This is amazing storage I guarantee. I was looking for a parking space and this was the right place. The manager, Cody, was wonderful person and he was super friendly and had great knowledge in what customers really want. Their security system is quite advanced (which is the most important thing when you rent a storage or space) that i was relieved when I visit their store. Moreover, they have quite reasonable price with very clean and nice property. And also, my visit was during covid-19 pandemic but the store knew quite well how to keep both employees and customers safe from covid. It was wonderful experience and I will definitely use their storage again and recommend it to my families and friends. Thank you, Cody!

Moving and I needed some boxes. Ashley has the top quality boxes. I also bought a wardrobe box and it hangs a lot of clothes. Associates were great. Store is very clean. But too bare. Needs to be more stuff . But other than that I will always come see Ashley for items

Wheeling place is close to my dads house. Their prices are fair and they have perfect gate code hours. The units I was showed were so clean, and I didnt expect that from an outside drive up

Ive dealt with a lot of awful storage places in the past (untidiness, rude employees, ridiculous fees), but I can say Im pretty impressed with this place. Have had no problems to date and cant see any problems coming up in the future. The manager, James, is pretty chill and down to Earth and wont try to rip you off. Hes a great guy and deserves a great review!

I purchased dust covers for my doors. They worked well. I was helped by Ashley she was excellent and took the time to take care of what I needed. You can tell that She feels that customers come first and goes above and beyond.

Ashley and him were great. I was looking for a parking spot but they are all filled. I was generously put on a list and am looking for word to renting a perminant spot for my bf boat. The service provided was outstand. She is very funny and cares about the people. Simply is all for the people.

I stored my Black BMW at Simply Storage while moving in 2017. The lots were being repaved at that time so my car was parked in a temporary location before they moved to the permanent storage lot. When I went to pick up my car there was extensive damage to the right side that cost $2000+ dollars to repair. The manager (Ashley) said it was clearly damaged when it was moved and would look into how it would be taken care of – at the very least my insurance deductible should be covered. After a couple of months of back and forth with my insurance company Simply Storage refused to cover any of the cost, not even the deductible. I wrote Simply Storage a couple times seeking recourse for the deductible but did not even get a courtesy response. I think this is a total failure on Simply Storage’s part when damage was clearly caused by them. I would not recommend Simply Storage or ever use them again.
