Excellent experience! Spoke to the sales manager, Will, who was able to provide great information and preliminary pricing over the phone. My wife was in the dealership the next day for the test drive, meeting with Brandon. Knowing she was coming, he had the car ready for her as soon as she arrived. I went the next day to check it out for myself. Just like before, Brandon had the car ready. Will and Brandon stuck true to their pricing and there was never any pressure to make a decision. Once we told them we were moving forward, we were able to do most of the paperwork at home, making the final steps at the dealer quick and painless. My wife and I were headed home to Columbus, OH when we experienced some engine trouble with our 2016 Buick Cascada. We found Empire to be the closest dealership to us. When we pulled in, Phil, one of their mechanics diagnosed the issue by just hearing what the engine was doing. After they hooked up the car, they confirmed what Phil said, that it needed a new valve cover for the engine. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock. Phil suggested we find dealerships along our route, but rest assured, suggested we could make the nine hour trip. We took his advice and found a dealership that had the part and could service the car (SawyerLyons). What OUTSTANDING customer service and customer Care. THANK YOU Phil and Empire Buick.

By far the worse buying experience and customer service. I was attempting to purchase a vehicle remotely for two weeks. Everyday I was told to wait to process any financing or deposits until car returned from body shop if I was fortunate to speak to any sales representatives. Once the vehicle was released from the shop the vehicle was sold to someone else.

Straightforward sales staff and management. Brandon, my salesman, is respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Scott, the GM, was upfront and easy to work with, as was the rest of the staff at this dealership. I typically leave a dealership feeling taken advantage of and beat up, vowing never to return, thats not true here. So, the biggest compliment I can give Empire GMC is that I will be back when its time for my next vehicle. That said, Im still waiting on my floor mats, once I get those I will update this review again.

Do not give them a deposit. They will tell you it is refundable, but it is not. They use this tactic to lock you in with them and keep you from shopping their deal around. This happened to us and we found a better deal, but they would refund the deposit. Its been 6 month of calling every week and no response. They manager, Scott McAffree, promises to return the deposit, but never does. Dont believe the we switched accounting system lie.

Wish I could give 0 stars because I just dealt with a bunch of criminals. We had been looking for a car for a while until we found a perfect Honda. After we were assured that we could come in and go home with the car the same day. We went through the whole process and even mad a down payment to secure the vehicle afterwards we were told they cant release the car because they dont have the title and we couldnt leave with it no matter what. The worst part of this issue is additional charges were added and we did not realize this until almost 2 months later, 2 MONTHS LATER!!!!!. After going back and forth with them we lost $3000 in total. Please dont be like us and take your Business elsewhere for your own good.

An unfortunate experience. I am a business owner and White Plains resident. I prefer to spend my money with local businesses, especially when Im a board member of the White Plains Rotary Club. A Certified Pre-Owned 2017 GMC Sierra advertised at $34,909 which I went through a pre-approval process online and called to schedule a test drive. The courteous staff was exceptional. Until i was told they didnt have the title yet, couldnt sell it to me if they wanted, and that the price would be closer to $40,000. Ashamed to see other local business owners practicing bait and switch tactics. Shame on you Empire Buick Management.

Fantastic service. Yesterday when I was picking up my daughter, my battery died and I couldn’t get the car started. My car was towed to Empire and they took care of it in under 24hrs, for free and with great customer service. Thank you to Jessica who answered my call late on Friday night and tried to talk me through how to restart my car, before we realized that the battery was dead. She didn’t have to pick up my call because it was beyond service hours and she didn’t have to help me, but she very kindly and patiently did. If I could give them Zero stars I would... Had an appointment to look at a vehicle, called 2 1/2 prior to our appointment to make sure the vehicle was still there.. Drove 2 hours for appointment and was told that it sold last evening. No communication between staff. Never again. Dont recommend unless you live close bye.

Just bought a Denali from Empire . This was a five stars experience all around starting with inertial call with Victoria Velez she was very informative toke time to answer my questions and then meeting my sales guy Tavon Turner a very honest and straight forward guy I felt comfortable & answered all my concerns . Last but not least a big shout out to Robert Horton in finance this man knows his craft again very informative and gave me few options made the finance portion as easy as humanly possible .Thank you guys for a pleasant experience.Later Yasheka Lewis in billing helped me out registering my car it was a pleasure to deal with here thx.

Went in today to browse and left with a new car. This was the first time in my life that I left a car dealership not feeling dirty and taken advantage of. They were very straightforward about everything and there were no sneaky surprises in the end. Scott (the General Manager) and Brandon (the Salesman) were amazing, as was Robert (the finance guy).
