me any options in the truck . Wow got your commission and forgot who I was. I tried to talk to GM Kevin Cook a couple of times no return calls no email to busy for a new customer. I talked to sales manager not a bad guy . I have been buying new trucks every 2 years and have never been treated like this after buying a $ 50.000 truck . Nor will I be treated like that again .

The people who help you here call themselves salesmen. They are much more, they take care of you like family. They make sure you have all the information you need before purchasing. I’ve had experience’s at other car lots where they practically tried to push a vehicle on us we weren’t even interested in. That won’t happen here.

My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle, one which will accommodate multiple carseats and provide easy access in placing children in same. We looked at numerous vehicles before stopping at Elm Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, some of which would serve some of our needs, but there was not one which served all of our needs. Having owned two Dodge caravans over the years, we decided to stop and take a look at a van as a possible choice. When we arrived, we went immediately to several Dodge vans on the lot. Within a very short time, a salesman came over to us, introduced himself and asked if he could help us. His name was Chuck Baker. Immediately my wife and I began asking questions about the vans parked there, and requested to look inside. Chuck asked us to wait a moment so that he could retrieve the keys. Neither my wife or I like being pressured by sales people. Chuck was polite, knowledgeable about the vehicles, patient, and most accommodating to our various requests. His manner was easygoing and he had a sense of humor, a welcome component of this sale. I will skip the sale details from this first meeting but suffice it to say, we decided to purchase a new 2019 Dodge grand caravan, which was not on the lot at this time. Nick was very helpful in locating the van that we wanted. Our next step was to secure financing. Fast forward. The van, a burgundy colored vehicle which we chose, wound up being sold and not available. We received a call from Chuck informing us of this situation, and that he had found another van with all of the features which we wanted such as a 2019 vehicle with stow and go seating, etc..the only difference was that it was granite pearl and not burgundy. We decided to buy the van. We had secured financing from our credit union, but Mike, the dealerships financial person, was able to secure a loan with a lower interest rate, which we gladly took. The dealership folks were very friendly, offering water and other amenities while we waited for the final paperwork to be prepared and then signed. We were very pleased with the staff and their knowledge of their products and their courteous manner in dealing with us, and are excited about our new van, and our ongoing relationship with the dealership. Its awful took my nitro to get heater fixed took 5 times before they figured out what was wrong they didnt fix my back door just put door panel back on the got new ac costs 2,000.00 I have no a/c all summer called they said they have to charge 145.00 to check it out if its brand new it should be working great they should look at it for free not charge us I told so many people they said its bull there not fixing it I told people there service department dont know what they are doing. I would say to people never go to service department bad mistake if you do

When I brought my car to the Chrysler lot to get my key fob reprogramed, the staff was friendly and helpful! They fixed me right up and had my car ready to roll! The Nissan lot had my Pathfinder a few times for oil changes and they always treated me quite well. Will go back again!
