Great service during a merchandise exchange.Needed maanger approval, but he took care of it quickly. Staff seems to get along well with each other.

Beware of this stores return policy, it is 14 days. Not happy with the stores manager for refusing to accept unopened merchandise and refunding my money. I will not be shopping at Staples again.The store has a great calculator selection and offers some of the same calculators cheaper than the neighboring Target. I had visited both stores and purchased several calculators so my wife could pick one for her exam. After she picked the one she wanted, I attempted to return the remaining calculators we did not need. No issues at Target. Staples, on the other hand, has refused to accept unopened calculators because their computer locks up when you the receipt is over 14 days old.To his credit, the cashier wanted to give me a refund and asked for managers authorization, but the store manager has refused, noting that I bought the calculators a little over 14 days ago.

Overall great Staples.I used the printing services and was offered a discount just because I had to wait a few minutes.Highly recommended !

Be ware of fraud when buying electronics and computersThey put labels and write down specifications then they sell you something else with a lower configuration without letting you know. You have to check carefully what you get. never trust their labels

Apparently closing by November 2016 - currently not listed in Staples list of stores. A shame, it was one of their best stores.

A regular Staples. Nothing special about this place, nothing bad neither. I was here for an online pick up order, and the service was a bit slow in the morning.
