My still on the way of replacing the rear glass of Honda Pilot, but already appreciating the customer-oriented advice of this shop. My repair requires some attachment parts addition to the glass itself. And Billy and Joy of the shop kindly advise me how the arrangement proceed. Considering the competitive pricing and customer-oriented service will make this shop be the choice for car owners glass-related concern.

SAG is the best, especially the White Plains location. I dont recall the Technicians/Check-in guys name but he has the absolute best disposition ever. Clearly explained the windshield replacement process and completion time. I dont know where SAG trains their techs but each and every one them provided the best customer service! Windshield replaced without any issues!

The person at the counter is very rude and unprofessional. He goes in and out of the waiting area without saying a word, until I told him I have an appointment. Then he said I asked you if you have an appointment with his unhappy very annoyed face. He is lying because I was looking at him going in and out refilling his disposable cups. When I said If this is your attitude Im afraid to entrust my car to you. He said then go somewhere else. I said this is why you dont have good reviews. He said write whatever nobody give good reviews anyway. I left immediately and would never recommend this place to anybody. Poor owner of this franchise, wake up before you completely loose all you clients.

Nice manager, A real gentleman. I had them to replace my windshield but the modeling was popping out. I email Billy he responded within hours I was at their store where they replaced the clips and all is well.

I went here because my back window broke. They open at 8am but I got there at 7:50am and shop was open. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I dropped off my car and picked up in the afternoon. Great job with warranty. I will go back in the future. White Plains Safelite Auto Glass staff is amazing... Thank you for your services.

Went in for side door window replacement. When I went to pick up I asked if they got all the glass out of the door and they said yes. They did not and they damaged trim on the door. Can’t even reach them by phone. Had to drive all the way back to ct.

They did a good job. They were fast, polite, and kept me updated.

Why does this location have a telephone of no one ever answers it? They repaired my windshield, but broke my rear view mirror and never said anything. I tried to adjust on my way home and the whole thing fell down. I had to return and get a rental for 3 days until they could order new mirror bracket. Then I had to wait for the whole job to be done all over again. Yes, thats sitting in waiting room for them to remove windshield to install mirror properly this time. (3 Hours)

I wish I had read the other reviews before I called them. We had an 8 am appt. We got there and they are closed, there was nowhere to park or to wait. The location is small and just off a busy street. On the phone, they told me it would take 2-3 hours. It took seven hours. I called to check, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and the person was super rude. Do not recommend them at all.

Nice place but I waited 3hrs for a front windshield replacement.

No communication with customer. The answering service loops you around in circles. Hey safelite, a customers time is valuable and the world shouldnt evolve around an auto glass repair.

Very very helpful, The manager Billy went above and beyond to make my experience amazing with them. Was scheduled on a day it happend to rain and they worked around that and got the replacement done first thing in the am. Highly recommend these guys.

My windshield glass was replaced 8/17/20 and I had a great experience with Jayquan of Safelite White Plains. He was very friendly and made sure I had no concerns. He also made the experience easy for me. Although its the same day my glass was installed, it looks superb.

Omar and Jermaine went above and beyond to fix my windshield and get me back on the road in a timely manner. The staff was very informative and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this shop!!

The staff were amazing. Jaquan was awesome in setting up my repair. My seal from an older Safelite windshield started to fail and no questions Safelite quickly fixed the problems with no hassle. This location provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I ended up contacting Safelite to reschedule my appointment because they were supposed to meet me at the parking garage where I work, but I was sick that day. They ended up sending somebody to my place instead which was great.Xavier showed up and was very friendly and kind. He fixed my windshield rather quickly and I expressed shock with his speed. He said that he didnt actually have to do much. Apparently what I thought was damage to my windshield was actually sap from a tree🙈it was so clear, so I had no idea!Xavier was super kind about it and downplayed the whole situation by saying I would have needed a certain product to remove the sap anyway. He said its difficult to remove sap otherwise. I dont think he would have said anything about it if I hadnt asked. And I appreciated that he was so respectful and understanding.He told me that a survey would be sent to my email regarding his service and I havent seen it yet. I plan on calling them though to let them know how great the service was, but I also wanted to share here as well!

If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled windshield replacement - dropped car off - get call an hour later that they didnt have the correct OEM windshield. Rescheduled appt for following week and picked car back up. Day of following appt they still didnt have the windshield, and had changed the appt to almost a month later without ever telling me. Totally unprofessional - use a different Safelite - had great experiences with the one in Great Neck previously.

Update, been about 5 months. When I was there they also replaced my wiperblades, which really only lasted acoouple of months but only recently got around to replacing them. I order new wipers, long story short: they put smaller wipers than recommend. At first I thought I ordered the wrong size but looked at multiple sites that confirmed the ones installed were smaller. The guy was able the remove my registration and inspection sticker and replace them really well. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Easy to locate

Jayquan was my technician today. He arrived on time, with a sunny and humorous demeanor. We discussed the job and he understood the complexities of an older vehicle with some corrosion and was also sensitive to the weather forecast. After he was done, we discussed the install and how he compensated for the corrosion with sanding and epoxy to seal the corner (above and beyond, in my opinion). All of my window decals were PERFECTLY placed. I will test the job tomorrow going to upstate NY in the rain!

Had a really awful time with insurance about our windshield. The manager here was super accommodating and understanding. I would say they definitely went beyond what they had to do, service wise. Liberty Mutual didnt pay our claim and we will cancel our policy with them but I would definitely come back to this Safe-lite again.

Excellent service....replaced my rear window because a kid thru a ROCK at a RACCOON because he thought the RACCOON was going to hurt his little brother...but he missed.. Techs were awesome and window was replaced an hour and half....

