My mother has been with David for many years. She will be 93 in December.Without his knowledge and caring she would not be living the life she enjoys now. She is able to hear and participate with all family members and stays active .David listens to the individual and works tirelessly to achieve the most the person can achieve with severe hearing loss in both ears. With patience and adjustments all is well. Krista and David will move mountains to accommodate me and my mom. Both are blessings to our family. Thank you, Cheryl and family.

I was seen yesterday for a yearly checkup. A receiver was replaced on my right hearing aid. I was given a hearing test. Adjustments were made to my hearing aid program to reflect the results of my hearing test. I am hearing much better with the adjustments. This yearly review was very helpful for me. I believe I am getting excellent service from Valley Hearing Center.

His knowledge was noted right a way when he explained everything to us about my mothers new hearing aids and the technology that accompanied them. I had a appointment with David Palkovic last Thursday. I call to see if I could get the time of my appointment moved up. Krista called me back and agreed to change my time to 9:00 AM. It is always a pleasant time meeting with Dave and Krista in regard to my hearing aids.On this visit Dave had a Tech Representative there who have me information on the new Signia Silk 7Nx CIC. Dave set one pair up for me and I got try them while there. I did notice that they did fit my ear better than my current CIC’s.Thanks to Dave and Krista!

I went to Valley Hearing Center for my free hearing exam. I had a great experience from the beginning. The assistant Krista came out to my car and greeted me with the paperwork I needed to fill out. She was extremely nice and courteous. The doctor that administered my hearing test, David Palkovic was one of the nicest gentlemen that I have met in a long time. He took his time in explaining every test,the reason for the test,and the results. He answered every question I had and gave me valuable information to use for the future. David Palkovic is very educated and professional at his chosen career. I would have to say this was one of the best appointments I have been to. When leaving the appointment Krista was sure to make certain that I had understood everything and ask if I had any other questions. Thumbs up to the Valley Hearing Center,if you need hearing assistance go there,you wont be disappointed.

The staff is so professional and took great care of my mother. Living on a fixed income, my mother was hesitant to replace her hearing aids for a number of years. Dr. Palkovic was very patient with my Mom and set her up with a set of hearing aids that not only were a major upgrade from her old devices but also at a price that worked well with her budget. They really are invested in their patients & make sure you are thoroughly satisfied with your testing and devices before you leave.