Stopped in for a little assistance. Was greeted by all. One of the tech team came out to my car inspected and addressed my concern.

Every single guy here was awesome. All the way from how they greeted me to answering my questions that randomly popped into my head. This is actually my 3rd time going bc they treated me so well back in 2015. They were very patient and the service was quicker than expected. For the impatient folks, replacing any windshield is not a quick process and they let you know well ahead of time how long its gonna take. Im definitely returning to these guys but hopefully i no longer deal with broken windshields lol

Due to the weather i was asked to drive the car in to their garage which was not a problem. The moment i pulled in i was greeted by the gentleman who was going to install the windshield onto my car. Jayquan gave me a full run down of what was going to happen. Before you know it he was done in a timely matter. Once he was done he called me into the back to give me all the instruction on what to do and not to do for the next 24 hrs. Their expirence there is very professional and clean. I cant imagine going anywhere else but here to get my windshield fixed so professionally and in a timely matter . Thank u Jayquan and Management!

Cancelled at-home appt without notifying me until I called them and asked why. Next scheduled appt, I left keys at the door per their instructions and they kept knocking on my door when my sister was home alone - even though I left a contact phone number if they had questions. Came back later and kept calling a wrong number claiming they left a backpack in my vehicle. Sketchy and not professional. No apologies for cancelling my appt and not notifying me. Beware!At least they replaced the glass properly in the end...UPDATE: They did not seal my glass properly, and water leaked through, causing thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle. DO NOT recommend this shop for ANY glass work.

Something to be said for under-promising and over-delivering. Service was way quicker than the predicted 2 hrs. Even after I got there late. One thing I would suggest is being able to schedule appointments directly with the shop. You have a better chance of squeezing in last minute openings.

BEWARE - they have thieves working for them. Don’t leave anything of value in your car. Safelite AutoGlass did a good job replacing my windshield, gave 2 stars for only one reason: I left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the armrest not realizing they might get stolen. When I went to put my glasses on, I found they were missing. So sad their techs can’t be trusted.

Not happy they wouldnt come to me to fix the problem they caused when they replaced my windshield and insisted I go to the shop for the repair but they were very nice and fixed the issue in 5 minutes

Had an appointment between 8 and 12pm. Around 11am I called Safelite to get an update and was told that the tech has until noon to show. Noon can and there was a no show. Safelite made no attempt to reach out and let us know if the tech was going to be late or even making it to this appointment. Got tired of waiting and ended up calling and canceling at 12:45pm. Cost me half a day of business waiting for them. It was very irresponsible of them. I will never consider using them again.

If I could give less than one star for this piss-poor approach to customer service, I would. We scheduled a repair in June for a small star in the upper right-hand corner of the windshield. The repairman came out (as scheduled) and attempted to fill the star, succeeding only in spreading the damage further. He indicated that we would need the windshield replaced instead of repaired, and that he would have to order the glass, and reschedule. We rescheduled as soon as possible, but when the technician arrived to our home (two weeks later, because it allegedly took that long to get the glass), they had the WRONG glass. Again, we rescheduled and ANOTHER two weeks later, we are told that they will not be able to make the 8-10AM scheduled time because it is raining (even though we have an indoor garage). When they FINALLY arrive at 5:30PM, they AGAIN have the wrong glass!! How is this EVEN possible? Avoid the hassle and just have your glass repaired/replaced by your local dealership. It may SEEM less convenient at first glance, but youll save yourself a big headache in the long run.

Repair work was great. Scheduling it was a nightmare.The repair tech Kolton did a fantastic job, but Tommy the coordinator did a terrible job scheduling the service and then lied about what had happened.

They were available to come onsite within a couple of days. I was able to do everything online. They provided thorough communications and great, affordable service.

Made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They made a mistake and brought the wrong windshield at the time of the appointment. They were supposed to reach back out to setup another appointment and never did. Now when I call I can’t get anyone on the phone.... UNBELIEVABLE!

Highway robbery. I take care of the company vehicles here and Joe wont hear from me again. I scheduled to get the back glass replaced and they didnt get the glass and I was supposed to get a call back with confirmation. I went to the dealer purchased the glass and they showed up without confirming and ended up charging me just for installation the same price as they were going to with the glass. They charged me the same and the tech less for the service. Ever heard of business ethics? NO

This location does not know how to manage time. I had a 10am appointment for a leak repair from the install by them 6 months earlier. Was to have been a 15-30min task. Took them till 1pm. Steve acts like a manager and failed. The actual manager was no where to be found.Make them come to you, and ask that steve does not show up.As a company store the company has no response.

Technician replaced wipers incorrectly, so they slam into the hood of the car & scrape the hood, chipping paint as they return to starting position.Left the passenger window open on a rainy nite. Passenger seat & door covered with water. Co-workers said wet seats could rust and short the heated seats in my car.Rain sensor not replaced properly. Part of the unit fell onto my foot as I drove & it came off the window. I havent been able to reattach it.

Installed, windshield leaked. Working with Mgr to make it right.All completed, job well done in the end. Thank you Joe and Andre!!!

I brought my vehicle in for a windshield replacement and the job was done very efficiently and quickly. Im extremely pleased with the entire experience.

Terrible work. They left many pieces of shattered glass under the new window so there is a rattling nose whenever I turn or drive over a bump. Jermaine refuses to fix it and said he doesn’t have the right equipment yet he still wanted to do the job in the first place! Very rude person also.

While replacing the windshield on my car, they destroyed my inspection sticker, they cut the wires that Power the rear view mirror and they got glue on the upholstery.

Two stars, as they only changed the windshield. The tech was incompetent to change my passenger window. Windshield was improperly installed, lots of wind noise. Slow service, took them three hours.
